Good to use and can compare price easily for similar items as most of them will show in per 100g π. The app also showing what goods are on super promotion. From time to time, Happy Fresh also having discount π Payment process also smooth and easy. And after made payment, i can still make some changes within a short time (if I noticed I selected wrong item)
Hi happyfresh team. I've installed this app on both of my phones, Samsung and Vivo and both can't receive any notification when the shopper want to confirm an item's replacement. Even when I don't close the app. I have to keep on getting into the app, manually refresh to check it. Please do something about it.
Easy to use interface. Friendly and efficient shoppers and drivers (different people). Smooth experience. I just wish they could include more options of supermarket in my area (also limited products) π . It's limited to only Cold Storage for supermarkets, even though we have an Aeon Big in the same mall. Overall, my first time experience with HappyFresh is good, but could be better. Will use the app in the future if the products I need are listed in your app. π
My order can't check-out for payment, cause I can't put any schedules since there's no slot until 3 days ahead, it's always happen in every place I order from Happy fresh (Jakarta or Bekasi, especially at Tiptop supermarket), please add more people at the delivery departments and or supermarket, it's look Happyfresh not serious to handle this problem, cause it's happened since I can remember.. Most People's buy groceries cause they need that immediately, why we have to wait for 3 days ahead...
The worst app to go for groceries delivery. You cannot contact the shopper. Call or app message or whatsoever. Delivery always delay. Then if delay cannot rearrange delivery for another date/time. Do not get fresh food. Shopper just do work quickly and didn't notice the food is molding or rotting. Rather use shopee or grab. At least there's a rating system so the shopper will not dare to do a bad job.
This service is a JOKE. Every single time I use it something goes wrong. This time I was not notified of anything that's out of stock even though I specifically asked to be called (which was an option in the app), and they used bags even though I asked (and paid for) cardboard boxes. The other times I used it, there were: - incorrect items bought - 90% of the items I ordered were out of stock (update your damn stock!) - late delivery
It was all good. It was my first time nd it goes very well . All items delivered on time. Good price . Rider is nice nd contact before coming. Nd you app is perfect, can see all status about ur order, whether its packing now or its on delivery now. All was perfect. Thunbs up :) :)
This company is somehow untrustable on the voucher code provided. Applied voucher code for discount and checkout, at the end they still charged me the discounted amount via cash on delivery. The support team just simply give a reason that doesnt make sense and ignore my case afterwards.
Happy Fresh replied my review by asking me to contact them through Instagram. I did so, but I have got no reply from them at all. There is NO ANY CHANNEL that you could contact them if your purchase has any issue. The "contact us" function in their Apps is not working at all, call customer service and they will only tell you they will check and get back to you (but never hear from again). Delivery was late for hours. Hence, think twice if you want to place any order through them, not recommended
All setup already complete (account, delivery address, payment and linked ewallet) but the app refused to finish my order. It was said that I need to refresh my delivery time again and again. Edit: Finally it was fixed and I can finish the transaction, thank you
Delivery availability is really bad. After making your order which takes some time you find out that delivery can be days and days away. I have wasted so much time making orders and then just have to clear my cart when the delivery is so far away.
This apps not useful compared to earlier version since the section/page of Voucher&Bank promotion moved to cart already. The page is blank and keep loading only although the issue reported for 2weeks but no update, no status and no solution.
Easy to use..a lot of promotions which suits me..only drawback is the delivery timing is limited...but if only buying non urgent groceries then Happy fresh will suit you well

Glitchy app. Delivery is always delayed by HOURS! Absolutely preposterous! Also items that have been packed can suddenly be unavailable upon delivery, even though I had requested for them to chat/call me if items were unavailable. Status can also suddenly change to "delivered" before they were actually delivered. No prompts in the app. Shops that have free delivery promos, when checking out, still charged for delivery. There is no live chat, only can email them, yet no actions were taken
Did not get compensation that is worth the trouble for late deliveries, instead the app assigned a voucher that forces to buy more at no promotional value at all and with such high minimum spend. Customer service is not helpful regarding payment error after 3 days even though bank processing sometimes takes longer than that.
Use to be my fav online groceries apps,very disappointed with their service nowadays. Received items in bad condition bcos the shopper did not put frozen items in cooler bag and the delivery was late for an hour, suddenly call and inform items arrived while the system still showing "waiting for delivery to pickup". Due to the late delivery,some items arrived in bad condition and vege not fresh. 3 email sent but don't bother to reply at all after payment release. Disappointed! Leaving this apps!
Long time never use happy fresh until today, I try again. I found it is so convenience. No need to queue, price from lotus's is cheaper than outside store too. I will definitely using happy fresh to order my stuff next time as long as it provided free shipping.
I can't log-in into help center laise with customer service. It's stuck on the log-in page and keep shown as "Authenticating". Even i reinstall HF apps, the problem still remain the same.
Due to the cooking oil, I don't like this app. Cheap stock is a lie! Finally had to buy at a higher price because the reason was out of stock. And the payment can only be returned to coins..please change it because that's our money so return it with money too.
I have been making orders using HappyFresh for many times. Most of the shopping experiences were pleasent, shoppers are nice and delivery process smooth. Of course the happiness of shopping in HappyFresh is they always offered discount code and the groceries got a lot of promotions tooπ
hope can set up the app so that the customer can call the shopper to add on order before goods out for deliver. and wish giant hypermarket could keep the product i order in stock. mostly when go in person i got different variety of milk only and not the that i prefer like today. its a luck i got the milk as per wish today. thanks shopper and deliver boy.
I paid more for an express delivery, hoping that my order to be delivered early. But they end up delayed the delivery arrangement. What's the point of me paying the extra charge?? Nonsense.
Good app, have a very good service from shopper and rider. I love the replacement product concept and it's very convenient for me when need to buy daily use product. Five star βββββ
App is fine. But delivery almost never on time. Sometimes too late and ice bag already melted. Frozen food or fresh meat/seafood becomes warm and no longer fresh. Hope to improve.
I'm a happy customer of happyfresh. It'd be great if there's a way customer can contact the shopper to ask them for items that's not listed on the product page.
No information about the stock and expiration date of the product... So you have to trust the shopper wether you like it or not.... This application still need lots of improvement...
I love using Happy Fresh to do my weekly groceries shopping. The only downside for me is, shopper is not able to make any change (like change of delivery date, delivery address, etc) once the order is confirmed and paid. At the moment, shopper is only able to use the app to add more item to the existing confirmed order prior to delivery. Please add more functions to make the app more useful. Thanks.
