Wheres the updated/new app? I uninstalled, restarted my phone, and reinstalled and no where to enter my log on info...basically the same menu shown when it was going through the update and unavailable for an entire day. Followed the pop up instructions on the old app (same instructions came up after reinstalling) and even searched for a different app and nothing....btw it shows your last update/whats new as Feb. 20, 2019<<<🙄
Extremely user-friendly. My favorite feature is the fingerprint access -- no more having to fumble with usernames or passwords.
Since the maintenance it's has problems. Loading takes forever, then the message says no internet and it freezes. I have to call in to get my balance and I can't do anything else. Please fix it.
Why is there no previous balance and New balance on the account info page!? There's only the deposit/withdrawal amount. So inconvenient!
Every time I try to put in the user name an password it says it's wrong but when I go on the website an do the same thing it works please update app.
Looking for the new APP! I followed instructions to delete the old application and download the new one but this is the only HAWAIIUSA FCU application available. Please direct me to the new app. Thank you!

Knowing my balance at all times in a just a minute is a plus, but I wish I could see my transactions.
the server is ALWAYS down. sometimes can't transfer money into other accounts.
Says to use digital version. But I can't find that version in store.

Love the app, since the maintenance there's no fingerprint sign in. Please bring it back.
10/21 update- App won't even load! Not to surprised since there haven't been any updates in what 2 years!The app works and provides an easier way to do your banking. But why no fingerprint login like iOS for Android? Would be 5 stars from me if it had fingerprint login.

HawaiiUSA is the Bank of Hawaii of credit unions. Good products and features. Love the online account opening it's so fast. I take advantage of the mobile app throughout the day. However, its definitely dated. What needs to be included is. Debit card control, mobile app alerts not email alerts, and standard mobile Deposit for all. One month I qualified and the next month I dont. Mobile deposit needs a makeover. Take tips from Bank of Hawaii.
