Will not even let you log in servers are down. You would think Harley Davidson would have a working app. Such a disappointment. Will be uninstalling this one and go back to Google Maps.
Won't even let you log in. WORTHLESS! Never have been able to use it.
It has Harley name so it gets 2 stars. First off it won't let me login. Pretty much kills app experience if you are unable to login. I can login through the website and use the trip planner which is extremely limited POI provider - really kind of force the stereotype of harley riders to dealerships and chains.
Removed from device, can't save, can't plan, doesn't like to zoom in or out will stop working. I doubt it will do whatever it is designed to do. If you want to plan a ride you still have to go to HOG ride planner on web, which also has issues of instability.
Truly awful experience while trying to create rides suitable for my group of friends. It's wasted enough of my time. No more. I'm uninstalling the app and deleting my stuff on the full web version too. I may as well stick with Google maps
It's useless if I can't plan my ride straight from the app. We are on a bike. I want to plot out a ride on the fly.
I can't use the app because it is not accepting my password and there is no link to reset the password. I think this is a ridiculous mistake on the part of H-D.
Why does Harley not have an app like Ford Destinations? Search on mobile or pc and send to bike? It's so much safer and just makes sense. Very convenient and user friendly. This app is useless on a touring bike. Am I supposed to use it by reading my phone and GPS on the bike at the same time?
Works when it feels like it. Hard to use, you're better off with Google maps or map quest. Wake up Harley-Davidson get with the rest of the world.
Not a good phone app. Can't create or change anything and I'm not carrying my computer with me on the road.
Would be so much better if you could actually plan a ride and connect to the GPS. Also it's not letting me sigh in on the app
HD should partner with others in the technology fields to build an app that links to Android Auto and other major services.
Initial review is good. Didnt create using the app but syncs with one created online. Would be nice to add a quick pin login feature so I don't have to type password every time.
Can't plan or follow your rides from app. Rarely shows my saved rides. Useless app. Needs a GPS follow. Uninstall is the best feature on this app.
Crap app. Come on Harley! Make an app that we can actually use! If we're out on a ride and want to plan a route do you think we're schlepping around a PC or laptop??? Look around, everyone is carrying tablets and smartphones...hint hint, build an app that allows us to create routes (.gpx format) and then upload them to the new HD Boom system...better yet, let it export to .gpx so we can use it on the old Garmin 660's as well...don't forget your legacy owners!
This app is useless. Without an integrated gps function, it cannot be used. I can't be pulling my phone out and looking at it while I ride. If it was integrated with gps, I could use the Bluetooth to my helmet or speakers. Fix it!
I have ride saved I open the app and you can see it. When I move around in the app and then go back to saved rides. It says I have NO saved ride. I have to close up and then go back in.
When exporting your route, it splits longer routes into sections & adds a number (1,2,3 etc.) to the end of the route name & sometimes the name is too long to see the # on the navigation display. Please see if you can have the # display at the beginning of the route name instead.
I can't even log on. Keep getting a message saying unexpected response please try later!
Works good. Just go online. Plan my ride and save it. Soon as I log in on my phone its all there.... Would be better if could plan rides from the app.
1. Have to sign in. 2. After several attempts it "locks" and says click "forgot password link" 3. There's no forgot password link
Email links are incomplete! Other than that I like it
Used the app on the computer. Not bad. Missing a few options. Would be nice to choose the type of roads you want to travel or roads to avoid. It puts you on highways. I hate interstate riding. No fun
Have to plan routes on a computer? I only have my phone and an android tablet, so it's pointless to me.
Super basic. Hard to use.
This app is still not working. When trying to log it, it says the log in system is currently not working. Hasn't worked for the last 6 years... Really good poor.
