I use this because our paper only shows up about half the time. The app used to be tolerable but yesterday it started to freeze up and has been unusable since then. Now the app won't access the paper at all. It only gives a "web page unavailable" message.
Similar experience to other users. Im a paid subscriber and when i click on certain stories it says i need to subscribe. Update window saying " explore new features" constantly pops up. reinstalled app with no success. It needs work.
Utter trash and ripoff. The app freezes the phone on signing in, the website doesn't do anything when you try to sign in. It just sits there with no message It was pretty fast taking the money though.
What a SCAM! It doesn't work. But it does STEAL $$$ if you have paid with a credit card 💳

Absolute torture attempting to CXL digital sub❗ You have to CALL to cancel, I did and followed prompts to "cancel sub", 2+3 times was on hold 1-2 min then DISCONNECTED. Call back, this time ask for Acct Billing. Quickly connected to guy in India who for 9 min, 38 seconds kept responding to my cancelation request with different offers, after the 4th price he tried to sell me, I started screaming and price became FREE ! No, no, don't want it. So OBNOXIOUS... #bleedblue UConn ♀'s 🏀
loads slowly. obnoxious popup ads to buy the paper are constant, in spite of the fact that I am already a subscriber. MUST back out of the app to close it or shift to another app. hate it
the new version of this app is a complete failure. It will not allow me to download the e-newspaper. i can only view this at home. i can't view it on the road. i would have given it no stars but you need to do one at a minimum.
Can SOMEONE turn off the damn pop up telling me that the app was updated? I got it. After picking no thanks, the pop up should quit but no, it pops up again and again and again and again....
Annoying pop up keeps appearing to "explore new features" even after dismissing, and even viewing the new features tour.
Very very cumbersome. Just wanted to review my account. Impossible to access. Should have given the special subscriber app no stars.
Fails to load ⅓rd of the time.
Good application. Having a dark theme on it doesn't eat up the battery would makenit better.
An American Institution! Now in binary form. Every hedgefund in Stamford + Grenn-itch needing a time grid to index for an alternate 1860 needs this newsprint! It's my favorite news source.

Not current news. A lead picture has appeared for weeks.

When scrolling, it repeats articles radomly. Annoying. Also, app will close often and require a restart.
When viewing the E-Edition after viewing a specific article the page turning seems to get stuck. E g. If you view an article from page 22 when you close the article it shows either page 21 or 23 but won't turn to 22. Also, when viewing a article from E-Edition would be nice if you could resize that popup window.
