Doesn't connect to wifi! Waste of money! I tried last year and this year and with different phones and different wifi routers and still can't get it to connect. I saw to hold the wifi button down til it turns solid red so I can erase all previous settings however, the light never turned red even after holding it I for 60 seconds! I don't even have to hold button down til it blinks blue either. I just have to press it once and it blinks blue. It tries connecting to app but hen shows an error.

This app is useless. I was told that you can set up the FlexBrew to automatically brew at certain times but that is not true. The ONLY thing this app does is set you up with Amazon to automatically order K-Cups and filters. Had no issues connecting to WiFi. I am satisfied with the HB FlexBrew itself but the app could use more functionality.

If i could get zero stars i would.. Would not connect. It asks you to have wifi connected on your phone and then when you try to connect the coffee maker it disconnects your wifi and then says "can not connect because phone is not connected to wifi. Highly disappointed. I was hoping to be able to brew from bed since im disabled, and then have my coffee ready for me by by time my pain medication kicks in.

Both my wife and I couldn't connect and she has a iPhone10xs and I have the galaxy s10, doesn't help when neither of us can connect to even use the app. Terrible.

Used to work fine and order filters and coffee for me. Now it won't even open. Even uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Does not connect to WiFi. Tried 50 different ways and multiple devices and still wont connect. Save money and buy a regular coffee maker.

Keeps saying that there is no network, though there definitely is 2.4Ghz. App and developer is ATROCIOUS !!!! A definite NEGATIVE 5-stars.
