HARDCODE is a 3rd person VR shooter game for mobile VR headsets like Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR, Homido, Fibrum, etc.
FEATURES:
- Fast action in virtual reality.
- Full use of a gamepad controller.
- Single player missions and online multiplayer.
COMPATIBILITY:

So far, excellent. It's the first I've found that allows using my controller, I have the destek v5 headset. No glitches that I've had. Giving 4 star only since I also noticed the nausea and discomfort after only 15-20 min max. I thought it was only me then realized in the other comments. Not sure why as I do like the game. I just had to remove the headset now and then. I don't consider it a problem. Just very immersive Looking forward to playing more
I haven't bought the full version, but what's free is great. One reccomendation I would love to see implemented, is use the right button to toggle view from first person and third person. Maybe it's different in the full version, but the right button is unused, so might as well do something with it.
This is one of the best VR apps. It looks and feels pretty good. The multiplayer aspect could be really fun with some improvements (see usernames, leaderboards, lobbies, etc) I would give it 5 stars if the user could modify the control schemes. I would love to aim with the analog stick on my gamepad instead of where my head is pointing. Overall worth a play and worth developing! Definitely a unique game that shines out among the crowd 😊👍❤️
Doesn't go totally full screen on my phone, so I have to put the phone to one side of the vr headset to make it coincide with the center. Other programs don't seem to have that problem. Game-wise, looks pretty awesome, but I get reeeally dizzy, so I can't really play it :-( Anyway... Whoever can enjoy it, you're so lucky!
I know content is still being made for it but the gameplay is polished! Controls are intuitive and it's easy to pickup as a first time VR user. 11/10! Super excited for the content in the future.
Just tried the platforming tutorial, and can't wait to try the rest of the game! So nice and immersive! I didn't have problems with the walking/looking-around mechanic, once you get confident it's amazing!! The most immersive vr game I've tried so far, keep going in development! Love this one.
A 3rd person puzzle / shooter that's fun to play, since its not 1st person I would not call it vr, but the controls are great, supports controller and button remaping, good gameplay, a good experience, a keeper! I gave it 5 stars because most of the vr "games" in the play store are broken, play it while standing up.
If you're looking for a good VR game to play on mobile and have a bluetooth controller, this is definitely a game you should get. I've encountered a few players in the multiplayer and it can be really enjoyable. It would be cool if there were some way to contact players in the game though. Maybe a username system.
No option to flip the screen. When I use this with my viewer, the main menu is upside down. That wouldn't be an issue because in game it flips for you, but my walking controls are inverted and there is nothing I can do about it. Difficult to play like that, but the game has potential.
really cool game and truly amazing for the short time I played with my friend XONE Controller The one star is left for when it truly support controllers. The fact that you can only use Bluetooth controller is not fun. I have a wired Logitech gamepad which I can connect to my phone with an OTG cable, which works fine with most games that support controllers. If you can add this feature, that would be amazing.
This is the best VR mission based virtual reality game I have ever played with just the goggle for VR for your phones I have the benext VR headset works great I got it for 18 bucks on sale on Amazon originally 24.99 but there are some goggles that have bluetooth speakers built into it those are like 40 something pretty good. Question for creator of hardcode? I just have a question does multiplayer work and how long do you have to wait to connect with others? I admit great work love it. ☺️
Love the idea that you can play vr game on your mobile with controller, but this game still in beta and when i play it, the screen keep moving to the left. I have to keep counter it to move the camera back to the right with the controller, it's not a pleasant experience. I hope dev keep working harder to improve this game, it have a potential to be such a great vr game on mobile.
It's a very good game but problem is in level breakout it didn't even let me shoot the robots the moment I go to shoot them I got hit not even a second happens and they just shoot me. The name of this game is hardcode but it shouldn't be this much hard your first level is this much hard how hard will be the second level. and you should have add more stages and first one should be easy to practice this game. it's very hard game please make it a bit easy then I will give it 5 star rating.
This game is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to Cardboard VR. The graphics are awesome, the controls are better, and if you have a Dream Vision VR Headset with the remote that looks like a Wii remote, this is the best app known to mankind. Game is incredible and super impressive. Unfortunately, the nausea 10 minutes in is overwhelming. :( Doesn't seem we'll be ready for games like this until we have a headset that can manipulate the fluid in our ears.
I loved this game and it was very fun. After a while the two lens in game changed. This made it not look right and it was terrible. When I tried to change it back with the qr codw it didn't work. Help because this game is very fun.
Everything looked good. Great to see a game that let's you use a controller and does it right! Only down side for me was I didn't get to play it much because it made me feel really nauseous after playing a short while. I feel like that could just be me and not the games fault. I have no idea.
Easily the BEST vr game I've played, works with cheap headsets and the controls are great. Unfortunate you have to pay for extra levels but it's not an that expensive so definitely worth it(it's around £2)
Feels and works very well, great immersion, simple styled and readable graphics work fine even with low resolution phone and cheap plastic lens headset. I hope many developers try this, learn and use similar design as well.
I think that this is a great vr game, even tho there are a few bugs such a resolution (which is very hard to look at), controlls is all over the place but besides that the game is amazing hope you guys or gals do great.😊
This app is miles ahead of anything on the market right now, it has actual content, it requests imput from you and it looks good, nothing compares to this and deserves 5 stars, the only drawback for me was that I felt a bit ill after playing for a while, but that doesn't subtract enough to lower my rating of it, other app developers should look to this app for what it does right, I want more like this.
A great game. If offline, you have a few missions that are a challange. If online, you can play against other people. You can also buy all the missions for only about $2. I greatly recommend this game.
I loved the game... or what we could play of it. There's one puzzle level and 2 fighting levels unlocked until you PAY. It was such a good game until I found how restricted it was.
It's fun, but now, it's done, last update was 5 years ago, and I can find anything about the game that wasn't made in 2017 or earlier, so all I can play is the 3 free levels, and the 4 paid ones, multiplayer is not working. What happened here?
Personally, it think this is the best cardboard VR game out there. It's well polished, and i found an use for my old nexus phone as a controller. Only thing i want is a first-person mode. Thanks!
What of the game was free was fun but I think a bit more free content would be nice. I was unable to use online mode which I was hoping to do.but the missions were fun, can't wait for story mode (I'm hoping it or at least some is free.
Perfect game! Only missing a few adjustments. I would appreciate a first person view option and also a QHD resolution for better experience.
I'm rating it five stars despite the fact that the multiplayer mode needs some work. Specifically you need to get rid of people's option to choose their team. Auto balance!! I just played a round of Capture the Flag and it was just me on red against three others on blue. It's really cool that you are asking for feedback within the game (not in multiplayer mode) and clearly working on improvements. I look forward to watching this game grow and I'm definitely going to buy the full version.
