Amazing idea, but could be much better. They never updated the logo after the compition, doesn't feel like there are many significant improvements to this app over time which is a shame especially in the recent years considering the massive rise in veganism. It feels like there is so much more potential that isn't being explored. It has also kicked me out of my account after about just one month inactivity and won't let me back in now!

Brilliant app - especially comes into it's own when traveling and wanting to find a good place to eat. I initially paid a fee for the full version of the app but it now seems to have all features on the free version too!

Delicious, inventive vegan food! Just had a really special meal with perfect service, dog friendly too. The deserts looked amazing and I so wanted to try the pistachio creme cannoli but was too full. Just a few minutes walk from the centre, allowing a romantic stroll back to our accommodation. A must for vegans visiting Verona! Well done everyone involved!

updated my 3 star review to 4 stars because they did a great job on bug fixes. now if they got it to work offline that would be 5 stars. the ability to just download map data in advance for a country or state you are going to be would be great.

outstanding resource to cut through the noise of yelp when you're trying to find food! Great that it labels each with Vegan, Vegetarian, and Options! So helpful!

Perfect app to use at home smd especially when traveling to find vegsn snd vegetarian eats. You will even find places thst have options on their menu even if not fully vegsn or vegetarian. We have found a pot of new places this way. Thank you Happy Cow!

This app is no different than regular dining apps. It has listing for ALL kinds of foods...and places they claim carries vegan foods, do not. Nothing special about this app. It's wrong more than it's right. I am already aware of every single restaurant in the area, they're listed....they don't carry vegan items. 🙄

I am really glad I can find vegetarian and vegan restaurants, but not fond of all pizza restaurants showing up as an alternative. But that is just something I have to live with. So full score anyway

Great app, essential for a vegan in the city, known or unknown. I had originally paid the nominal fee for the full version, though I am happy full functionality is available to all now. The app works precisely as intended with all the useful information provided and has proved invaluable for myself on many occasions! Highly recommended!

Perfect app to find vegan food near you. Dear users, if you see something not listed, please list it, instead of complaining that the app is not good enough. Ask what you can do for others, instead of what others can do for you.

I like the app because it is very helpful and informative. I do not like the updates from the Google Play store that are necessary for this and any app.

Nearly there! I really like what this app provides; I have many of friends who are vegan/vegetarian themselves. Which is the issue: I'm not either of those; I'm just lactose intolerant and therefore dairy free, and I'd really like that option in to profile section. It's not necessary, I just don't like it. I'm fine with eating vegan/vegetarian, I don't NEED animal product. It's just, I'd like to label myself correctly, since the diet is required to use the app, even if it doesn't matter

Love this app it makes traveling so much easier and finding veg friendly restaurants on the road. Also great to send to friends/family so the decision doesn't always land on me to choose everything for everyone.

great app to easily spot where you can eat, but sometimes opening hours are not accurate so I ended up in closed places

The app is decent but it won't let me give restaurants 5 star unless they are completely vegan or vegetarian. Just went to a restaurant that bent over backwards to accommodate vegans and most of the menu was vegan friendly but we could not give them 5 stars because they weren't completely vegan or vegetarian. This weakens the overall rating system so I will completely disregard it for all restaurants

Good app for finding vegan food but the trading hours and directions are fuc ked up. I ordered food and paid twice tonight travelling for work,not familiar with Area and hungry, based off happy cow and it turns both places were closed $80 and no food.

this app is very helpful and has led to successful fun family meals many times.

3 kind of vegan pizza, we tried 2, they were very delicious, we never thought we will eat vegan pizza in such a small city😅😋 We drunk some sangria too, everything was just perfect on a nice, hot, sunny day🤩

So grateful to the guys who created this. We use it nonstop. Amazing for traveling or just finding out about new restaurants in your local city.

Price for premium is too high. I wish I could leave/view more information through reviews. Separate */5 for service, for quality and atmosphere would be nice. I'm not sure who gets to vote on the price */3, but many "budget" aren't that cheap. Edit* super frustrating that you can't add a listing from within the app. I still use the app, but only because there's no alternative I'm aware of. Very low functionality and high price considering the community do all the leg work.

Easy to use, many filtering options to narrow your searches; I love the option of zooming in on the map and clicking 'redo search in this area'. Also, it is easy to participate. I've added two places and this app is inspiring me to keep looking for more places in my little town, to share with others! Absolutely helpful, thank you for a wonderful app.

So so helpful, especially for holidays to save you ducking into every restaurant and bar looking for one sad vegan option! The filters are great as well so if I'm on my own I can find an entirely vegan place, or I'm with my partner (a meat eater) we can find places that have plenty of options for both of us. It's not overly complicated and I like that they keep it simple. Will always recommend this app 10/10

I am so grateful for Happy Cow as it has made travelling while being well fed as a vegan possible. As with any app it takes time to get used to the interface but Team Cow are very happy to help if you contact them. I love how you can choose to find vegan only places as well as places with vegan options if you're travelling with a non vegan. I will be upgrading to the paid version to help the community. An improvement I would suggest is including an option to show gluten free options plus other common allergies. At the moment you can only find out in the user reviews if someone has mentioned this.
