Bad. Was horribly difficult to connect by bluetooth. Erroneously displays as "Locked" right after unlocking due to hardware flaw on my unit (need to step on Haven to change to "Unlocked"). One-button app: can only attempt to lock when display says "Unlocked" and visa versa. They really want you to pay for the key fob that just works better, but is far larger than a car's key fob. Will at times fail to connect, even after restarting phone. Toggling Airplane mode works for me so far.
The product is good. The ap still needs work. I've had to reload it a dozen times cause it will not find the unit, then after a delete/reinstall its good. But then will forget it again. I'm editing my review. The haven consistently will not connect to the app. Which is why I paid the extra money. Save your cash and get the standard version
not a very well thought out user interface. Bluetooth functionality is bizarre. Product updates do not load on Samsung devices as far as I can tell.
This thing is trash. The blue tooth doesn't pair to fob or phone. Customer service so far is responsive but unfortunately they are at a loss for how to solve the issue. Think twice before buying, knowing that this does not work as advertised, there are better options.
Not usable on my phone moto g7 play android 10. Takes several minutes to find unit w a few retries. Will show cuurent lock stat but upon trying to change state it loses knowledge of unit. Rinse repeat. Does not matter if current state is locked or not. Unit is not plugged in for charging.
Work good. the only problem is sometimes my wife's who is the second user. has connection problems witch could leave her locked out of her own house. But usually works with a phone reset?but me the main owner me. has no problems .this product is a great idea I watched it for years and love it as backup protection!!seeing that people usually kick in your front door in 10sec it's protection when your out of your home!!and in! Ps just got the fobs now I love this product great when you're home and!
The app never connects to the haven connect. The key fob is the only option to open and close the lock. Good idea but awful app. Needs a new design
Haven lockdown is easy to use. Is a better backup then those other lockdown. I have seen. With Haven lockdown, you don't have to be home to use it.
Great lock. Only wish it had geolocation so that when I come home it automatically unlocks. Also recommending to add a schedule so that it locks and unlocks automatically at a certain time.
I love HAVEN app. Very helpful and easy to use wherever you are in your home sitting relaxing enjoying your family or visitor company, it will answers to lock up or open your door house entrance. It's very important for your family and yours security. It's very lovely and strong locker. Truly I recommend it to everyone who likes to be safe specifically from thieves. ❤
Seriously wish I would have seen this years ago. You can't put a price on your peace of mind! So easy to install and use. Genius. I will be purchasing more in the future. This will not only make it nearly impossible to get in, but provide you with enough time to get up and even put your undies on.........hell, a full wardrobe before you confront the poor helpless soul at the door! Love this, thanks again!
Battery lasts long, if was removable be even better. My storage Locker doesnt have any electrical outlets to charge.
Been waiting for 4 days on a reply from customer service as to why my lock won't open. Thankfully I was in my apartment when it failed or I would still be outside. STAY AWAY. PURE TRASH AND WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Would be nice to get in my home just got off work it's been an hour and my Bluetooth won't connect to it no f****** surprise they want you to spend $130 for their hub so you can actually connect to the Bluetooth f****** criminals go f*** yourself Haven s*** Update In having zero issues and I can connect via Bluetooth with my Android phone

Perfect security device for where i live. Reinforces my front door and gives me piece of mind!
Loses connectivity every few uses until you uninstall and reinstall.

takes awhile to unlock but it works good.
Horribly designed and constr ucted, have been locked out of my house for the last hr. And I needed to make an important meeting which I can kiss that deal away lol.

Mechanical aspect of lock works great but this is no tech company. Bluetooth functionality is horrible. Got slightly better with major update, but still can't trust it to let you back in your house. Hub was promising and can work great... Until it doesn't. No remote support. Still get locked out. If wifi router resets or power goes out you are just up a creek without a paddle. This company is taking minimally functional prototype to the next level. And they take down any negative reviews!!!!
