YoU could slow down all the popups and banners for me.It's hard to read when the print is tiny like on my phone and it flys by at warp speed, I used to be able to read the miniature print. Hellllla buggy... You spin the opening wheel and sometimes it won't let you continue so you don't get the coins. Every few spins it will say it's disconnected.... Not sure what the point of earning xp is if it doesn't earn you hearts as far as I'm aware. Seems like a ripoff of MGMs much smoother slot game with easier access to earning rewards without spending money on hearts and coins

This is a cash cow. If you don't buy coins the games will spin a lot of duds. They blame their computer, but computers are programmed by humans. In the past the old app was fun. This new app will have you nervous.

My wife and I have been playing for years and sometimes cost us $$$ hundreds of $$$$ when not lucky My wife recently reached level 500 and her minimum bet went up 3 fold to where she can't play anymore she is disabled and plays daily to past the time and enjoyed it. I find it hard to believe that this is the reward you give to a player that plays enough to reach a level and their reward is they can't play anymore. Thanks for nothing!!!

The game graphics fail in comparison to many other slot apps, and the game play is not very exciting. The reels do not stop immediately when the spin button is pressed to stop the reels, and the overall experience is below average on my fun meter.

You win more at the actual casino, took me 24 spins to win any coins. I know it depends on the game. Dont pick the featured game, that just sucks up more of your coins. They just want you to buy more coins.

Daily bonus sometimes works with newer phones. Can't ever hit the stop button on game because it is always wait for server to respond..... it is not my internet. Also they don't respond to any of these comments so I guess our comments don't matter.

Very slow and waiting on server response. Seems to be very realistic compared to casino odds. You lose a lot more than winning.

It sucks! The flow of the game is ALWAYS delayed...waiting for the server to respond. So you can never have a positive outcome. SUCKS!!! The games are not bad, but can't enjoy them bc of server.

Would like more free play to start. But had a big win on third game i played. Also would like bets to be a lot lower when i started, like 200-500 (dollars). LOL

After this last update I have to uninstall & reinstall the app EVERY DAY in order for the "collect" button to work & collect my daily bonus coins & hearts from the wheel. I emailed support last week that I was having issues collecting the bonus before I found this aggravating work around. There has been no response. Please fix the app & I'll fix rating.

This game does not work right, I don't get emails, when I spin the wheel and get my reward and it's suppose to add up on a chart and add credits and money and all well I'm not getting all that, plus when I'm winning on my alot machines and for example I win a $1000.00 dollars I might get $200 added to my pot. I'm getting ripped off and when I play this game doesn't my points add to my unity card that I have from the actual casino?? I thought that is what this game was for? I need answers.

Bar none, this is the worst casino app I've ever attempted to use,l tried and tried it is impossible to like.I reinstalled it so l could rate it.What could you have been thinking? Erase it, compare it to what's out there and reinvent it please.After months I gave it another try. It doesn't even load and run on my phone.

Constantly searchingfor server when playing game plus since the new update all the games i had unlocked are now locked and the amount you have to start off betting is way more and you cant hit the free spins or specials the games have. Here it is 2 months later and still server issues are my main complaint was in the free spins on game when it stated couldnt connect to server by the time got it back up the coins i was winning was taking from me which upset me greatly.please fix the sever issues

Before you upgraded I was able to win more and the games didn't crash when you're in a bonus round

The games should let you win bonuses more often. It's not fun to lose at slots when your not using real money. I would understand if you were gambling real money. But if your trying to give people insensitive to come to hard Rock casino. Then at least make this app have looser slots. To give a reason to redeem points at the real casino. DO BETTER.

Played for less than a minute, extremely slow to load and with the payouts so low in the brief time I played it was very easy to tell that I was never going to win anything at all. Nice Graphics but nothing else . . Uninstalled....

I play every day but am seriously thinking of stopping. I used to buy coins once in a while but now the minimum to play has been raised and the payouts are less so I'm forced to buy more often. I could go to a real casino and spend the same amount and could at least win real money. Too expensive just to play. Very disappointed in the new upgrade.

Extremely Disappointed in the updated version of this game. The update lowered the value of my game level. It took away several of the slots that I played on a regular basis. It also removed incentives associated with completing quests. The new version is also extremely glitchy and often fails to connect to The game servers. It was not perfect before, but the update is making me not want to play.

This used to be a good site. Now it's all deception. If you have to complete 100 percent to go to the next level, every time you get to 99 percent, it goes back to as low as 28 percent. This at a cost of your coins. Since the update, I haven't had ONE winning day. So I'll play till my coins run out which no doubt will. I invested much time in this site only to get screwed. My advice is to not bother.
