When you click on an item to look at it closer that works fine...it's when you want to go back to main menu the whole app closes down on you. Had to resort to looking and purchasing via my laptop. Had to wait till I came home by that time a number of things I had wanted to buy had sold out!! Please fix the App.
The WORST app I've ever downloaded! After you click on a dress to view it, you can't use the back key to take you back to where you were in dresses. Instead, it takes you back to homepage & you have to start the whole process of dress shopping again. Ridiculous.
Horrible!!! App and website both are equally slow and pathetic. Order processing time is also slow. Downloaded app thinking it would be better than web or mobile site. App is even worse. Was about to pay when it kicked me out and all cart items have vanished. I wish I could give negative score. Have uninstalled app!!!
Absolutely abysmal. Nothing works like intended. It's slow, laggy, every time you click a button it takes you to a different irrelevant page. Also signs you out of your account repeatedly and takes up WAY too much phone memory and battery.
It just doesn't work. When in the shop section it would randomly take you back to the shop home page all the time. It's extremely frustrating to use. Don't bother downloading the app, just use the website. This app is bad for your mental health, all you get from it is stress.
Basically can't use it to shop. Nothings works - filters keep cancelling, automatically brought back to a standard page, can't remove the cookies popup window. Can't believe they're not investing in a proper app at this time...
Please fix the app, too many bugs and issues, cookies option not functioning, cannot tap "save & continue", when scrolling, page suddenly goes to home and jump to current page and then jump to previous page, sometimes refreshed on its own.
This is the most stupid app. When you click on an item to view and then click back to go to the previous page the app closes down. The person who wrote this app did not even test this app properly. You need to take a course to learn from likes of selfridges or netaporter!
Authentication in the app is very buggy as it isn't persistent and doesn't maintain your credentials. Also shop functionality makes it incredibly hard to browse and make a purchase. Bad UAT
Rubbish, almost not usable. The page is always automatically changed to something else when I try to scroll down and the content I wanted to see disappears
It doesn't allow me to sign in but my password works on its website so the app isn't working. The app navigation is so poorly designed and it's literally not working at all. So laughable as it's the largest department store in UK and they must have paid someone so much to design the unworking app, unbelievable 🤣🤣🤣
Somehow, they've decided to make an attempt at combining a shopping and social media app. I really would like to have been in the meeting that decided that this was the best approach. What an absolute mess.
Absolutely terrible! Shocking really; it's so slow and randomly takes you to another section or refreshes to another page as you're browsing. How Harrods managed to push out such an astoundingly bad app is beyond me. Harrods we are talking about? Think I will go to Selfridges as at least they can afford decent app programmers....
1 star is too many even 0 is too many. The app won't open. If I had read the app reviews first I would not have downloaded it. How disappointing from a retail company of such stature - given the current COVID world online trading should be your top priority to entice buying via a great online experience
Really great app! It has everything you could want - shopping, stories, a guide of the store and even the ability to book events and restaurants! Well done Harrods
The cookies prompt doesn't respond to clicks therefore prevents the app from being useful. Can't see search results or do anything! Please fix it.
Nearly as bad as Facebook business suite. No matter what you press it takes you back to the homepage and you can't use the app to buy anything. Really poor poor quality app from a company selling t shirts for £1000+
Absolutely rubbish app design by Harrods. I was about to shop some shirts and I selected t men - clothing - shirt and then once I scroll down to select my brand like Etro, Tom Ford it goes back to main page every time I did and sometimes even closes the app. Wosre than some lowend brand app.
All the right content and clear design but unfortunately the app is frustratingly slow. Will stick to the website!
not well designed, when shopping, going back takes you out of the shopping and you lose the sequence of the items you had alrwady viewed in a category.
I'm now very worried about the mental health if anyone who rated the Harrods app more than 1 star. This is a total waste of time. Wherever you live in the world, it will be faster for you to travel to the shop than trying to navigate the Harrods app. Ps:Harrods please redeploy your marketing exec in charge of the website and the app strategy. Or maybe furlough your app and web development teams. I've never seen anything like this before, so bravo!
The worse ecom app I have ever used. super poor UX, keeps jumping back to the front page for no reason, can't even browse nor shop properly!
Keep flipping to another page when I scroll down. User interface overwhelmed with excessive pictures.

Impossible to use! After choosing the filters for what I want to search for, app goes back to the home page!
Terrible, the worst retail app. Jumpy, keeps going where it wants. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Really glitchy - defaults to the sale opening page when I try to search hampers. Nightmare - back to the website.
Still impossible to login to your loyalty account. It asks for verification codes, but doesn't send them. When you ask to send a code, regardless of my text or email, they lock your account straight away on the first attempt. This issue had persisted for years, and they don't seem to care about fixing it.
