If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I usually love using this app but recently it has been loading the wrong amount in my checking account and when I spend money it makes my account negative and then I get a late fee that I have been told I can't get the money back and have to pay the $30 late fee.
I usually love this app. The ability to see all of my accounts in one place is so convenient... when the app loads. About a week ago, I opened the app and logged in, but the accounts just "update" for as long as 10 minutes before I get a "please try again" message. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it loaded my accounts once. Now it will not even get past the welcome screen.
Little hard to understand and sometimes I can't log in keeps saying (opps it on our side please try again later).
This is the best thing I've ever had they're always there to help you and they always seem to make it right okay. All you going to do is prove that you're in the right thank you guys for helping me
I've banked with several financial institutions, and I am very particular about what I expect and what I need. Hawthorn Bank is the only one I have been 100%satisfied with on every level. The app is too notch, and allows me to connect my accounts at other banks to transfer funds. The UI is sleek and easy to use. Looks great and functions perfectly.
The app almost constantly shows a sync error and information that does show is typically outdated in my account. Transactions will show and then disappear 2-3 days later for multiple days at a time. Very inconsistent information.
Ease of use !! Very user friendly system
I am loving it, I'm able to see everything from every one of my accounts right from the app , I'm also able to transfer money back and forth from one account to another free of charge. I have yet to pay any of my bills off the app yet but do have the option to. Wish I would of gotten the app sooner
I love this app! I've had an account with Hawthorn Bank for over 30 years. I started my account in Belton, MO; moved to Jefferson City, MO and kept it. Now, I live in MI and still have an account with them because of the easy use of the app. It's so easy for me to deposit checks from my customers.
I hate it. Always needing to be updated. Just not as user friendly as the old one.
I believe you need to update your third party processor. With as many complaints I've read and note experiencing. You should of left well enough alone. The old saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Mine use to work so good and easy. Now it's a pos sorry to say. Hope you all get it right soon. Thanks for letting me vent.
Rarely any problems and they keep it up to date and secure!! I moved out of state two years ago but kept my account at Hawthorn because of great customer service. Thank you!!
Some of the transactions can take several days to post. Its good thing I keep a close eye on my balance. I have paid different bills and those companies will reflect that they have received Payment. meanwhile Hawthorn will not... that should be a instantaneous transaction on both parts.

Works great very convenient recommend to anyone who has a checking account with this bank. I have had a checking account with hawthorn for many years and mobile deposit is hands down the best feature as a contractor it saves me time and money
I've been having problems ever since the last update. My accounts will not sync so I have no idea what my balance is. Not super helpful 🤬
I hate the new update. I have not been able to check my account for almost 2 DAYS b/c EVERY single time i open the app it says "sync error" !??!?!?!?!?
I love hawthorn bank alot. This app makes banking so easy.
The app has been having updating errors for the past two weeks. It's making it difficult for me to check my account balances.
I tried to login to my account, said i had to update for my protection. Been updating for over 30 minutes. Still can't login.
Crackhead of all apps. The running balance changes by the hour. I was never in the negative. Idiots.
Every time I open the app it makes me update, and the update takes longer to download than it does for me to utilize the actual app.
Newest app update makes the app worse. Won't ever refresh. It's down more than it works! Super frustrating!
I am very happy with this app. I can do what I need with banking and at a moments notice. Thank you Hawthorn for this app. And for keeping my banking safe for my family.
So far no problems with this app. I've deposited, done bill pay, it's worked like a charm!
Can't log in can't enroll. It's useless
The app does everything I need to do while online banking. I like the layout especially as things are easy to see and clear, finding various tasks is also very easy. Would definitely say one of the best apps I have used for online banking.
