They don't return your money if you cancel the flight. It's been more than a month for me and they just drag it, saying that I'll get it within a week. I'd advise to choose any other apps for booking flights. Don't fall for this trap. It's a shame that the company chose to earn money in this way. Funny part is now there'll be an automatic response asking me to share the Order ID which I have already shared it with them for more than 5 times. LOL!
Really pathetic be it customer care call center or its email response team. My flight scheduled for 15th May was cancelled and took them almost 8 months to credit the amount back. This is the only app which requires a signed document (with revenue stamp) so that they can start the process of refund. They would need you to follow up with the airline to cancel the tickets, refund issued by them to the HEG and all possible things you can think of! Really frustrating experience!
Very Poor Customer Resolution.. Have been waiting for a response to my request for refund for a cancelled ticket, but no response from their side even after regular emails and posting on their app about the same.. Also, I have been a very regular customer of theirs, and I'm now a Platinum member, but, they don't have any reward system for frequent customers , though I have some reward points in excess of 30K with me, without knowing how to use them!! POOR functionality & NOT customer friendly!
Not so happy. If any flight is cancelled they don't show it in their app. Plus, if you tell them you need rescheduling or something after the flight cancellations they won't check from their side. They will just tell you go to airlines webpage and do it yourself. Why will I chose a third party app for booking flights when all they leave you alone in any kind of problem. Yes I loved this app but now I'll not use it. Uninstalling now.
Worst experience ever. It has been more than 2 months I cancelled my ticket, but refund has not been done yet. Despite several calls and mails at the customer service, the issue has not been resolved yet. Every time they say the refund will be done shortly, but the refund does not take place. The service is really pathetic.
Do not use this app for booking. Really pathetic service. I initiated a refund for a flight cancellation (as airline cancelled that flight). I send them a screenshot confirming that airlines have refunded full amount to them. But it's been over 2 months and still waiting for my refund. Why customers have to suffer if Happyeasygo is unable to collect the refund from their vendor. Worst experience!!
It's been 3months since my booking cancelled by airlines. The refund is still with happyeasy go and they are not giving my money back. I am not sure what are they really working on. 3months for one refund is too much. Why to spend so much money on ads when you cannot do your work properly. Even after keeping feedback here you are not giving my money back. Shame on you guys. Now it's 5 months
THIS IS A SCAM! This becomes evident to you when you cancel a ticket. They take months and numerous begging calls from us to refund the amount. And even if you have paid extra for the "free cancellation", they eat a major portion of the money and then they pass on the scraps to us. I paid 4210 for a ticket (including "free cancellation charges"). But after cancellation, they promised to refund 3200 rs after months of calling them and begging them. Now they have refunded only 2470 rs.
My flight booking was cancelled by airlines. Contacted Happy easy go for refund and was guided to cancel from app too with reason "Cancelled by Airlines". Did as guided. Reason for cancellation automatically changed to Cancelled by self. For not giving refund they can do anything. Also not getting reply of mails done for refund. If you are booking through this app don't rely on their customer care representative in case of cancellations. Always secure your trip in case there are chances of cance
Referral programme of This app is not seen ever before. I refered friends and confirmed the cashback also. When I request for withdrawal to my bank account, neither amount credited nor refunded to cashback option. If call customer care also, they will advise to send mail and no proper response if you write mail also. It has been pending more than 2 months. Pls be carefully before using.
I preferred this app for my flight bookings cz of easy access and offers. But now it's not at all user friendly, the app is slow and flight details are not accurate/changing every other second. Disappointed
Good for low priced tickets as claimed, definitely cheaper than competition. So if you are sure you are flying, donot hesitate to book from here. But if for some reason you have to cancel or apply for refund, that is when you realize nothing will be refunded. It's a gamble you have to take. These guys will not refund even a single rupee saying one thing or the other and showing some star marked T&C, even if the airline agrees to cancel for a zero amount.
Pathetic and very unprofessional service from HappyEasyGo. They are not able to credit the refund amount of my ticket even after the airline has paid it to them. I have been connecting with over helpline number and it's the same story every executive gives that it will be credited in 5 to 7 days and "this time" it will be done. Not sure what is the definition of "this time" in Happyeasygo dictionary.
My refund is stuck by happyeasygo end, from more than a month. It is completed by indigo. Worst services. I have called so many times for refund which is successfully done by indigo within 3 day but stuck from their end. Each time I call them, they just tell that it will be updated within a week, still nor resolved. It still have been 2 months and still they have not refund the money.
Don't use this app for flight booking. They don't refund any amount for even fully refundable flights. Don't go for 50-100 rs cheaper prices. Use any trustworthy website or app. Update: After the reply from Happyeasygo, they asked me to mail the details. I did the same but no response from them. Really the worst airline booking app.
