I love the app, I wasn't a customer before the update so I don't know what the app was like before, however the current app looks and works just like the app from my former bank so I have no problems. It's easy to use with a nice look, and shows all my transactions with running balance. The only thing I wish they would add is external transfers, I had that with my old bank and it was really helpful.
Great institution, terrible app. Mobile deposit has not worked in a year. This is a fairly old feature that should be available. Recently I was locked out of the app for using the wrong password. Rather than in app prompts and email verification I had to physically go to the bank for a reset. Secure, but inconvenient. The actual bank 5 star The app itself 1 star
Only able to log in once since app went live. I have excellent service that is not the issue. Didn't find anything wrong with the app previously. What was convenient and easily accessible prior is no longer.
**EDIT** After contacting the bank and completing enrollment all essential functions work in the app. The app is totally useless. It only allows me to view my accounts and send messages. There are no useful functions available like transferring funds, mobile deposit.
Does not recognize username / password in app. If I use a browser on the same device, it does work. Uninstalling app, I am getting tired of being locked out of my account. Yes, I did have to change a password. I have even used password managers to fill in the forms. No luck.
This new, updated, easy-to-use, well designed app has been totally redone and expanded from the former app (which had problems). I use it daily to keep track of accounts and transfer and deposit, etc.
Why would you update an app that wasn't broken... this new app honestly sucks. It's less user friendly, I can't make transfers between accounts, half of time I try to login and I have to re-register my device. I don't know what you guys were thinking but you should just go back to the old app
I love this app. Checking my balance and transferring my money is right at my finger tips! No need for trips to the bank and wait in long lines!
Trying to update a previous review. After talking to the credit union staff, they were able to help get all the app features turned on.
Constantly get locked out. Mobile deposit images always get returned "unusable", worked ok with old app
Unable to deposit checks. Consistently get an error message saying that service is unavailable.
Not reliable. Always calling because it has problems. TICKS ME OFF!
Well updated app and nothing changes... really lame app unless you only want to Check your amount of money.

It was WAY better before! This new version won't show me what I need to see. It isnt telling me a transaction is pending but my available balance doesnt match my total balance. It also doesnt display the amount in the account before and after a purchase like the old app did. It used to show, for example $1,250 balance, show a $40 purchase at Safeway, then show that now you have $1,210. The new app just tells you the balance and the purchase ,not what the balance was before.
