Haunted Hotel: Phoenix

Great graphics, music, and overall game - I'd buy it again. Only 4 stars because I felt that some of the mini-game instructions were inadequate for the difficulty level. Also, I couldn't get the controls to react quick enough for speed of the final game - eventually just skipped it. But, easily a solid 4.

I love the Haunted Hotel Series Games and Subscribed to watch the ones I can't purchase as they weren't made for mobile devices, graphics although fantastic are quite small and the toolbars have interfered with gameplay at times making some puzzles impossible to complete with alot of collectors edition games. And this is where I'm stuck now with a MORPHING OBJECT COUNTER of all the dumb things right over my last resperator piece. This puzzle has a hint button but NO SKIP! THE END OF THE GAME!

Played beautifully on my phone (Samsung Note 10+), no glitches, smooth controls. I think the complaints w/loading & crashing are mostly people's devices lack RAM & the "white circle right after buying" is slow internet (it's uploading the payment). I LOVED the bonus story even more than the main but real gorillas (450 lb) are more territorial & aggresive than pumas (150 lb) & don't swing from trees. My only complaint is the length is shorter than most comparable games.

I paid for this game right away before I started even playing. It's now frozen up and won't let me go past one point and the hint bottom won't work. Read through the walk through and it's still won't work. I've tried getting my money back but don't understand all the stuff they want just to give it back. I love G5 games but, when you have a problem it impossible to get help. Sorry for the bad review but I just lost my money.

Yet another great Haunted Hotel game, with all the new 'bells and whistles'. The Collector Editions are so worth the extra money. Collectibles, bonus game, extra content etc.. I have not solved the fascinating mystery yet, but am really enjoying exploring the old, atmospheric Stone Spires Hotel!

Classic hidden objects mystery game, just the way I like it. Minor paranormal aspects in the story line, could have been even more. And there could also have been more about the myth behind the Phoenix. The Bonus Chapter was fun, thanx for including it, as well as tge Secret Room Bonus Feature.

The story line and graphics are excellent my only problem is I play on my Android phone and got all the way to the end of the game and can't finish it because I can't pick up the item needed to continue the item is behind the morphing objects counter it's in the way so I've spent money for a full game I can't finish it sucks

Refund please. Glitchy as described by others and reinstalled before paying to be able to continue playing. Having paid it all worked perfectly until I had a break. Now it won't start again. Poor.

The game is ok so far but I have to keep reloading it to make it work because it keeps on freezing on me. I was finally able to finish it after rebooting a few times.

Another fun hotel game. So far it's pretty interesting. Played all the way through, no problems, beautiful graphics, fun hops, fun collectibles. I recommend.

FONT and many images are way to small.... Without doing constant screen shots. Just uninstalled this and won't bother with any others in the series.

Not bad. A more serious game for a more serious player. Less lighthearted than the paranormal files series. Although the welding torch tool is actually used like a cutting torch and it annoyed me that I needed a hint to use it correctly because it was incorrectly named.

I really enjoyed the mystery of this game and the challenge of solving it. Some of the puzzles require quite a lot of ingenuity, but it is very challenging and fun!

Not a bad game. A little slow at responding sometimes but still a good time killer. I do think it cost a little bit more than it should have for the overall quality of the game.

downloaded this game when it was on sale for $2.99. Played the trial and loved it so I decided to purchase. Price was now $4.99. Deleted the game. I don't like being tricked.

Loving this, gutted I started playing when it was on offer and then went away for a couple of days and missed buying it then. NOW I CAN'T EVEN UNLOCK IT!

I think this is a really great game story and the graphics were really good I think you did a great job on this one. Definitely recommend this one. Great price

Enjoyable game, with some challenging puzzles, decent storyline.

The game and story line are really good I had to finish the story and see what happens I like when they continue.

Really enjoy playing these games really help with my mental health as they is so much to remember and things to do, the game editors definitely got this series correct

The game is good, dark in sum places but enjoyable i just dont like the way u hav to slide your items up to the maiin screen as it keeps makin my home screen buttons appear on my tablet

Why does a game want axcess to my files and pictures? I cannot play without giving acess I will not play then. Is this an Android issue? There were no warnings when I loaded Big Fish on my PC.

Need to make your games free during coronavirus. Plus your games are old and no new ones in ages, that there is enough not to charge anymore.

i play all big fish games but close to the end when you have to fix the bridge you have to collect 3 gas mask parts and one is behind the morphing objects box and it wont let me clock on it how do you move the damn box off there

This game is a lot of fun. Well made and the hints recharge very fast. I am totally enjoying myself

The storyline was weird and boring. Game kept freezing. Not worth the price!
