Password forced to reset monthly and the new password never works have to call and have it fixed everytime

Out of date
This is by far the least intuitive and least reliable mobile banking app I've ever used. I love the credit union, I love the staff, but this app is horrendous. It frequently falsely reports wrong passwords. I've sat in office with a customer rep, had her change the password right in front of me and this thing still gives me login attempt failed errors. This is the mobile age folks. Mobile banking apps are incredibly useful if not a necessity. Please overhaul this app ASAP.
