Look, just buying groceries without rewards or coupons is fine. That’s how our grandparents used to do it, and they turned out alright. But if you have an app that can save you time, money, and earn you points - why not buy groceries and reap those benefits? Seems like a no-brainer.
So, what all does the Harveys app cover? Let’s do a list! People on the internet love lists.
DEALS
• So many deals. The Deal of the Week, our Weekly Ad, Deals For You based on your shopping history. If there’s a way for you to save money, earn extra points, or BOTH (seriously, peep that Deal of the Week), it’ll be in the app.
COUPONS
• The Savings tab features SO MANY COUPONS and while that may seem overwhelming, it also features a very simple filter feature to help you find exactly what kind of coupon you’re looking for.
POINTS
• The main reason you signed up for our Rewards program. Or should we say, the whole “point” of the program? Sorry, we couldn’t help ourselves. The app stores your Rewards card, so you can easily scan it on every grocery trip. You can also track your points in the app, and decide how to spend them - on future grocery purchases or fill-ups at Shell fuel stations!
MYSTERY BONUS
• We can’t tell you what this is, hence the name.
MYSTERY BONUS (FOR REAL)
• Okay, but seriously - Mystery Bonuses are points multipliers that used to be printed on your receipt. So back in the day, you used to have to bring your paper receipt back to rack up those extra points. But NOW, we’ve have finally caught up to the present day! We no longer shop by candlelight, our stores are air conditioned, and Mystery Bonuses now appear digitally in the app!
POPULARITY
• We have no real way of testing this - and thus no discernible proof - but we have a real strong feeling that just having the app on your phone will make you significantly cooler. All the money saving and points earning is just a real confidence booster, you know?
So that’s our list. Pretty sweet, eh? We know there weren’t a lot of buzzwords, and we would’ve loved to include a “Which frozen food promotion are you?” personality quiz, but that’s not an option here in the app store. But you have to admit, we do make a pretty compelling case for why you should have the Harveys app on your mobile device. This store would be a recommended store if it had better customer service at the front end. Most of the cashiier^s are disgruntled about working, have no concern with properly greeting the customer or handling/bagging the customers purchased items.I do see the manages working and helping when store gets crowed. A young lady named Me-me helped me with finding an item She was very kind and courteous. Please train your front-end personnel to really appreciate people.
This app won't open half of the time and now I'm spending 300 dollars and not getting any sort of point booster for next time. I shop at Harvey's for the points in free groceries and for gas but it's no longer worth it for 496 points. I'll go out of town to Kroger.
I like the sales and also receive points and the coupon s are good to use. Thank you for all of them.
Latest update fixed the "failed to activate coupon" issue.
Great punts and bogo, sometimes they give you 40X points, every 100=$1.00, they add up ! Last year got $160.00 in free items! Not millions but pretty cool.
Can't use the app at all without giving personal information. I'm not signing up for an account when there is zero proof it would do what I need it for. I just wanted to see if Harvey's carried an item before bothering to walk into the store, but that is impossible on this app and their website. They are obviously just data collecting and offering no real shopping options online or through an app. This app gave me zero reasons to go to Harvey's.
The app has visual appeal, but falls short of usefulness. There is a weekly ad section but there's no way to choose items to create a shopping list you can refer to at the store on the app. The Publix app covers it all.
This rating is due to my last shopping experience. I went in had a huge buggy full of groceries, get to the counter and the coupons on my app worth about $15 would not work again. This was NOT my 1st experience with the coupons being "unavailable" so I'll most likely give Harvey's a break for a while!
Very unpredictable app. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but I have NEVER been able to look at the weekly ad which is the main reason I got the app to begin with. It just never shows. Coupons will but not the weekly ad
Update is still not adequate. I want to be able to shop by a list, not having to look at tiny pictures on a digital circular. Come on guys! You can do better! Study the Publix app and learn. Kindest regards, Stephen Johnson
The app is slow, cumbersome and rarely works to redeem savings at time of checkout. I think the staff are also not trained on how to use the app at my local Harvey's suoermarket in Havana, Florida. The checkout lady was rude when i was trying to use my points because she did not how to work the app and did not want to seek further assistance. I dont know which is more problematic to deal with, the app or the untrained Harveys Supermarket in Havana, Florida 32333.
Maybe i'm over looking it, but I cant figure out how to search for items I want. Or it could be the app has a delay and I click close the app after waiting a few seconds. And yes, ive tried using the Search option.
Coupons or any thing helpful and easy to use that is intended to help us to $ave money is a positive and beneficial asset & can become quite useful to us everyday, simple folks... It can even be considered a blessing, by most, to have the added benefit of the internet for ordering/shopping, especially here lately but even during the previous oddly difficult times experienced by ALL folks round the world, we're ALL affected by constant daily changes occuring in our world. GOD BLESS US
I have shopped at Harveys a few times although it seems like the prices were bit higher after using the Kiosk and my coupons it levels itself out and you can't go wrong with the meat selection they have to offer. Great job Harveys

I tap the app and after I'm on the app for a few seconds it just disappears
I love this app, but this morning when I tried to sign in so I can use my 15x points and add more coupons the app stop working. Now I'm scared when I check out I won't get my points or discounts.

I cannot get past the "Step 3 of 3" where it asks me to create a password & a 4 digit PIN (which I already have)... I enter the info (my p/w & my chosen PIN), I check the box for the Terms and Conditions and then when I select Submit... nothing happens. Weirdly enough, if I click on "Terms & Conditions" and click on "Get Started" in the upper right corner, it will let me get into my account and everything... But not in the app. It's in a separate internet window inside the Terms & Conditions...
Always a pleasant experience. Ron is always very helpful when he's around. And having a reward card is very nice to get money off groceries or ⛽. I use it for gas and have got up to $.20 cents per gallon which is nice as gas prices are up and down every week. It's very easy to use this app.
It worked at first, then just doesn't even load all the way. It crashes every time, even with the update. Please fix.
Ok I changed the phone number to a mobile and I can finally access the app. Landlines don't seem to work and say your account needs more verification to access the app.
Help! This is my 2nd time sending a review, why can't I put in my info? I get to the end and the app won't let hit send or enter or whatever? So I get to the end of step 3 and nothing. Please respond and help or tell who to email.
App closes by itself 50% of the time. Jst had new update and it's still a problem. Customer service is great, nice, professional and tries to help
I love the app. You're being rewarded for buying things you need and want. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star from me, because I still can not see the weekly adds. Other than that I love the app and love Harvey's.
Can't get this app to load the weekly ad.what's the deal with this.the last update has messed this app up please fix it.Can't get the app to open at all won't do anything what the heck good is this!!Uninstalling this app until it is fixed this app is useless as it is right now!!
App keeps stopping/closing when I try to use on my ZTE cell phone, or Scepter 8 Tablet. Both are Q-Link Wireless. Need to make it so we can remove coupons ourselves.
