Great hardware, average XRPL functionality. I want to move most, maybe all my xrpl funds from xumm wallet to D'CENT, but D'CENT seem to insist on adding trustline compatibility themselves. With Xumm, I can add any xrpl trustline I want, whenever I want (Xumm have no control). With D'CENT, I have to send a written request. Also, the inbuilt changelly browser used to have XMR as an option. Since the latest update, it's not there. Otherwise, I love the hardware and the app.

Cant even send a specific crypto to the exchanges...no matter how big or or small I send it. Keeps saying not enough to cover eth fees. Ive tried sending one. I know the network fees arent that great and my crytos will cover the fees. Ive tried other cryptos and it allow it. Whats wrong with this?
Slower compare to metamask and the ui has unnecessary designs. No dark mode. Good wallet but like i said very slow. Sometimes when i open the app the wallet takes 2-3 min to load.
Great app, best I have found, only one wallet is needed for all my crypto and not ten. One thing I would like to see different is to have an option to place it in Dark mode.
I don't see the xdc that I transferred from my Metamask wallet. Can you help me find it. The transfer said it was complete from. I've uploaded my firm ware and still with no results.
Hardware wallets can be a bit intimidating but the support provided with this wallet is fantastic. The setup instructions are very clear and easy to follow and they are quick to respond to questions. I am glad I choose this wallet.
I once did give 5 stars but after ordering their wallet which i never recieved. Ive tried reaching out several times and haven't received 1 response back. -5 stars! HORRIBLE COMPANY, go w a Ledger instead.
Great cold storage, easy to use especially for beginners
No NPT (NADA) when I search on searchbar.. I dont know if its a bug or what..when I type NPT a Neptune token shows up but not NADA..
I have reached out for support several times and not been contacted. I lost $$ in a transfer from an exchange that never showed up in my wallet. Not happy. Exchange verified everything. I have emailed 5 times to support and also to developer. Very unhelpful. Dcent has some answering to do. Frustrated. I would give 0 stars if I could and I used to love this wallet. I'm disappointed because other reviews talk about how great support is. Still waiting for my $$ to show up in my wallet

Update: DCENT came through. I was finally sent my wallet, and it was SEALED! However it took a very long time and the customer service is bad. The Biometric wallet makes up for any headache you may have to put up with. The product is simple to use and elegant in design. I was happy with the coin support it already has. Of course there are many coins that still need to be added. Very happy with the product and that DCENT came through with my super late package. No harm no foul.
Dear D'cent wallet. Great app! Love it! I only wish you would support Shx for the sellar nerwork instead for the ethrium network. I am having a hard time via the D'cent app - requesting for you guys to add it. Could you pleass add it?
1 star for not activating my account on Nada Token it's ridiculous it required $0.5 balance well it's suppose to be free for activation but not and now i how could i possibly add my nada token in my account if i can activate it.
I tried 100 times to activate my account on nada token but still error! Fix your app i waste money to to buy some hedera token for activation but still cant. Lol i change the star if you fix my account thanks.

I highly recommend D'cent. The biometric wallet I purchased had issues with the battery holding charge. The Dcent support team was highly responsive with my query and resolved my issue very quickly, sent me a new wallet which works great. Easy to use, even for the not so tech savvy.
Superb hardware wallet. Highly competent team who care about their device, app and most importantly their consumers. I emailed them about adding a robust NFT display section to the app. I received a very positive response soon after and within a short space of time (a week or two!) a great looking and full featured NFT section appeared within the app. Wonderful! The D'cent hardware wallet is highly recommended!
activating a token says that it takes few minutes, but it's been 2 days since I activate it. Fix it please. support isn't replying anymore

Scam wallet app ! Once you deposit here you can't take it back anymore all transaction was error when you sending token, then if you deposit here 100% success !
Difficult to use, there's a lot of error of this app. Not easy to connect a wallet to a game.
Good crypto wallet with nice clean UI. However, you cannot reorder the crypto list on the main screen. The crypto add screen lags and stutters when typing/searching for the crypto. Also, only a limited number of fiat conversion currencies are available for you to view your crypto holdings market value. Also, it'd be nice to see dark mode on your app.
Excellent wallet. Edit: but I DO NOT like the new blue/green header at the top which shows your balance, in place of the header that shows the percentage of which coins you had in your wallet!
