My family spent Christmas in this lovely cabin. The owners are wonderful. Management came w/in the 1st hour to make sure the hot water was working and that we had heat and were okay. I have never experienced that before. The location is super residential but not far from everywhere we wanted to be. The cabin was decorated very nicely and not stripped bare like some rentals. We were comfortable and had a great time. A huge plus was that we could park 2 cars in the garage. So no snow on cars! Yay!

We have rented from Southern Shore for 13 years, never any problems. This house was horrible. Not up to their standards at all. From bugs, to having the pool and hot tub covered in tree debris the whole time, to the oven not working, bathtub plug broken, and finally the house leaked through the high windows during a storm. Also the yard and steps flooded. Bad drainage. Worst house ever. Really disappointed in this vacation. Our group decided to leave 3 days early because of the bugs.

the master had bed bugs so I got covered in bites. Cabins USA said we could leave a day early and get refunded for 1 night or move to another cabin. We didn't want to leave so we said move us. When they moved us it was not even a cabin. It was more like a big house that had stuff messed up in it. I've emailed Cabins USA but have yet to hear anything back

cabin is awesome, however there is no wifi, tv channels are limited and wouldn't load half the time. when we got to the cabin, someone had left a drink sitting out in a disposable cup. BUT, as I said, the cabin itself was really nice.

Overall my stay was Ok. The place needs an upgrade. We couldn't cookout because the grill was rusted and a small portion of the burners works. There was a lot of old grease on the mat under the grill. oh and the thermometer was broken. The lever for one of the recliners was broken. The ironing board does not have a pad. One of the drawers in the fridge was cracked. The blankets in the closets were covered in hair. The living area smelled like dog. Found a dirty pot in the cabinet.

Moonstruck rental was perfect size for the family of 10 with 2 sets of grandparents that were happy to have an elevator in the 3 level house. Outdoor lights over pool and hot tub did not work. None of the wall clocks were working. TVs are Roku. Kitchen had plenty of tools and cookware to prepare our large variety of meals all week.

the heat and air stopped working so we just decided to go home even though we paid for another day. Didn't want to use the kitchen due to roaches in cabinet the first day here. I definitely would not recommend to anyone to book this cabin. spend a few dollars more and get something nice.

The place was very nice, just there was some construction work taking place at the same time we were staying at first we were hoping to play out front of the cabin, but they pretty much shoveled all the snow to be able to park and work, we were limited to the back of the cabin we made it work a few times the guys came out back to get tools and stuff, which kinda ruined the private feel, overall very clean, nice well taken care off, will like to give it another try, hopefully later

the cabin was absolutely fantastic, reason for 4 stars is because it does have some wore down thing, like stools was real wobbly. the spiral staircase was broken at end so it was wobbly and kids fell couple times. the hot tub smelled like mildew, other then that the area was great, the cabin accommodate our family well, everything we needed was there for us to prepare dinners and breakfast, would definitely recommend this cabin, do make sure have 4wd for the hill in the winter time.

For an app that's supposed to be used at an "away" location it stupidly doesn't caché your reservation to make it available offline, so when you rl up to your destination and need your vital info, it's unavailable. Then when checking out, immediately after checkout time you can't see checkout button, and you can't see your reservation at all. You can't even submit a review of the location you were at. Completely utterly useless app

I've used this app all year and it was great until last week. It no longer shows the correct amount paid and owed on my future rental. It says a 3rd party is handling that. Today I rented and paid in full for a cabin in 3 weeks. That property doesn't show up on the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times and it hasn't helped. Also used new code to log in and it doesn't recognize it.

It's a dreadful app. Tried to access my reservation and it freezes. Not only that, but it then refuses to let you back out, so you have to kill the app and start again. Did they get 6 year olds to develop this app? Awful.

loved the condo, amazing views from the 14th floor on the balcony and the master bedroom.. you could see the view throughout the condo.. fully stocked with everything you need.. the only thing that was missing was no hangers to hang your clothes.. easy fix I bought some at Walmart.. and I left them there for the next renter.. will rent again

The app is difficult to navigate. I've stayed in many vacation rentals with more useful apps. For example, references for restaurants and other amenities should have a link to their website or contact details. Also, for the property we rented there were no check out instructions on the app.

The information on the app is nice! It gives you everything you need to know about your reservation. The only issue I ran into is when I entered an email to invite other members of my party. The invite kept coming to my email and not theirs. Must be a glitch. Not a big deal. I just forwarded to the other members.

Just downloaded the app. It won't send the email to me so I can log in. I've tried 4 times. Even uninstalled and re-installed. No email. Checked my spam folder every time. Nothing. Not a very useful app if I can't get in. Apparently this is not a new issue as noted by other reviews.

Very poorly managed. Payments take several days to reflect on the account and any date or time changes are also not immediately shown. If you're going to a destination without wifi and you need any info from this app you'll need to screenshot or print it beforehand.

Great vacation home, the property manager was responsive and friendly. the house was beautiful and the pool was the cherry on top. My kids and I had a wonderful stay.

I booked my reservation 2 weeks ago. When I received my paperwork via email it included a link to download the app which I did. When I enter my email address and check in date it shows no reservation found. I called the Railey Mountain office no one knew how to correct this issue. I try everyday to log in. It hasn't worked yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. No need to keep this app.

The app was super easy to navigate! All I needed was my reservation confirmation number for initial login. Easy to check in and out with information of local stops and amenities just a tap away.

innovative way to travel. this app centralized all of my small responsibilities when traveling. i was able to pay my remaining balance and see additional reservation options. the most helpful part was accessing area specific information about what to do, what to see and most importantly what to eat.

So, I see that 15 of the 19 5-star reviews were all entered within a four-day period in January of 2019. That combined with the very brief, non-specific review descriptions make me pretty sure these reviews are all bogus. Additionally, the app will not send emails through the Invite Friends tool. It seems this has been an issue for over a year and the developer has not corrected it.

We met the best people at Poole Reality, Kim & Christie both where so very helpful! Kim went above and beyond during our stay. We exstended our vacation 4 times, she made the whole process so incredibly easy to adjust. Highly recommend Poole Reality/ Happy Stays for your trip, we will absolutley use them again! Our condo both tines felt incredibly inviting, great beds slept better than we do at home 😆

App Don't work!! Don't show our Reservation info it's all blank and frozen on that main screen I have Uninstalled and reinstalled again I called cabins for you to confirm that I had the correct access code yes I do the app just does not work I truly hate the app it's not even worth installing installing. I have the newest and the latest android phone.

No bear proof garbage receptical was provided so we were instructed to leave it outside in the morning and it would be picked up. It was not picked up and we got to watch a bear raid the trash can at 9:00 P.M. and come back for seconds. The fireplace did not work so we called and were told a work order would be put in and we would be contacted, nothing happened. Also, the hot tub on the porch had no privacy and we couldn't use it fearing the bear might be back. Only movie channels on TV.

Awful experience. Unable to contact owner through app. Asked several questions through app including early check-in and got an a reply of you're good to go. This was assumed to be a human response. Got there early, waited outside for 6 hrs until we were finally let inside. Apparently the response was automated and no one actually read our questions. Also called when we arrived to be let in early and was told she would call us back and never did. Never use this company. Horrible communication.
