Great app! I handle all my financial stuff with it, including external accounts. It really helps me to keep on top of bills, deposits, keeping credit cards paid off right away. The only thing I can't stand is the mobile deposit experience. It always works perfect functionally but it so annoying that there's this little voice giving you the most obvious directions and somehow it over rides my phone settings of being on silent and makes camera snap noises & whatever else it wants. Overall great!
The app is alot better then talking to some of then talking to the rudest, most arrogant loan officers ever found on the face of the Earth! No matter how long and how perfect your payment history is I messed up or they messed up but I had three payments in my account in there bank that I thought had been transfered to my loan car payment, but for what ever reason didnt get transferd and they repoed my ride and weren't going to give it back. Still cost me an additional $2000.00 for there mistake!
Its a fairly easy Banking app that allows me to easily find what Im looking for, whether Im looking to start a transfer, or stop one, read my statements or Im just looking at recent purchases, and basic account info.
app is fine except for check deposit. in the middle of a deposit it times out, even though i am in the middle of using it. so irritating that i finally took my checks to the bank. so much for convenience. i spoke to customer service and they have no idea. they were supposed to research and get back to me. that was 6 days ago and i have heard nothing.
Nice people that always help out with any questions I have. The App is really easy to use. I'm always using it to check my account. Just tap on the app widget & it only takes 2seconds to swipe the screen to see my checking & savings account balance. Thanks again for the great service!😊
The app works great but when depositing checks, the camera shutter sound is extremely annoying. I don't have my phones sound on and it still plays the shutter sound in the app at a really high volume.
App has a blue notification icon for alerts. The color makes the notification icon impossible to see with a wallpaper background that is a similar color. The app alert icon appears as a blank space when there are other app alerts after the Harborstone alert. If the alert icon is the last alert it is impossible to see or know it is there. Please make the Harborstone app notification icon white so it is easier to see. Also sent via the feedback email.
for check deposit this new system you got is horrible trying to hold still is extremely sensitive and me or my wife could not do it they could not hold still long enough tried to take the picture so we did it manually and still too sensitive. why change something that has worked it was working just fine before.
I don't like this bank. I regret opening an account from here. Not user friendly and there's a wait on transferring bank to bank transactions. Unlike navyfed its easy and user friendly. U can do everything through the app from your phone. You dont have to wait days to transfer money and you don't have to go to the website to do everything. I hate this bank! Gosh
Do not rely on bill pay. They sent my bills to the wrong c/o for 3 payments until I was delinquent. Then after that my power bill, which I've used bill pay for for years without incident was taken from my account but never credited so I became delinquent once again due to bill pay. Love harborstone but these kinda mistakes are embarrassing and a huge inconvenience. I never pay my bills late but now thanks to their bill pay I have late payment history with my utilities.
Works great. Does Money transfers, takes picture of check and deposits it, and transaction history. I have not had any problems compared to bank apps and credit card account apps. Im Happy with Harbor Stone.
this bank takes a LONG time to adjust balances in real time. One should be able to enter note for payments on mobile app as well as desktop. Also, balance adjustments takes tooooo long.
Award winning App my... App is beyond horrible, can't use bitwarden with it, app is more like a collection of services mashed into an app. It is down right pitiful.
The app works well but has a really corny click sound when depositing checks even when my phone is muted. Please remove the click sound. It's about as useful and embarrassing Gilbert Godfrey shouting, "Wow, that's a lot of money" in a quiet room.
First time user of the app and I took a picture of my check and it was an easy process. I must say that I am very impressed. I have been a member of harborstone for 14 years. I have never had an issue and every branch that I have been to in pierce county, the employees are excellent. Thank You Harborstone!

A super app (and bank/credit union) that has far more features than the major banks (lime KEY, etc) BUT they make it very hard to understand whether you have a payment due or not by the way they show your loan due details.
Horrible check deposit app. Usually takes 4 attempts. My last bank's was easy to use and I never had a problem. Considering changing banks.
It's easy to transfer between accounts, make payments etc. I like the clear easy to read formatting.
Simple interface makes it easy to manage my money, and thumbprint login makes it convenient and secure to get into my account!
I hate, this app, I can't get the schedule transfer to happen when I want and I can't figure out how to change my atm daily withdrawal. I have many different banks and this app by far is the worst.
I do not like the updated auto camera... I preferred being able to take a better pic for ensured depositing without 4 extra questions to answer before deposit is successfully confitmed.
Awesome app, very intuitive, easy to use and does everything i need and more! Best banking app I have used, way ahead of some of the others.
Harberstone has made it easy to mamage my money. And they make it easy to follow their different services offered. Harberstone has also made it very easy to build on my cradit score.

Very good app with one major flaw. Mobile deposits. Each time you make a mobile deposit the app will force you to relook at your picture to verify that the payee, amount, or some other item is legible. This appears to have nothing to do with the quality of the picture at all, it's simply forces you to look at it again, which doubles or more the total time it takes to make the deposit. Very annoying and unnecessary.
