Good but why does it generate hashes for multiple files in such a random order, instead of simply alphanumeric. Makes comparing batch files harder than it should be. Also, it should allow selecting multiple files within a directory via checkbox, instead of having to do the entire directory.
Exactly what I needed and expected of a hash calc util. Flawlessly creates checksum files for whole directories with various algorithms. It has niche use but does what it does in a way it should.
Exports hash of every file in a directory structure to a file. What I need to verify a backup of my SD card to a PC. Do wish it had CRC32, what the first app I tried on the PC emits.

Not good. Takes ages to start calculating files larger than 2 gb
Compare folders function is totally unusable.
Very good and very old. Still this works without no problems on my OnePlus 3T with LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (SM-T825) (Android 9)
Had to choose the same file again to calculate different type of sum :(

Even though the app hasn't been updated in ages, but it still works quite nicely. I used it on a nought ROM & had no issues. I tried quite a few apps in this category, but I found this app to have the best UX as well UI despite being so old. Totally recommended.

It can export a txt of hashes of the whole directory. I would paid for an input txt to check local files option. EDIT: Already does what I wished for. Not immensity obvious, but is there.
Supports MD5, SHA-1 and SHA-256. Can also compare and hash text. Would be 5 out of 5 if it had CRC-32 and was updated more often.
Worst app i ever saw it is not working at all
The interface could use a little bit of polish, but otherwise works well on a brand new Samsung S21 FE with Android 12, OneUI 4.0 in 2022, despite default Android pop-up stating the app may not work properly.
