HashLearn: JEE, NEET, CBSE App

i really like the concept of this app but i feel it could be better. it's really hard for me to type my doubts and then i bet it is hard for the person to understand it and clear it through texts. I believe it could be made more productive and easy if some voice functionality is added as it would make doubt clearing fluid and less time consuming. It helps me in preparation, but this problem makes me irritated and is the only reason i don't wanna buy the subscription.

Used to be a pretty good app. Unfortunately now it looks like every single person who know the spelling of physics, chemistry or mathematics has decided to become a tutor. The tutors especially from IIIT and some NITS make mistakes. I understand that they are also human and make mistakes but some of theses people stubbornly stick to their method even though it is obvious it is wrong. These guys need to understand that there is no problem in admitting that they can't solve the problem. It's sad.

Found a problem on my new pbone- pixel 3a . The app does not show pop up notifications for the tutor, making it very difficult to accept lessons. Could you please look into this issue ASAP. I have all the permissions given in the settings for all kinds of notifications. The popup option works for all other apps like whatsapp and facebook.

1) the image quality in the chat gets degraded. 2) no search option in the history of chat transcript makes it a lot more cumbersome when you have to check a particular old chat transcript. 3) app get crashed more often. apart from these, it's a good app to use. :)

the app is has very good content but the main problem is the design of the app and the interface of everything... pls make it more comfortable like toppr app the doubt interface also needs complete overhaul... also the doubts packs are the most important and unique thing about this app but the doubt section asks to choose subject then topic then comes the doubt... which is terrible... also the camera in doubt window does not allow to focus the camera... which causes pictures taken to be unclear

Waiting time is too much. No body will have so much of patience. If the waiting time is reduced to 1 minute or less. As v have paid. It will b awesome. The tutors are ok. Sometimes , the tutors don't get connected. First , is 90 seconds in a month , only for 10 questions. But later , it becomes very boring. Feel like the app is useless.kindly review this in high priority .

The app is good but they should segregate all the chapter videos into folders so that it is becomes more convenient and also they should app options like physics chemistry and math to see the videos of that subject it is so confusing i dont know where to search a topic like current i have browse the enitre section it would be easy if the videos are put into a folder . they should also add forward button to videos.

Hashlearn... Amazing opportunity for wfh and online tutors . Simple to sing up and easy to on-board. Works smoothly. Simple to start and setup.and very well explained. A must try for every tutor to expand their reach. Nice on-boarding process very easy and well explained.

The worst experience ever as a tutor! I tried registering and filled up all the details - yes they ask for my personal details first before any of the tests! And in the tests, there are wrong questions, they don't let you know your answers and also i was not able to give any more tests! So,when i contacted them, NOBODY ANSWERED! I may have sent 6 mails and also downloaded the app but here also, no help request is accepted!! Such reckless management by their team! Not a good app or site! Cheater!

I personally like this app.Recently the app has issues unable to show up the notifications. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I even opened the in-app help ticket to mention about the issue but the response is not good. Hope the issue gets fixed. Keep up the good work.

I love it ! I could be able to clear each and every doubt even it is small or complex one , and the tutors are so so helpful, you can use unlimited sessions of you have a base plan , but you should just wait for five minutes that's it !!! ☺️

Well it's a good app considering all the other apps teachers are very supportive and they are willing to solve any questions they were very friendly. Few teachers weren't up to the mark, time wasting tactic is being exploited by them. It's fine as we can end the session but problem is you can't have next session with the desired teacher you want,the waiting time is ridiculous,. I'll be honest with whoever reading this I'll recommend this app only if you don't have anyone to solve your doubts.

I am working with hashlearn since almost 2 years ...it was quite good experience. I want to suggest that add sound notification on dashboard of app. Because when a student sends the session request it just pop up on the dashboard and does not give any alert or sound notification that's why we miss a lot of session request to be solved. I hope hashlearn will look into it.

I discovered the site through YouTube video on boats and streams and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to understand such a hard topic through that video in an hour. I hence followed the link and practiced the questions. The thing I liked the most was that the solutions were provided right then and there.

It is very good experience working with hashlearn as online tutor. Hashlearn priorities the good and knowledgable tutors who really want to do something for students and in the tutoring carrer Although exceptions are everywhere and Hashlearn is trying to keep them away in every possible way. So I am pretty sure... Hashlearn is best.

after 4 to 5 months of signup as a tutor I could not pick any session. whenever i get the notification i try to pick th session, it flashes off showing' session expired' or 'session already picked'. please fix these kind of situation and try something new as i am expecting that system must be modified.

Great app for IITJEE preparation! The access to books and test series makes it even more better. The only problem is that the doubt sessions are limited to only 20 minutes. Sometimes there arise some doubts which take a long time to be clarified. It would be beneficial for the students if the time limit on doubt sessions are lifted up or at least extended.

Worst app. There are lots and lots of book, none of the book is opening, it's loading again and again even though my internet connection is gud. Everything is loading, loading and loading . It's not even faster in perfect internet connection. Answers for the questions are not reaching me.This app says to pay for doubt clearing session but it's more important. If the app says to buy books and courses it's acceptable but buying doubt clearing session is acceptable. It's an irritating app

This app is one of the best app for exam preparations because its live structured classes and it also provides doubt session and questions from reputed books for practice. Earlier prize was quite affordable now its increased so much(10times). This app will be more useful for us if they add monthly subscription options because everyone does not find it in starting for academic session . Sometimes we dont need subscription for 1 year.

It's an amazing initiative as one can ask doubts any time whether it's as late as 2am or as early as 5 am which is very convenient. I guess every body should give it a try. I used it during my preparation year for neet and it was really helpful to me . I will definitely recommend it to students as it is very imp to clear your doubts .

The only way for Tutors to get sessions is to constantly keep an eye on the Phone's Notification window and then quickly tap and Accept the session within, say, less than 0.5 sec (You have to be faster than Dhoni's stumping speed, believe me, it's true). So in the end, it turns out to be more of a luck game, which is not good when someone is really willing to help students and share his/her knowledge across. There should be some other way to allott sessions or let students choose the Tutors.

useless ,good for nothing app . I bought a package of one month doubt solving session. I personally saw only 1 tutor good and when I reinitiate the session I could not reach the same tutor I liked.it fails miserably. I highly recommend not to use it. waste of money and above all waste of time.

That's really a very good app to continue studies even for dropper the live sessions and the 24×7 doubt solution really helps me a lot in my studies. that's really a good app but only for those who really wqnt to explore it and use it.

App is good in terms of studying but the quality and performance of app is bad. For me most of the time it keeps crashing and says you are not connected to internet even though I have a great 4g connection.

Very excellent app for students to clarify their doubts. I am a tutor at Hashlearn, But there are some issues relating to the students who just install the app and give a bad rating without even interacting with the tutor which is very annoying. This also affects the rating of the tutor. I hope it would be better if the rating of such people are not considered by the admins of the application by properly checking the conversations.

This app is the best for learning but it has a different and typical controls due to which I am always confused and always press ask to tutor instead of going to the next question. If this issue will be solved I would be much much much happy because I can now ask tutor more questions than before as the ask tutor option will be shifted and without having a subscription I could ask more doubts.

Your doubts will rarely get solved until and unless the solution is available online. Most of the times they solve it wrong and then argue that the answer is correct though it's not. Especially these people from IIIT makes it worse. This tutor in a session of 20 minutes in which i had asked to solve a part of the question told me that V=iR and i can solve the rest. Waow! i feel so enlightened now. Since i've already paid i can't do much but you can save yourself from this trap.
