Harmons

This is a pretty poor design as far as taking care of your customers goes. On paper it probably sounded great but in practical application it is not. The last thing I want to do before spending time grocery shopping is spend even more time on the app trying to find coupons on items that I'm just hoping you guys have a current coupon for. Make things easier on your customers, that will keep them coming back.

I installed this to refill my prescriptions and it's one of the least user friendly apps I have used. For example, when refilling prescriptions, you must enter your birthday. However, there is no way to simply enter the date in m/d/y format. Instead you are presented with a calendar, that you must then tap the arrows on to the month and year. It starts at Jan 1st 2000, so if you were born in the 70's be prepared to do alot of tapping.

Awful app for grocery shopping and clipping coupons. There is no way to search for products, coupons, or sale items. The app doesn't display very well and cuts off information. Not user friendly at all. Take a look at the Smith's app to see what to improve. Even though Harmons is the closest grocery store to my work and home, I go out of my way to shop at Smith's because of their app.

Not user friendly. I can't read what the coupons are for, or the punch club freebies/clubs. The text is off, you can zoom in or out. Great options, just a bad layout. If these things get fixed, I will update my review because I'm a frequent Harmon's shopper.

Once I open the app it gives me 2 options: To either login or create an account. Either option I select nothing happens. Nothing to enter in my credentials or nothing to create an account. Pretty much all I have is an app that says welcome to harmons. The end!

I wanted to use it to make a shopping list but you can't do it in the app and you can't just make a list to see where everything is. With smith's I can search for an item and make a shopping list and they put it in order of rows. This app is basically pointless

I have to stay next to the phone the whole time they are shopping because the person can't find it, or Harmon's is out of stock and the shopper wants to know a substitute. It's really an inconvenience. I've ordered from Walmart before and I never had to worry. I think they asked me one question out of the four months I was with them, but my loyalty is to Harmon's.

I read all the reviews about how it doesn't work and noticed the review saying you have to use the password harmons32. I did that and it worked. But when I tried to change my password it wouldn't let me. It kept saying it wasn't correct. So I'm giving it 2 stars because I don't know how accurate the information is on my account, when I'm using a password that everyone else uses.

I couldn't make an account when signing in for the first time. It kept telling me my credentials were invalid but never told me what valid credentials are. If you're going to have password requirements your need to tell your users what those are. This app is amateur at best.

Won't let me login to the app using the exact same user name and password that works for the website. Won't let me reset password either. Also the website wouldn't let me use my foodie card number. Waste of effort and zero access to any discounts

Can't look at the store without making an account and signing in. Makes it difficult to use when in a hurry. I didn't have time to make an account, and opted to simply not shop there since I didn't know if they had what I was looking for.

I love Harmony! They have so many specialty foods, great gifts, and everything I need. I do the delivery to save $$! Ifmi don't go in, I don't impulse buy😁

Can't even login, despite resetting password multiple times. Also the 2 system setup of harmons and reachoffers is the most asinine thing ever.

After registering it says invalid password. Reset password and still the same thing. Don't even care that I cant even use the app now. Just upset that they got my email address for their marketing.

Stupid app wants me to create an account, requires me to "select a store" as part of the process, but never loads the store choices. Just a blank screen I can't move past.

Invalid email address on account creation, my email address is valid and after trying to recover a password the app confirmed I don't have an account already so how is it invalid? Poor design and UI as well as just laggy and buggy

This app doesn't work correctly. I cannot get past the login screen. The two options, login and create account, don't function

Google Pixel 4xl on latest version of Android and the app now opens to a white screen and progresses no farther. I love Harmon's but the technical side of the house needs serious work.

I can't even log in. It says my email address is invalid but obviously I know my own email and it's fine. The developers should be embarrassed by this app.

Takes you to a website to make a shopping list, then cant even log into said website (even though already logged in and registered on the app) to complete the order for pick-up

same as everyone else. app is garbage. dont release an app if you aren't going to hire a capable person to create it. logon issues.

Completely unusable. States invalid email or password after verifying and resetting multiple times.

Your app sucks, I couldn't find a turkey, it is useless the way you have it set up. Hard to find things. I will remove it for good.

keeps crashing. Update 9-6-19, all I get is a white screen. Please fix the problem!!

terribly built app. No apparent way to link, or identify your account. Reset password to broken link. Give up or fix it guys

down load it to get coupon deal clipped coupon when get to phone number and barcode in app said invalid so didn't get deal a downloaded it for

Used to crash and then was able to reopen it but now it only opens to a white screen on my Galaxy S10e

Installed it, tried to register, failed with no real reason. Uninstalled. End of story

I would like to look up the cost, availability and weekly specials but don't see any way to do that.
