Absolutely do not like the lay out. Everything is to spread out. Why fix what was not broken. Old format was way better. You could see everything on the screen. Now you have to click around to see.

First of all, the way you enter your Birthday to even get started is ridiculous. It was a lengthy process of just clicking to get back to a 1961 birth date. There has to be an easier way! After all that work to finally get to my date, the system was down. Now I have to go through that lengthy process again. Just not user friendly in that aspect and I haven't even enrolled yet.

this app is constantly having problems, currently it's not even letting me log in to view my accounts. this happens like everyother day

This app doesn't work. So over it. I send reports about it crashing and they don't fix it. 😞

App crashes frequently, even when it's the only app open. Otherwise great bank.

The app works. But i bought a new phone. And since may it hasnt allowed me to mobile deposit.

Currently the site has been down for days and it will not reboot. Ive tried uninstalling and installing still no go...super inconvenient...been with hfcu for over 10yrs...

Keeps me up to date on my account

I have never seen such a poor app. It logs you out every chance it gets, no settings menu, always server connectivity issues. And horrible account register. I wish the designer would have taken a look at Google wallet or chases app before releasing this monstrosity. If I could give it 0 stars I would...

Been waiting for this for a long time! It is so easy to use not to mention the convenience!! Way to go HFCU.

App is very user friendly and a nice, convenient way to do mobile banking!!
