Great teas! App could use some work. I tried to use a emailed coupon, but there is no option that shows in the app to use it during the check out process. Also if there could be a preferred way of payment and save it instead of having to input it every time, that would make it more efficient. Great teas and tea blends! Love it! 😍😍😍

Love this tea. It's awesome they give you free samples in every order so you can try new flavors! Only downside is if you choose free shipping. It can take a while for delivery and I believe it changes the flavor of the tea as it sits in a hot postal warehouse somewhere. So pay up for quick delivery.

App does not take coupon code and search is Fast This app will not take coupon code and will not let you enter the full text of your search before doing the search. Harney's did give me a coupon for $5 off an order because I did not like one of the tea's I ordered. The layout is efficient and easy to use.

Amazing tea! It only took like 5 days to get here, which was fast! Wonderful selection! I Haven't tried a tea that I haven't liked yet. And I may have spent $300 on my first order but all 25 teas are amazing! I really like how most teas are only around $10-$15 on this site for a good size portion. I'm very impressed with the app because it is built so well. It will tell you how strong the smell of the tea is even down to how much you are paying per cup per container. So many teas to choose from!

This app has many glitches. I downloaded it to get the $15 off that was promised for your first purchase using the app, but it turns out that, although it doesn't mention it anywhere, you cannot combine that with their current black Friday promo. I chatted thru their website to try to get help, because my cart was also cleared out twice during my shopping in the app, but the chat said they couldn't help me, two promos can't be used. Constant freezing and glitching, false promo promises--beware!

App does not accept the 15% coupon like the website offers IF you buy through the app only. Also, to get to the menu, I have to back out of every item I have viewed. I am also unable to see my rewards I have accrued from previous purchases. Poorly executed and leaves a bad taste to have wasted so much time. Did not make a purchase. May not again.

The application is just okay. You're better off going to the website on a computer/laptop for more details, organization, and faster processing. The layout of the app needs some adjustments, in my opinion. It also needs better filtering options for what you're looking for in a tea. Just an idea.

Absolutely love this app! Everything is so easy to access and you get so many options of teas and amount to buy! They make it so easy with subscribe and save too. I only paid $30 for 3 tins of tea that will last me 3 or 4 months. What a deal!

NOTE: This review is for the app. The tea itself gets ALL THE STARS. I want to love this app. It even offers discounts! The "favorites" section is especially helpful. Sadly, it just plain doesn't work. Search for the tea I want to order takes so long that I just gave up, found/bought it on the website, and returned to find the app still trying to load. Restarting the app or the phone, clearing the app's cache, nothing works. I probably would buy even more if the app worked, too. :/

UI is simple and easy to use. Signing into my account, I kept getting an error saying my information didn't exist in the system yet I got signed in. It also won't show me to change my information unless I go into the Loyalty Rewards tab which loads up the web browser. Wish three was a wishlist your could share with family members for birthday/Christmas stuff. #dontworryTEAhappy

The app seems well designed - it's clear the Harney team has taken some time to make it good as soon as it rolls out. The layout is a bit confusing right now and in some ways it's easier just to find things on their website, but I think Harney will continue to improve the app. Overall a great place to get your tea!

I like the UI, very easy to navigate and not too cluttered. Has a very good variety of delicious teas to find a favorite. My only problem is it displays my old address in the account tab and I do not know how to change it. Overall a very good app. #Don'tWorryTeaAppy

I absolutely love these teas. This app, however, leaves something to be desired. It froze while trying to apply a coupon code, so I went back and placed my order without it. It froze again while submitting payment, so I have no idea if my order went through. I hope these issues will be fixed soon, but for now, I'm sticking with the website.

All in One! You usually have all my tea needs and now it comes in the app with easier navigation. My only complaint is after I made my purchase, the screen was stuck loading after payment even though I got my confirmation email.

This app is a lot like their website, but a little bit more functional and fluid. And it's nice to search their selection at a single click of a button instead of going to a web browser. #Don'tWorryTeaAppy

After first install, received update popup when opening the app. Update button takes you to Google Play which doesn't have an update, only an open button, which returns you to the app and the please update popup. App is unusable.

After a terrible bug that didn't allow me to open the app is fixed, I raise my review to 3 starts, but boy does the app neee some help. I urge the devs to try the app on a Note9 or any Android phone. There are many bugs, and the app doesn't feel finished. A polished app will make Harney & Sons look much better.

I've always had Harney & Sons blueberry tea or tropical green tea at Barnes and Noble and just the other month finally went their store in New York and wow. This company is great. The selection and taste is amazing and the staff are really knowledgeable. But now I get to shop on the APP?!! The UI is easy to go through and viewing orders is as simple as hitting the menu > account. Sold even more with this company. I will be restocking my Titanic Blend AGAIN and will continue to buy from Harney & Sons as long as they allow me to!! #Don'tWorryTeaAppy

Harney & Sons teas are fantastically delicious, and it's obvious that the app was crafted with that in mind. I haven't had any trouble finding my orders. I do wish there was a way in-app to edit my subscriptions, but maybe it's just buried somewhere and I haven't found it yet. #DontWorryTeaAppy

This is a wonderful app to have that makes it easy to search for my favorite Harney & Sons Fine Teas or to try a new one. My favorite is the Earl Grey with Bergamot although there are many other delicious ones to try. I love their great quality and flavours. #Don'tWorryTeaAppy

It use to work fine, and it was great. Now it won't load anything no matter how much I reload the app or test my connection to wifi

It's an excellent app with quality tea 😍 I wish I could see my wishlist on it, it only shows my favorites. I can see my wishlist on my computer so I use that a bit more.

The app doesn't appear to have all the teas available on the website (organic black ice tea pouches). It also didn't share my cart with the website when i switched to get the pouches. Finally several times it froze with the spinning wheel

The app doesn't seem well built with a glitch in the title The title has & in it which is an html entity not meant to be used for apps. Seems like a generated app at best.

Love the company, but I haven't been able to open this app once. it crashes every single time. I hope it gets fixed.

I haven't tried ordering with the app yet, but if it helps me order more tea on the go, then I am excited. I love Harney &Sons and now that it is getting colder out I will be drinking more tea. I would definately recommend trying the tea!! #Don'tWorryTeaAppy
