I've used this app for about a year with no issues. About a month ago it wouldn't recognize my log-in credentials and all the reset options didn't work either. I've submitted a few tickets to support with no response. I'm being inundated with notifications and emails to sign up though. Guess it was good while it lasted, but it doesn't work anymore!

Been using it with little trouble for over a year now. But now I'm experiencing the same login trouble as every else. I tried contacting support, but they're not going to help me because, they said, they're trying to update the app. So now I'm pissed. I'll update if it ever gets resolved. As a side note, the app claims to be able to store your login info so you don't have to type it in every time, but I have never gotten that to work. It still prompts me every time, but if I turn it off, it makes me go through an extra prompt asking if I want to turn it on.

Used to be great but, stopped working and receiving the $3.00 incentive back in August. Emailed for help or answers with NO RESPONSE for 5 months!! Haven't found any info stating the study/research is over so, guess I have to uninstall. STILL waiting for a reply. NOTHING. Geeze if you're going to get people to use your app. at least maintain it!!! Answering emails might help too!!! This is why a lot of people think this kind of thing is a scam. You're not helping your own cause.

Can not login. Both app and web site always say login or password are incorrect, but they aren't. The contact links to nothing but a blank page. There is no alternative way to contact support or get help. After several months of monthly requests to link my already linked account, I have deleted this app.

It worked 3 times after I contacted Harris poll 3 times after not being able to do it on my own. Now they don't contact me back at all. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME and yes it's my own fault trying to get a company's app to work, when most of the reviews are warning people to stop using the company. They are sketchy anyway, with certain things they do.

please help. I would love to rate this higher once resolved. I've been using the app for probably about a year and doing shoptracker. now when I try to log in, it says theres a problem with my account and I need to contact support. problem is that they dont give any contact info.

As many others have commented, the username/password login is broken and recovery attempts are unsuccessful. The login experience is identical (broken) on the Harris Poll Online website as well. If I try to recover password I am asked to answer challenge questions I never set up. No response from customer service. The downloaded computer program version of their ShopTracker is working fine.

SCAM! Never got my gift cards as promised. Customer service won't respond. I've emailed them 3x per week for the past 3 weeks. I linked my amazon account as required. As other users have stated, my login and password are no longer valid. They used to be legit, I used them a while back, and received gift cards then until the same no account found message displayed. I linked a different email and Amazon account this time. I'm wondering if their just using this to access our Amazon accounts.

It's worked for me every month, so far. All it wants is basically a detailed copy of your shopping habits with Amazon for each month. Not really that big of a deal. And if you're poor as hell, like me, $3 is useful.

I've been using this app for 5 months now and it always worked well for me with no issues until a few days ago, I tried to log in and said that my password was wrong so I tried to contact support which was no help...so a week later I updated the app and I was able to login back in successfully and continue earning my $3 rewards

i used this app alot when i first downloaded it. for about 6 or 7 months i was able to connect to my shoptracker and get my monthly reward. but there was one month when i went to do my shoptracker and i had to sign in again. i couodnt sign in and it kept giving me error messages for my user id/password combo.it also gave me an error message for my email when i tried to retrieve my user id. and when i try retrieve my password it brings up the 3 security questions but says invalid data entry.

i bought a new cell phone and installed the app. Now it keeps telling me my password/user name is wrong. Then it gives me security questions that it tells me are wrong even though im pretty sure i know my own information. It doesnt even give me the option to send a code to my phone. And every time I try to use the talk to agent option "Gregory" gives me the same automated response that takea me back to the steps ive already tried. Beyond annoyed, this has been going on for over a month now!

Usually a great app. But have been having issues the past few weeks, and there's no way I can get a hold of them, hence this rating. I'm hoping someone will be able to message me, to help me fix some issues. Have been waiting for my payment since December 30, and have not received it yet. Thank you in advance for your help.

like many others I have been using this app for months now and since late December I have not been able to login. I've tried every way possible and cannot even get the contact support form to submit now!!!!! I THINK THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED AT THIS POINT OR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT STARTED CAUSE THEY KEEP DOWNLOADING INFORMATION BUT IM NOT GETTING MY PAYMENT!!!!!!

my most favorite app ever I love it. It's really easy to earn points and to turn them into gift cards or other stuff you might want. And the surveys aren't boring it's pretty fun.

i absolutely love this app! I have always gotten paid for completed surveys and pymt is fairly quick. The only reason im not giving Harris the 5 stars is becoz it kinda has a high points amount needed to cash in for a low amount of money. But most of the surveys are fun to complete, fairly short and i almost always am able to complete each survey im invited to complete so they must follow the demographics closely. Great survey co!

Had same issue as other users. Can't login and get login error and login incorrect. I have had the app a long time Tried support with no contact back. yet still keeps processing reports. But cannot access app or site.

Used to be good. But it's broken now. It won't let me connect to my Amazon account anymore. It will log me in, but immediately log me out. I tried to use the contact tab, but there is nothing there! Fix this and I will fix the rating!

i usually love this app and have zero issues but now i can't log in anymore. customer service said they were aware of the issue and to look out for an update but as of now there isn't one. will rate 5 stars once resolved.

Issues after issues now can not log in to Amazon threw the app to link it to get paid...I Wonder if it does and don't show it and we just don't get paid can't even email them threw the app here again in march could not log in and when you can log in it harvests 3 months at a time so I think that is why we have issues the get the info they want just letting us log in from time to time..and only paying once

This become a waste of time. You have to wait 2-3 months to add funds as bulk otherwise you can only spend up $3 at a time. Constantly having login issues. I think this will be my last month using this app it's not worth the hassle.

I've been unable to redeem the Visa giftcard. Neither Harris Panel support nor the giftcard folks will help. They both just keep "passing the buck." So the heck with it. Uninstalled. Would rate zero stars if I could.

always have login trouble. And when sent emails alerting of new surveys to pay 3.00 the surveys never load up. It always gives error message.

Site needs work. Please get someone to fix this app so it's less issues monthly. You will lose customers because it's too much of a hassle to keep having so many login issues for just $3 a month.
