I've been playing this game for years off and on, and it wasn't until now that there's problems. Yes, I am more than twice the age of the minimum recommended age and a year older than the limit, but I'm a bit childish. Anyways, it literally took a few hours for the game to load, and whenever I try playing the cloud game it doesn't move when I rotate my device. Also, in the ocean one, nothing loads in so it's just the background and the game ends a few seconds later. Annoying

My daughter and I loved this game and played it constantly. We had so many hatchimals and power ups that we had spent ages collecting, so, naturally, I assumed that I could just pick up right where I left off when I transferred everything over to a new phone, right? WRONG! I opened the app to a complete blank slate : no hatchimals, no powerups, no harvest. If there's a way to log into an existing account, I haven't found it. This is extremely disappointing.

I play on my dad's account BTW. As a female child love this game and play it a lot, but recently it has been freezing up and won't load. I deleted it then reinstalled it and it stopped freezing for a while, but when you delete the game it deletes your progress. I hope this review was helpful to others and I really want to play my favorite game again, so please fix it!!!!!!!!

Can believe it hasn't been fixed yet. It has 5 because my daughter and love it but haven't been able to play it for months and months. It gets stuck on the first loading egg and goes black. No amount or reinstall or refresh help. I don't mind if I lose progress I just want to play it

No longer works on my phone - a Galaxy S8. I refuse to believe it is no longer compatible with my handset, as it's hardly old... My daughter is pretty upset that her game no longer works, which is annoying. Have uninstalled and reinstalled - nada. In reading other reviews it looks like you know it's an issue, so I am hoping there is a fix.

My daughter has been playing this game for almost a year, yesterday she went to get on and the game freezes right after the title screen. She was crushed at the thought of having to try and collect everything again. please put out an update to help restore her favorite game. 2 months later still no update... dont install this game...

I'm so angry that not all the characters are birds. It's common of getting other animals, And it has a rare chance to get a bird. Fix all the bugs. It freezes when my child plays the game. This issue started when my child was playing the game, and she went through the startup screen and was enjoying it. I'm using a Alcatel OT PT, and please reply.

My daughter loved this game, until it now freezes on the splash screen featuring the season 4 egg. I am on a LG V20 running Android 8.0. Noticed problem over a month ago, which was two updates ago. I have attempted to reinstall the game, with the same issue. I see this is a running issue with the app, as I see many people are complaining. Any word on a fix? Per your response, there's compatibility issues? I'm running Android 8.0. So you're saying it's LG? I see Samsung also is having issues? What devices does this work on?

It would be great if all the sections worked. The garden part keeps freezing. It is a great game overall is everything worked properly. Plus parts of it has exclamation marks that won't go away

On my samsung Galaxy 9 it opens to the season 4 egg then freezes. I have uninstalled and installed twice and still doesn't work since the app was updated on the 21st of September. However it works perfectly on my samsung Galaxy 7 since it was updated.

My daughter is 6 and absolutely loves this game. It has difficulty loading, though. Often times it won't load unless we're at home, connected to Wi-Fi. Other than the connection issues, the game is fun and interactive with her real Hatchimals collection!

Seems the same issue with everyone but no public response on how to fix this problem. My game also hasn't worked since the update and am hoping that we didn't loose the progress due to trying to uninstall and install again. My son loves this game but he is not understanding why he can't play. Updates only are great if it's an improvement yo the game seems it has decreased the quality of this game for sure

I love this game! I like it when the hatchimals that just hatch sing the tune of happy birthday! The minigames are fun, my favorite is the polar paradise minigame. So I gave this game five stars! I think that the animals are different, unique, and cute! My only complaint is that the webisodes don't load. Please change that.

Good game! But 3 problems. Why do the hatchimals on season 5 and 6 have to have 1 star on everything? The mermals should have 5 stars at swim. Maybe add more minigames. Plus, there should be all the hatchimals. If you know what I mean. But still, best game on my phone. Please fix my problems.

The last 2 updates where disappointing. Season 6 is all marked common when the collector sheet you get with them shows that only half of them are common, Season 6.5 is completely missing and season 7 is not separated out by group. I feel like whoever is adding to the game doesn't even care. If all of the items I listed where fixed I would have to change my 2 stars to at least a 4.

Since recent updates this just doesn't open, which is awful as there's no way to save your progress which mean if you uninstall you loose all your hatchimals. Sort this out please and let us save our progress. I've contacted the developer and their repeated unhelpful answer was to reinstall and start again

downloaded this game for my daughter just to have a problem with it loading and freezing. my daughter finally got it to where she hatched one egg before it started freezing again. worst game ever. I'm not going to download a game that freezes and screws up her tablet just for this to happen. she loves hatchimals and is obsessed with them. fix it!!!!!!!

my son loves the game but there's a glitch with one of the flower planting games that is preventing him from going any farther. It keeps playing the tutorial for how to play that part of the game then the whole game freezes. Please fix this.

I absolutely LOVE this game... the graphics the controls EVERYTHING!!! the only problem i had was that you had to clean them 24/7 so the more hatchimals you collected the harder it was to look after them besides that (in my opinion) this game is my FAVOURITE!!!
