What the heck happened to this app?! I've used it for years and spent hundreds of dollars with it. it was effortless and and everything an app should be. Now it's super glitchy. You can't apply filters. The back button takes you to the home page repeatedly. Often it defaults to the Nordstrom rack page instead of the hautelook page. It freezes up constantly. How does an app deteriorate like this??

Overall, decent app. Have used it for a few years. I have battled a few glitches that I can usually work around. Recent updates seem to have improved most past issues I have encountered. The app has been running smoothly lately, but I honestly still get weary when there is high traffic during certain events as I had encountered glitches in the past with cart errors, etc. during those times.

Overall ok app for browsing, but filters don't apply properly and payment acts up. Doesn't have sort by best value option when browsing events. App also suddenly didn't recognize my address even though it has been the same for months now; it placed an order twice and and charged my credit card twice. There is NO OPTION to cancel an order that was literally just placed! Also had an incident where I placed an order successfully, only to receive an email they have to cancel my order.

This app has great deals on a lot of items. You can also use your Nordstrom card which is nice. The one thing I have had issues with is that occasionally there are some weird technical issues and there have been mess ups woth shipping once in a while. I had to chamge email addresses at one point and ever since I've done this it never semds me confirmation emails for my orders which is definitely not ideal.

Ok so I like the app overall. I have only ome problem that seems to be lingering, and that is the Rack search. It simply doesn't filter at all. For example: of I go to men's shoes amd choose comfort as a filter, I see everything. It doesn't filter at all. I'm even seeing all the womens comfort products. This makes it difficult to shop on the Rack profile. Please fix and I'll push it back up to five. Hautelook is perfect; don't touch that. lol

I don't know what's going on but everytime I open the app if I click on an event and then go back it doesn't go back it takes me to a screen that shows up coming events and no matter what I click on(all, women, men, kids, beauty, home) they all show me the upcoming events. It won't actually show me the events and allow me to look at any items. I have un-installed and re-installed and it STILL does it.

Very buggy and missing lots of features! The development team desperately needs to create a customer experience team and quality assurance team ASAP! In most cases I cannot complete orders via the app because the bugs throw error messages that block the progress so I have to try to use the web app which is almost as bad. No way to shop that is not a HORRIBLE shopping experience. Takes an average of 2 hours to get items from cart to purchased and so usually lose out on many items that sell out.

I don't know what's going on with this app...sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Almost everything is "On Hold" or "Sold Out" but you never know because it doesn't tell you. I've had to install/uninstall it several times and it still doesn't recognize my log in info. Sooooo sick of missing out on stuff because the app has issues.

Lots of fun! The HauteLook flash sales last anywhere from 24hours (rare) to 7 days (most common) and can be viewed in one long list or you can check them out by category. It's also really convenient that Nordstrom Rack shopping is accessible in the same app. I haven't yet had an opportunity to use the Scan feature to find my size or desired color to find something online, but further usr brings opportunities!

I'm often using my laptop & phone interchangeably & I love how it's consistent when I pull up the Hautelook app to continue shopping & all my items are still in the cart... not to mention, of course, the items themselves. You don't notice it until you go to other shopping sites but items are clear, pertinent info.(from clothing material type to gemstone parameters are spot on)...down to the actual organization of different lables and products...seamless. I've been shopping with y'all for years, thanks!

What happened to this app? Filter doesn't work. Back button bring you to the rack page. When I'm looking at an item, the back button brings me to a main page. Extremely annoying. New items are at the end... I stopped using it. I won't be buying any more until they fix it.

The worst!! You have 15 minutes to shop...ok, that's fine, I got this....THEN, it takes FOREVER to load and item. It doesn't immediately let you know if the item is sold out or on hold, more wasted time. I have to call all the time due to computer glitches...BUT, THE WORST CHANGE IS TO THE RETURN POLICY. I've been a member of Hautelook from the beginning BEFORE Nordstroms bought it. But you wouldn't know that because they start my membership over and over because they have two accounts or No

This is my favorite shopping app and I primarily purchase clothes/shoes for myself and my family with it. One suggestion for Nordies, if you have to cancel an item/order through Hautelook or Rack, you may want to offer a discount on your customer's next purchase. It's a bit irritating to complete a purchase, only to have an item cancelled days later.

New sales used to appear at the top so I could scroll and check them easily. Now they are mixed within older ones from previous days and it's annoying to try to find the new ones. I no longer check sales as frequently. Otherwise, the app is OK. Decent detail and ease of use for a mobile app.

This app is horrible lately, every single time I use HauteLook it crashes immediately! I never had the problem a while ago. Despite updating, un-installing and re-installing, nothing changes the issues with this app. Hope the app gets fixed quick, this is likely losing them lots of $ and is really frustrating!

Hautelook tab doesn't load, this has been an issue for several updates there are tons of bad reviews pointing this out and they obviously are not going to resolve it. They also don't properly manage their inventory during sales as I've purchased things on multiple occasions and then had them email me after the fact that they are sold out. Also, you can't email customer service. They mailed me a box of broken dishes with no padding whatsoever and you can't contact support without calling them.

I have shopped on the Nordstrom Rack website for years now. I spend a lot of money. i typically spend a few thousand dollars on each order, every few months. Since the Haute Look and Rack site have merged, it's awful. I forgot my login password and have attempted to reset it about 20 times. Last night I placed a $2,500 order. Because of the website not working, I lost the order. Also, there is no option to pay more to expedite the order. I wish the site would go back to how it was.

Terrible app, atrocious customer service. The ONLY troubleshooting step they have is to clear browser cache, restart browser, and reset password. Can't or won't escalate to second tier support. Obviously canned responses on web chat, to the point of looking like a bot. I'll take my money to Amazon.

definitely not user friendly anymore the app used to be so easy to navigate, but something has changed, and not for the better! When you filter...it dumps you back to the homepage. SO frustrating!! Makes me run to my other 2 go to stores

NOT updating to the latest sales even with uninstall and reinstall. When one is Iin the Rack portion, looking at an item, when you go to return to the previous screen, it takes you all the way back to home. What a, colossal waste of time!!!

It used to be so much better, so much easier to navigate with new sales listed at the top then the older sales towards the bottom in order. Now -- it drives me CRAZY all the sales jumbled up together. Sometimes I can't even find the new sales. Terrible! Fix it please!

Can y'all fix the app? Half the time screens won't pull up. Or all the items are marked "on hold" for no reason. Or they look available but then when you click on it, they're sold out. It's been terrible for years. Geez.

I got a message on my Haute look App to Upgrade to a newer version. everytime I install the App the message reappears and I cannot access the app at all. ive uninstalled and installed the App 4 times but the message blocks me from using the App. oh well over to Zulilly.

Be grateful if you get what you ordered. Seems like the packers will just throw whatever is similar to what I wanted (usually happens with clothing). To be fair, they do have goods deals, reasonable shipping, and easy returns- which I have to do more often than I want because I get the wrong items.

Spend half an hour trying to place an order. Have an account there for years. It was keep saying 'server error'. Had to go to the website and do it from there. Also got 3-4 errors over there before order went through.
