Generally useful, but form inputs are often covered by keyboard so can't see what you are typing, and the activity filter system doesn't appear to have a search function. there also doesn't seem to be any way to view all times for a particular activity, rather everything is listed in time order and you must filter to find the target activity. All in all not bad, but could do with more input from UX people and less design-by-developer :-P

Not a very user friendly app. Doesn't work correctly all the time. I booked crazy golf on the app 3 days in advance then on the day in question, the booking simply disappeared and the staff at haven had no record of my booking despite my credit card being charged. This app needs to be redesigned and bugs fixed

Agree with other reviews that it should be simpler to use and book. Handy information away from the park but the Web links don't always work. The weather information doesn't change much either. The phone icon though takes you straight to the reception.

Booked the holiday and had hassle from day 1. Haven trying to charge extra for FREE fun passes. Then payment made and they sent a letter saying they'd cancelled our holiday due to non-payment. Over 2 hours sorting that out in phone calls. Told to book swimming on the app and it DOES NOT WORK. Shame on Haven for so much mis-information, no one taking responsibility and being pushed from office to office. I'm not looking forward to the stay at all and I will not be returning to ANY Haven parks.

Terrible app that constantly crashes every few seconds, as indicated by all previous reviews over the last 12 months. Do not waste your time downloading this app, I am going to uninstall, if Haven have not fixed the issue after 12 months off bad reviews I can't imagine they ever will!

Last reviewed back in 2016 and I'm sorry to say it's got worse (in different ways - last review was heavy reliance on mobile data for graphics). Unable to book events (as seems to be a common complaint). This doesn't appear to be a venue capacity issue as sold out events are clearly marked. Currently of little value. Also - UI is not intuitive and event searching always reverts to a date in March 2020 - please change to today's date.

Absolute waste of time! On activities it states spaces available but when you select and go to pay it states unavailable but still shows on activities spaces available. I've wasted so much time on this. I too have reinstalled app several times. I phoned holiday park and they said I'll have to book at activity hut on arrival, which probably means they'll all be booked up by then. My grandkids are going to be so disappointed.

always loved Haven for the ability to book activities before we go. it wont allow me to do that. opening times are not displayed on facilities. it takes forever to load at home were I have super fast broadband so mo chance of opening it on the park were there os hardly any mobile signal! it's useless.

Rubbish, activities dont load and when they do the booking doesnt complete and the app closes. Not able to book any swimming for our holiday which we booked last year. Very disappointed. Plus despite the app knowing that we are on different holiday reference (and the diary only showing the activities each party has booked) it has associated everyone with the same one credit card.

Rubbish!!! The the last month Haven has been sending everyone email daily, that everything will have to be booked by the app. Get here to Hafan, no phone signal, so have no chose other than having to pay for WiFi. Planning the week and activities, there's nothing on the app ie: golf/ gocarts ect... And told you have to book them at the booking point, that wasn't meant to be taking booking. The same for restaurants can't book on the app and told its 1st come, 1st served! Terrible! Don't download

it's awful. was much easier when you could just bin through the website. half the time random booking errors appear. Keep having to logout and back in and clear cache to get anything to work. Phone and Email support has been terrible also

Pointless app, couldn't find out what entertainment was on, told me to use the Haven What's On app🤔, couldn't find pool times, no Information available I also tried to book a table in the restaurant, and failed, said I should phone reception if I was having difficulties, I didn't bother, on my walk round the park I popped in to the entertainment venue to look at the whats on board then to the pool to get the opening times and then the restaurant and book a table. No point in this app.

This app is awful. We have been trying to book swimming for our break tomorrow. We have been trying all day and the app will not let us book and now all the slots are gone. It's clear from the reviews here and their Facebook page that Haven have been aware of this issue for a number of weeks and have done nothing to rectify this problem.

Wrong account balance, showing far more than we owe. sometimes just will not load, unable to book activities via the app at all.. seriously this is the last time we book with Haven. Might sound dramatic but we book for the activities and ability to plan easily which we now don't have.

Awful app. Nothing works properly. Tried booking things and then it just disappears. Nothing seems to sync up. I've no idea if I've actually managed to book anything or not, my diary says no but my wife's says yes.! who knows what's going on!

Great app, easy to use. Makes it really easy to search and book your holiday and makes it so easy to see what activities and events are on for your chosen dates so you can book in advance. Would recommend.

seems like it could be a useful app as you could plan ur holiday before you go but won't let you book anything , then u ring haven direct and they tell you you'll just have to wait till you get there to book but most reviews state things are booked up fast so great . looking forward to the stress already some holiday . you'd think they could book over the phone like really what is the difference.

Useless!! Why have a booking app if it doesnt work. Clearly guests want to ensure they can have a few activities booked with everything going on but you can't book anything! Re installed 3 times as advised but still can't book. Really dissapointed that you can still take people's money for a resort with activities but we can't book any. May as well have booked a different caravan site at half the price with no activities.

I got it to work on Android! When you first open the app there is an option to log on at the bottom. Don't just use your email address and password because this won't work. Click on find booking and use the booking reference, surname, date of arrival and park to login. Once you've done this you still need to click on the park, but then the option will be there for you to book the activities. It needs to be made simpler!

Very basic app to be honest. Also won't allow me to take screenshots - for example, wanted to send the park address to one of the other parents in the party so they can put it in their sat nav. Can't even copy and paste the text! Let's be clear, this app is not any sort of security risk, so why block this feature?

Not able to book any activities on this app. Deleted and reinstalled but it makes no difference. Very frustrating when there are only limited places for activities and they are all gone before you arrive at the park.

Almost pointless. E.g. Click on Coronavirus update, and the displayed 'update' tells you where to look for an update (the main website). Can you at least load in some menus for the restaurants, or if you're getting creative, a way to book a restaurant. Find some decent UX and UI experts, this app should help customers find things to do and spend money, so it's worth the investment.

Ended up with 4 different Haven apps 🤬this one your supposed to be able to book activities, my daughter also installed it and eventually we managed to book one or two then it crashed on both our phones saying "no activities available" tried to explain to the gestapo in reception but they just said we were both doing something wrong In the end we went to the activities and booked direct

This app is difficult to use and unstand. The is plenty information regarding havens, where things are, activities and Food + Drinks. You can't order Food and Drinks on this app you have to download another app. As for booking activities is even harder because there computer software keeps breaking down. There is no clear instructions how to book activities and on this app. Haven needs a new booking system for activities like the food and drinks.

last Haven holiday we didn't book activities in advance and were left with little to choose from. Planned ahead this time and got the app to book before we arrived. Guess what? comes up with an error when you try to book. App is clearly an embarrassing afterthought from Haven. completely pointless.
