The app is on the slow side, it doesn't remember your credentials and crashes easily. It failed me when I was at the airport, I had to manually print everything out. On the plus side, it is visually appealing!

Not an app. This app is basically a slower version of the web browser. It doesn't retain your login so you have to login after it times out when your about to get to TSA security check. Useless.

This has to be the worst airline app i've ever used. The app latency is horrible. The UI is a very poor design. Reminds me when companies would just display their mobile site via the app. The logout timeout is so short you always need to log in the next visit. Honestly I would fire those responsible for app program at Hawaiian Air. Its at least 10 years behind the other airline apps. The customer experience VP should be embarrassed.

Worst airline app ever. Slow, doesn't save check-in or flight info. Have to re-enter info to re-generate boarding pass if phone sleeps.

it will not allow me to reset password, li e chat is the slowest and most inconvenient way to fix issues does not give phone number to under contact us for web support. who created this lame app

This is a very basic web wrapper for the website with outdated design usage and limited ability to actually get anything done.

Bad airline, bad app. Can't wait for Southwest to launch in Hawaii so Hawaiian Airlines will understand why they should be kind to their customers. At least update the app to work with newer versions of Android..

Pointless. Just use the website and print a boarding pass instead.

Not available on Amazon tablets. I want to stream movies on my tablet, not my phone.

I travel frequently for work and this is by far the worst app I have ever used.

Constantly crashes doesn't refresh makes you start over it's never worked good in all the years makes me never want to fly Hawaiian Airlines again 300 bucks to fly from the Big Island to Maui what a rip off

UTTERLY Useless, too many steps to get the boarding pass up, crashed when phone turned and screen changed ratio. Plenty of airport apps allow quick access to boarding passes without having to go entering your name and ticket confirmation again. You won't be saving the planet using this app get a paper boarding pass instead.

This app needs the option to download the boarding pass so if reception is bad you won't be late. I almost missed a flight because I had to go through standard ticketing routine. It also doesn't scale to tablets and make a very lopsided user interface.

App is subpar to say the least. Should include looking up and booking flights, utilization of FF#'s, saving flight info, and any number of other features. The only thing it's actually good for is flight status, which Google Now and just about any search engine can do just as well. Also the app operates slowly and clumsy so it's obviously not native to android.

Not reliable. Loaded boarding pass in security line using cumbersome multiple steps. App automatically changed from boarding pass to app home page when I got to TSA agent. Did not have wifi at airport & I did not have cell service to reload boarding pass. App needs option to be able to download pass for use offline. I screenshot return flight boarding pass prior before arriving at airport. Not sure why developers haven't updated this app based on feedback being received from unsatisfied customers.

Horrible. I checked in for my flight got my boarding pass ready to show tsa and it refreshed and made me check in again, several times before i could see my boarding pass to show. Them it happened again while waiting to board. I had to get a papery ticket so o would not hold up the boarding line. It needs to be fixed. I won't use it anytime soon.

There is no easy way to pull up a boarding pass and it runs mind-numbingly slow. You must press Check In even if you already have, then it thinks for a while, tells you that you are already checked in and then you can view your boarding pass. This should be a simple button on the front screen. Additionally, this app is simply a mobile version of the website in "app" form. If you're going to have an App, then make it an App and make it quick and easy for travelers to navigate through.

I fly Hawaiian several times a month, and many others as well, I regularly use 6 airline apps. Hawaiian is hands down the worst of any. Their website is marginally better, but no shining star. Get printed boarding passes. When things mess up, help is difficult and you will pay more to fix their ineptitude.

I used the app to check in for my flight and it was really quick and easy and provided the electronic boarding pass, but it doesn't allow you to view it again without checking in again. Make sure to screen shot your boarding pass just in case you don't have reception. I just wish I could view it again and that it remembers if I've already checked in.

Hawaiian Airline's app is terrible compared to other airline apps (such as Delta's). First, the app does not remember who you are; thus, you have to enter your ticket information many times. Second, the app won't or can't display your departure gate. Third, it floods your screen with options to purchase leg room or hotels rather than display basic flight information. Fourth and last, response time is incredibly slow.

Whoever created this app is a dumbass. It doesnt work like how you would expect. Unfortunately hawaii still far behind with this app. Come on hawaiian air dont you rip us off enough with your prices. Do the locals a favor and create something thats useful for interisland travel.

After checking in and getting the mobile boarding pass, the app continues to go back to the main screen and put you through the check in process all over again. It never gives you an option to simply see your boarding pass even after looking at "my trips" and keying in your info. It needs a lot of work.

This app does not remember anything about me so I have to login everytime I use it. That wouldn't be so bad, but it always tells me that my password, email, and mileage plus number is incorrect and forces me to go onto their website to login. It takes too much time to access my information on the mobile app.

Just doesn't work. Entered my miles club account info when creating account so it should see your travel details, instead no matter what task you try to do it prompts you to enter your confirmation number and last name. It should know all that already via my miles club account, then after I enter it all anyway and click OK, I get an object error and nothing happens. Absolutely has no use. HI airlines needs to fire their app developers. Nothing this bad should exist anymore in apps.
