Heads up of you just updated your phone. You will need to go onto the app and clear cache and memory on the app. The newest update to Android messes with the app. Hard press on the app and hit the info icon top right hand side. You can clear the app cache memory there. Worked for me. Also this app is great for banking. Been doing business with harborone for 25 years since they were brockton credit union. Hopefully this review helps people use the app after phone updates
Was working fine previously but now I am unable to access the app. All that shows up when I open the app is the blue screen with the harbor one logo. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall but that did not work. I hope a fix is found for this soon.
It won't go past the blue screen. I downloaded so I could deposit a check and not go to the bank during the quarantine. It never went past the blue screen with logo. Seems this problem has gone unfixed for months based on other reviews. Very disappointing!
worst banking app i have used constantly has me verifying my account with either a text or phone call whenever i log in also available balance for account isnt clear shows available balace but its the combined checking and savings so if you make a payment for more that is actually in the checking account youll get charged an overdraft fee not a user friendly app
Have not been able to get the app to open for a few weeks now not sure what the problem is but would appreciate it if you could fix it not a great app anyway have had issues with it since shortly after I downloaded it OK it is not 2/7/20 uninatalled and reinstalled still cannot get this app to open you don't even rate 1 star
The one problem I have is that the App combines your savings and checking totals into one lump sum. Which can be confusing. Every other bank app I've used makes sure to separate the totals.
Works to make make payments but needs to be better...I want to make my car loan direct payment but I can't. I have to make deposit on my checking account and transfer later
Something is wrong with the app, I can't even log in, can't see options, nothing. It just gets stuck on some kind of 'welcome' screen. Totally useless, can't use it for anything.
Biometric sign-in not working in the latest update. When you scan fingerprint, the app will just "load" forever and never sign you in. Only way to sign in is by entering credentials manually.
Signing in on newest update doesnt work. Other than that its a simple app. Though this needs to be updated constantly and not once a month. Any phone update can mess with software. Please fix ASAP
I've been with HarborOne Bank for countless years. They're a great bank. I can't imagine not being with them and their app make makes life so easy. I would give 5 stars but 4 keeps you striving to be the best.
App is horribly outdated, especially the UI. Can't get routing number or full account number from app which is really annoying.
Finally downloaded this app and it's buggy won't even load my account info. Literally waiting 10 min. Unreliable app means I don't have access to my money when I need it. Will be changing banks. ASAP
I see a lot of complaints but never had an issue myself. App works great. Keep your phone updated, app updated and stop blaming the app because you own junk. Have a wonderful day

I've had more problems with this app then any other app on my phone. I don't understand how this app is so unstable. Definitely considering going to another bank.
Much better app then when I 1st downloaded it. Convenience of online banking with app could be better and offer more like in-bank does especially with COVID regs.
Biometric login doesn't work since last upgrade. Prior to last upgrade the app had become fairly stable. Why mess without now?!
app missing a lot of features that are on web site...app crashes quite a bit. You'll beed to uninstall...then reinstall. very poor
The app has not ever actually opened for me in months. I tried deleting it and reinstalling and is a waste of time.
Wouldn't work app kept failing and freezing my phone. Another reason i hate using certain apps. Downloading and taking uo more useless space in the phone
Only good for balance check. Issues with biometric login and crashes whenever you take a photo for check deposit.
Disappointingly this app is not working most of the time. I haven't been able to access my account for the app for weeks now.
Requires sms authentication every single time. Don't tell me it's for my own security because that is bs. Fix your damn app.
WORST bank I' be ever gone to. I did open 2 accts. Big mistake. I never received my replacement card 3WKS+ I GO IN PERSON 2 QUINCY BRANCH & DO replace RT there! NOT what I was told by the customer service Then I was got multiple fees for even checking my balance?? I've NEVER @ other bank's & NEVER AGREED TO A FEE. SO ERICA SAID SHE WOULD TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR RE: PARTIAL REFUNDING ME SOME OF THE FEES THAT WAS EXACTLY 32 DAYS. ONCE I CLOSED ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS JOHN WAS RUDE TO ME
Stopped working about a month ago now. Thanks for not updating your app. Looks like I need to find a new bank.
The app stopped working. When you press the app icon it goes to the initial blue screen with the sail boat and then no further. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, to no avail. I notified my Branch and they passed the information along to IT and IT got back to me but, had no idea of what was wrong or how to fix the issue. When the app was working I used it for all my banking needs. Now, nothing.
