Really disappointing that the mobile version doesn't integrate with O365 calendars to import calendar events like the web version does. Massive feature that I heavily rely on. Having to manually search for everything is a huge pain. Yes, the feature is that important to me. Pull out menu is there, there's enough screen real-estate even on my "small" S10e. Don't see why it can't be done on my Tab S7+ with a huge 12" screen.
Won't log in without Google oauth. Useless on Huawei for that reason. Just let me enter my work email without Google apps and it would work, infuriating
Excellent application for coordinating with a team of consultants. It includes in-depth metrics and reporting which keeps clients happy and keeps the team accountable to each other. Great feature set all around. The pricing on the subscriptions are definitely a bit high which likely reduces the potential for the Harvest company claiming a broader market share. My top recommendation would be to take a page from Slack and open up a free tier for small businesses (teams of like 3 or less) instead of just using a 30-day trial as your primary hook.
App is great, but recently when I logged off, I cannot login anymore (prompting always network error). But when I log using desktop mode or from web browser, I am able to login. Reported to support and was attended promptly and problem was fixed. Awesome customer experience! Keep it up! 🙂👍
overall fantastic and easy to use. i still prefer the layout on this app on ios over android but this is still pretty decent. the one thing i'd like to see on mobile is to be able to review project reports (and now just reports on your own time). would really help project and team management on the go. please add this!
Requires locked screen. I Mean it's just me billing one other guy. If he gets am erroneous bill from me he won't pay it. I don't want took my screen I have nothing on my phone anyway. Uninstaller, will just continue to access hatbest from website. This should be optional or determined later based on user/organizational preferences
The app was on trial. It deleted all the data I had after the trial month passed! I contacted customer service and they allowed me to recover the data. Unfortunately I didn't like the app.
Cannot create a new invoice from the app. This has been a HUGE deficiency with HarvestApp since its original release. (I've been a Harvest customer a l o n g time.) The HarvestApp application only gives you about one tenth the features of the website and it is a real pain having to log in to the website to create a simple invoice. Please fix by adding this capability.
Rubbish. Unreliable, and doesn't link to the online version well, so there's no way of knowing if your time has stopped/started. Everyone in my company has tried it and uninstalled it.
I wish it were a little easier to view time for a given week without having to go to another tab. Otherwise the app works great and is seamless between browser and app.
Fantastic for handling expenses, invoices, who did what, when it was done, which invoices were paid, etc. Not a single problem in 1.5 years. Highly recommend.
good app all around. would be perfect if more of desktop features were available in app. such as adding and editing projects.
I would say I love the app, but it deleted the data after the trial account period was over. There should be a feature to notify users when trial period is about to over then the users might consider backing up for the data or might even decide to purchase.
I love Harvest and have used it for 1 year now. I do wish there was a way to add new clients in the app. This can only be done on the desktop version. Would be very useful in the field!
Could not save clients or projects using the android app, so big waste of time!!! Might be different using desktop OS first but need the ability to do this on mobile for this app to be useful...
4 years I been using this app due to my work. Its frustrating with the durations. Sometimes I forget to put the timer, so I have to estimate how much I actually worked. But I usually know when I started work and when I ended it. If I worked at 11:06am until 3:45pm.. and again between 5:02pmto 8:21pm how the heck do I calculate the time to enter for duration in hours I spent? Other apps has this feature.. why am I stuck doing this?
I found 3 bugs in the first 2 minutes of trying to use this app. Try adding a task to a project - why does it add a new project instead? Confusing! Did anyone even test this?
App and experience are satisfying but they locks your date once you exceed the trial. It takes away all the logs you entered there and asking for the money in a forceful way.
What a load of rubbish. Press timer to start and nothing happens. App does not perform its primary basic task.
Can only input whole hours into timesheet and cannot delete default tasks. Paid version is WAY too much for what you are getting.
Can't select a project when adding new time. Nothing to tap on. Defaults to first project alphabetically.
Good experience. Very efficient and helpful to manage tasks with time.
Have to use this for work. It would be nice if the color contrast would be fixed.
I like the simplicity of this app as it is pretty intuitive. I wish there were a few more of the desktop features in the mobile version (ie. The ability to create an invoice on the fly). Otherwise—good, and my clients like it.
