Seriously,i couldn't make online order,this doesn't show any update products in home page of app ,if i search for product it doesn't show product pictures,so I can't decide my favourite with just detail without seeing sample pics ...even in Play Store it is not showing any update option... please change all these & make it comfortable ‼️

It's hard to come across an app from a big company that simply DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I don't mean bugs, I mean it just says can't fetch data as soon as you open it. So disappointed in Havells I don't even want to buy their products offline anymore.

Your product range is very good and price is best but when try to place the order, it says that 'remove product name and model no. from your list.'If you don't want to take orders then why are you showing us the products. Amazon and Flipkart are taking orders in the lockdown too. I think you will reply me soon. Thankyou

They don't provide instalation service. I've purchased a product on Flipkart and get delivery on 08/12/2020. Still waiting to connect with instalation service. No use. Plan to return the product

I dont know why havells has this app if everthing is not available. I waited for a month for a oil heater.. And why in offline stores the prople are selling at higher prices than the app.. and if we ask them that the prices are low on the app then the reply will be to buy from the website or the app very dissappointing service from havells ...

I am a big fan of Havells brand for the quality and durability.In my house all the electronic and electrical things are almost Havells brand.Regarding this app is very informative and useful to have plenty of choices to select in various affordable prices.

The most useless 5 mb I ever spent on. This app is garbage. Asks you for registration & personal details. No sneek peak for guests. Doesnt send the OTP for mobile verification...

Pathetic app havells is a big name and they should spend some money on making a workable app. Ultimately it's a business loss to you. You make big money if people buy directly from your store saving you huge logistics cost. Rest is upto you guys.

I think the app needs more development work; images missing for several products; delivery address could not be registered as OTP never arrived.

Service is very bad. I ordered an AC a month ago and it has not been delivered yet even though I did prepayment for it. I am thinking of cancelling my order if it is not delivered in next few days.

Best app and product. I purchased gyser(puro plus), ceiling fan ES-50, DRY IRON JIO, ADORE LED BULB 9W,10W. THEY ARE WORKING BEST.
