Doesn't work. It is just a ported version of the web site and it doesn't text the security code to you for 2 factor authorization, rendering it useless.
love the new update, modern look and easy to use. had issue and felt like i tried EVERYTHING. deleted app, reinstalled, etc... called customer service at the bank and they were so helpful, didnt judge me for not knowing, and even provided me with more info to benefit me in the future!! love this bank love this new looking app
The app stopped working for me. I've tried getting in for almost a week and it wont open or let me check my account. I uninstalled then reinstalled and it wouldn't accept my password then locked me out for failed password attempts
App doesn't want to close. Worked fine until a few days ago, when it went wacky. Won't close and I can't take a clear image of a check to deposit.
It says it's unable to access my account at this time more then 50% of the time when I try to use it. Extremely frustrating and makes it pointless. When it does allow me to use it it's wonderful
Overall, a great platform. Too often the system freezes and I have to wait a day or reload the App. But I love the ease of use.
The app sometimes takes multiple attempts to access is very slow to open unlike other banking apps. Need to do better Harleysville!
Very good bank with friendly staff. I am with this bank for almost 30 years never have any complaints.
Rarely is there ever been a time that I've tried to access my accounts and not succeeded...very easy app to use.
Easy convenience making my banking experience pleasant and if I've ever had any issues the staff has taken great care of me in a fast and professional matter
When it works it's a great app but often times it takes me 2 or 3 tries before it lets me login
Has all the functions I need in a banking app. Rarely crashes or has connectivity problems.
Says deposit accepted today but doesnt add it in even after refreshing the site. Otherwise terrific.
App no longer works at all, cant log in to even check my balance and seriously considering going elsewhere because of it

Being able to see my account's balance is available maybe one out of twelve times that I open this app.
The only change I would really like to see would be to use my debit card with Google Pay

I love this Bank, this severely outdated app is frustrating. Always an issue in one way or the other (can't discover one of my accounts, problems with Mobile deposit, takes dozen of repeated attempts to do an internal account transfer) this app is the only reason I haven't consolidated my other banks into Harleysville. Customer service is always fantastic dealing with this app's shortcomings. Please invest into a completely new app.
