The developers have stated that you can recharge your mobile prepaid plans and pay bills using the app. But they have removed the feature from the app. This is misleading information because if I am looking for an app for quick recharges then it will lead to unnecessary downloads and waste of time. Please ask the developers to correct the description ASAP. 'Quickest Recharge: Recharge your mobile phone, pay your Postpaid bills and DTH bills too.'
The service is horribly bad. The bot is completely unresponsive. It works on an if-else-if algorithm. It'll ask you for your payment details, address, etc. and that's all. It won't answer any query of yours. You ask for any assistance, it'd say, "Sorry, I didn't quite get that." They have no customer care or grievance redressal. You'll have to write an email and the response time, in my case, was 13.5 hours, by then the order was already out for delivery and they say it's too late now. On top of that, they end the call by saying, "We expect you to encourage your friends and family to use the app."
I used this app in 2016 and my experience was indescribable but right now this app is not more than a trash. If it was written reminder call i used to get calls but now they ask me to change privacy and give then permission when it was not necessary earlier. I twice asked them to give me what i want but in no vain, customer supporter used to send text even when im not using apl and then chat used to close. Dont you understand the meaning of reminder call, its very simple call for reminder.
Haptik doesn't deserve even 1 Star. Don't trust to this Company or App. Too much expensive for flight ticket also when I pay my bill for flights ticket from this app The transaction was failed but Money was deducted from my Account so I send to their provided email not less than 5 times but I don't get any single reply from them. 7 days already passed and I don't know will they refund my money or not. Can I trust Haptik again... This is what happened to me. so new users now it's up to you
waste of time, money and very very poor customer service. here you buy a product, pay the money thats it. now forget about the product and money paid, both are almost gone. most important dont waste time on customer service such thing doesn't exit there. so better go to other companies then Haptik.
When i used to start Haptik, there were very offers for recharges through amazon pay but now this is closed. I want to delete my haptik account so tell me how to delete? My data should be removed from server otherwise i will have to do some legal actions. It was useful 2 or 3 years ago but now this is wastage and my phone's ram should be free.
Previously this app was awesome but now no options only reminder previously it was best helping in traveling a personal assistant was there for you always now nothing here. Please bring back those facilities. Your One of the first user of the app. :(

Hello developers... Haptik is a wonderful application... The one suggestion I would like to make is for the wake-up call reminders... If you could associate some points if we wake up, attend the call and could claim a reward that would be pretty much motivating since a lot of use are snoozers... Regards
Awesome App to Use I used to use it my college days as well for daily water reminder. At that time their used be executive who chats with you and can book movie tickets as well for you. Awesome app for personal assistant. Highly recommended it.
There is no meaning of just notification. This aap was eariler know for call notification, now it just gives you a simple notification about the reminders. Need to improve.
Bunch of fraudsters running this app. Not only are they the only ones charging convenience fee but you will not be sure whether you'll get cashback as displayed on their app or not? Apps like this come and go in no-time once they start breaking trust of customer.
Most Fraudulent App. Most of the Apps this month were giving 10% cashback for DTH recharge. Fraudulent Haptik had displayed a non-sense Ad to get 50% cashback by paying through PayPal. I did Rs.400 DTH recharge & they charged Rs. 10 as convenience fee, without giving any cashback. Means loss of Rs. 50. I don't recommend this App as trusted.
Tried to sign-up but not getting the OTP. The problem has persisted for the past few days. Developers kindly look into this matter so that I can sign-up and use the app.
Seriously don't download this application, you will waste your data and time. You will not be able to sign in as they will not give you otp. Also, raised app issues in their mail id but they didn't care to even response
Quiz takes lot of time to put forth a Question and as a result i lose everytime. Complained umpteen times but never solved by Haptik. Prize given of Flight Cashback is USELESS as its applicable once per user. I Play evryday n come in Top 100 n flight coupons are USELESS..
The quiz in your app has wrong answer's and there is no option to report it. Pathetic Ai response that has just 2-3 programmed responses. Even final year college projects have a better AI response.
Really unique. Just a request, let me suggest something about reminders. Why there is no Description for reminders ?? When I receive a call (which is only nice thing about Haptik), it does not tell what this reminder about ? Really ??? So 3 stars only
It does not do anything special now. 3 years ago it used to be the best like actual humans helping you in many ways like calling a doctor and checking for appointments and even help you shopping
Zero customer support. I tried to book my flight ticket and my account has been debited and I haven't received the ticket confirmation mail and they don't have proper customer support.
Was a brilliant app once upon a time.. It has been reduced to good for nothing piece of spam in the recent times. Utterly disappointing.
Never do flight booking from here. Flight confirmation didn't receive even paying the money successfully. And refund is due too. I am still waiting for the refund.
It doesn't even deserve a star. Its the worst app ever encountered. I have no one to talk about my refund which is due for a month and half. Your AI is exceptionally worse.

App do not work. Edit: I have already raised complaint to given mail id around 8 days back and following up but no luck. waste app,phonepe offer also expired now. uninstalled.
Their chat boats needs to be improved. It's a quite irritating experience though i install this app again after 8 months . But still same problem.
Initially when I used to set meeting reminder the contact option was not there so I can set up reminder for anything but now I cannot as I need to have the contact name. I tried entering the details in the optional venue but that is neither displayed nor said on the call. I think you can have a simple reminder where one can set reminder for anything by just entering what he wants and have alarm set for the same!
