worst product ever! It worked one time...I've reset the darn thing so many times. It is connected to my network but I cannot view it because it keeps saying "wrong password". If I play with it enough it sometimes works...it is simple enough that I find it useful to check to be sure the dog isn't harassing the cats...but if you reset your phone/get a new one good luck. You can't record footage unless you have the app open and on the entire time...in wifi!
Having trouble using your desktop app, my tablet and android phone have various cameras synced and it's great however, when I try to use the software on my desktop (windows 10) it won't let me log in. I've inputted the correct email and password that is on my devices however, it won't recognize. If I create a new account with the same email it will go through, but no cameras are synced, it's as if the desktop app and the android app are not synchronized at all.
Cannot reset password due to "Request failed, please verify your network connection" error being thrown just when you hit the reset password button. The network has, for sure, no issues sincer everything is working until that button is actioned. Do something 'cause the app is unusable since it has been disconnected out of nowhere and the pass cannot be changed.
This is a great product, we have had no issues from the device. Its very user friendly and easy to set up. The app is also great and is also user friendly. Only draw back that I would say is that I would like to see that the camera automatically mute the incoming mic while the user attempts to talk using the app.
Does everything it needs to. Really cool that the camera can pan via the app. It would be nice if the camera had a wider angle of view. Noticed that response is delayed when connected over the internet. Ultimately uninstalled because I don't want a camera indoors at this time. (It was a gift.)
I left a review the other day about how unhappy I was because all of a sudden my happysee app was not working. We use it to keep an eye on my grandson while he is sleeping. Well, just as quickly as it stopped working it started working again. But there was a box that came up with a question. I can't recall what the question was but in order for it to work again I had to click on "agree". Works fine again and I am happy gramma again!
unreliable . I have emailed the developer and hopefully there will be a fix soon. the app crashes often and I have to restart the camera a few times a day. Camera is great and app when it works is easy to use. I'll give more stars if the fix issue.
Had the camera around 18 months and it's been fine. App won't open after the update from 16/07/21 (which ironically was to fix bugs - not ones I'd ever experienced) and from the other reviews I can see I'm not the only one. This is used to check on my dog who has a lifelong medical condition so it's crucial that it works, otherwise there is no point in having it. Please fix ASAP.
camera is awesome.only problem is the delay is horrible if you dont have really good wifi where your at. it takes up to 20 seconds once you move the camera to see the change on your screen. if.you have a good connection works great!!!
HapSee app or the camera no longer works. I can't do sound add, manual add and the camera fails to launch for the scanning the code. My internet is 2.4hz so that is not the problem, and no other wireless device is having a problem. Please fix this as I am very disappointed my product isn't working and I loved your app before.
This app worked for a week and now won't connect on numerous accounts! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, keeps saying not connected to network although definitely is connected!!! Can't even make a new account with different email address!!!
This was working great at first. Now it will not connect outwith the house which defeats the point in having the camera. So before I leave it all works great then I go to work and it says it cant log in. I dont get it, very frustrating!!
very pleased with camera and software. alittle confusing at first with passwords. but after I figured that out,I've had no other problems. startup right away. can also watch from work. very happy with this product.
Can't connect cameras anymore. Typical cheap junk. Works at first, then everything breaks and the company disappears. Notice how the app hasn't been updated since October of 2019
It is the app that I have to use with the camera I purchased. That being said, I like the app. It works well. Does what I need, keeps an eye on my dog. What I don't like. Everytime I access the video feed a warning pops up telling me that my password is too weak. It's not. But the app does not need to tell me that everytime I use it. It could have said something when I set it up. It is annoying but the app works well.
HapSee is nothing to see.. I've been trying to login all day and followed the instructions exactly as they are written and I get an error message that network not available. that is all that I get.. camera won't connect. horrible.. worked for 1 week and now its garbage.
I had the same problem as everyone else, the app just stopped working. This was a real shame because the camera was working fine up till then. Just before I gave up completely I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This seemed to fix it for now....
I am sooo frustrated w this app!....I used a camera for my pup and the app/camera worked GREAT for one full year and then about 2 months ago, TOTALLY stopped!...I purchased a new camera, of the same, and I cannot get EITHER to work!....even had a whole internet ckup!....it HAS TO BE THE APP!...now, too late to return the second camera and it specifically says to download THIS app!!!....now what?!
Set all permissions, turned push notifications on, but dont get the notifications. They all come through when I open the app. Basically the camera doesnt do what I bought it for!
Worked perfectly until the latest update. Now the app force closes within seconds and renders the system absolutely useless. Not impressed at all.
Worked fine for about 2 hours. Now the app just endlessly loads and never shows the camera view. Camera seems fine but is useless because of this worthless app. Yes, I cleared cache, no help. Don't waste your money.
Keeps telling me it is the wrong password, even though it isn't, there is no way of resetting the password, resetting the camera is a pain!
It doesn't work fully anymore (it used to) . You can't find cameras on the network. You can add them via WiFi with the sound set up, direct AP or ethetnet but once they are connected you then can't add them to the app. It says the cam isn't on the network (it is - router confirms it) Also, emails to the developer are bounced. So basically, if you bought a cam that needs this app, return it. Edit. Search for 'hapsee mate' in the store. That works for me
