I'm from FLORIDA. It's simple, provide proof of residency, ss#, a credit check... Deposits can be made by payment arrangements of 6 mos. REALITY, It's a way of life that should be observed & adopted by HartEMC. What's $1K going to fund for an entire semester? Daily Bologna sandwiches? (AND it's main focus group is for the young and impressionable) Change is inevitable. Know right from wrong and use common sense. "Love thy neighbor" I'd benefit more from BOGO at tax free time,save your pennies

This app has no way to save your payment method. It kinda defeats the purpose of a convenient app if you have to enter your information every time.

I haven't paid my bill with it yet but I do like being able to compare each month. Plus see what my bill is before I receive it. It seems well designed and very user friendly. Only con I see is I have this on my tablet , I know it's made for phones, don't know if I will get text alerts even when I gave my cell number. But if not. I know when my bill is due each month. Will give update once I've paid my bill. Update 2-23-17 This app needs changing especially paying your bills, it does not remember your checking account number like the website, if you accidently enter wrong number you are fined, it always saved it on website. you always have to reenter your phone number. It's good to pay with but it's a hassle each time. Plus it does not give you past pdf of your bill like it use to.

Works great and makes paying my bill super easy and super fast. You can also view info on your acct. Thanks for this handy app.

It needs to be up to date for Android users. I used to could use the app. It was very convenient but now that my phone automatically updates, it's not letting me pull it up😡