I booked a flight through the app and a few days before departure received a call from airline that my flight is canceled and issued my refund.The airline informed me that the refund is issued to the third party. Its been more than two months and still no news from the happy go easy. I tried calling the customer service also they just keep telling that it's processing and they are yet to receive the amount from airline.... better book on airline website.
I had a pending refund from almost 2 months and they have initiated it today but till now havent received any single penny in my account, it took almost 2 month to process but when they mentioned in the app that refund is done it is no where visible in my account. Worst experience ever
This app does not support fast payment and reliable payment. Even if individual is using most of the given option of payment... without any obvious or logical reason it gets decline. Even after successful booking tickets not been generated and refund is issued... waiting for it. But lot of wastage of time
Terrible experience, I booked a ticket from this app yesterday and selected a certain date of travelling but after payment, the flight and the timing was changed automatically. I am totally shocked how this happened and it is also showing non refundable. I don't know what to do now.
Worst app. They don't refund your canceled flight tickets amount. It's been 6 months since I have submitted all the necessary documents required for refund. Even after they say that they will refund the amount within 90 days they don't stick to their commitments. Considering current Covid situations, flights keeps getting canceled or postponed so avoid booking tickets from this app if you want your cancelation flight ticket amount back.
One of the worst customer service experience. I booked hotel for 3 people. Paid it in full. In mail, it was written excluded 3rd person charges. I called customer care, asking them whether I need to pay anything extra before free cancellation charges end time, they told me nothing needs to be paid. Now on mail, after full money will be taken as cancellation charges, they mailed I need to pay extra. Why didn't you just collect the full amount first? Why disperancy in what you speak & write ?
One of the worst experience I had in flight Booking with Happyeasygo they just mention that they will refund if the flight cancels. I have not received any refund till now. am following up from last 1 year no proper response from anyone of them. I don't suggest this anyone. Please don't book flight tickets from HappyEasyGo. Please don't make money in this way by looting customers money.
Most pathetic services. I book through the app when i tried to cancel the flight through the app it didn't give me the option and when I directly asked airlines to cancel it the happily did it. Post which the airlines gave me full refund and when i asked the app to give it to me they said i would be charged a fee of 3k for cancellation along with other charges. And they have already received the refund from airlines still they want 10-15 working days to give me the funds. Pathetic services
Worst application with worst customer care. Two of my bookings were supposed to be refunded, I called the airlines directly for confirmation of refund and they sent me. Its been more than 130 days since happyEasyGo hasn't done anything for the refund. They keep on showing request has been sent to airlines and what not. No one replies from their customer support as well. Initially they did but all they had to say was "please be patient" and nothing else.
An avid user of HEG turned to soar end, Understanding the dynamics of COVID, I paid for added package of Free Rescheduling with total amount of 6K (inc. flight) but when it came actual rescheduling HEG asked for INR 4400 stating airline's sales team has hiked the fee, although on HEG website and Airline's website there was no hike (reason I got was those were discounted fare). Finally, I chose to cancel all the bookings with whatever penalty I get with a lesson of never booking with them again.
Worst booking app. They do not refund amount even after airline has refunded the amount. When talking to customer executive , the guy goes mute just like that. And it takes around 25 mins again to connect with another person and explain the whole issue again. Avoid booking from this app. Total worse experience.
Worst booking experience ever do not choose this platform to book any ticket ever. In case of cancellation they will keep on telling you that u will get your money in the week but the customer never gets a refund plus they will cut any amount of money as cancellation charges according to them. Absolutely senseless. Haven't received my refund since months yet.
The worst app i have ever seen... Am a frequent flyer for last 15years. 1st time i booked through this app on 27 Dec 2021. I choose a free rescheduled policy, for that i have paid 1000 Rs extra. When time came i called them 7 times and mail them 8 times for reschedul. Around 8 hrs i spent with them. But they didnt do anything. Airline showing seat availability but happy easy go says not available. Horrible experience. Finally i cancelled my ticket. Airlines refunded 3700. But this app not giving
Does it cost less than other websites ? sometimes yes but trust me on this, don't go with this web. Their customer service is horrible especially when you've cancelled your tickets and waiting for the refund. They will not at all initiate the refund untill and unless you reach out to them over email/calls. Even after you do, they'll not pay you back untill their vendors thru which they have booked the tickets have not returned back to them. Its been 1 month and I'm still waiting for the refund.
Worst management and customer service ever. I have been waiting for my refund (Upon flight cancellations) for more than a month, every single time I connect , they say more than a week and they have no idea about the money refunded by the airline. I have been a regular user, but I personally believe to pay 200 bucks more for better customer experience & support. I love to book flights through happyeasygo but didn't ever thought to have this bad experience when it comes to Customer Realtion Mng.
