Got it. Thanks for the response. I am new to this app. Uptill now the experience is good. Just found a little hiccup when. I save the transaction screenshot using the app it gets stored in DCIM/HBLMobile folder. On android 12 device. Google photos does not automatically pick up the photos to upload or view in the app. Google support says to save to Pictures/somefolder to fix issue. I have not found a way to change the default saving folder.
It has become a challenge to open the open in dark area. As if there is a dark the facial recognition isn't recognized and then thumb scanning isn't working anymore. After complaining to hbl, they didn't resolved the issue, however I got an sms that issue has been resolved 🙄.
Since my update, can't seem to perform online transactions. Every time I perform one, it ends up "Failed", even though I have balance and details correctly entered. Secondly, I can't see my account balance when I log in - after searching for a whole minute, the screen goes blank and I can't see my balance or account no. even though I'm using good speed internet Wi-fi, not mobile data. You guys seriously need to improve your banking app.
Salam My experience was pretty good till last 2 days, now I don't know what's wrong with the application that I am unable to login though I have good Internet connection with good speed. Please let me know what should I do .. I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled, rebooted my device but still not working though all my credentials are correct. Please guide me Thanks
Not useful. The transaction requires biometric. However it was already done. Upon inquiring, they asked to resubmit the documents that had been submitted at the time of account opening. Trash!
I cannot add any number, have to wait for the app to predict, which it doesnt. I have forgotton my password and every time I try to reset my passwrod it takes me to CNIC number, which i am unable to put in. Cant even lodge a complaint about this particular issue. I have even tried turning off prediction but still the issue persists
My account is blocked, and i am trying to activate it again. But every time i try to do so, I couldn't fill up given form as i try to put debit card details in form, it couldn't be filled. I tried it many times, but same result.
I have been unable to use my card at POS for the past 2 months. Useless service. Useless customer support. Useless people at branch. No one has any clue what's happening. I can only use it at atms. When I call customer support, they say nothing is wrong with my account! ZERO HELP | 100% TENSION GUARANTEED
I had reviewed earlier but you replied with the statement that save and share option is on top right side of your transcation receipt. I am not reviewing here for user manual about how to save or share receipt but due to bug or any technical issue your app doesn't allow me to save receipt. Kindly read the review with attention.. i told you that option available on top of the right side doesn't allow me to save or share the transcation receipt.
There is a bug in app which showing my old address and account title (joint account) from my closed account. I visited branch and they confirmed that account is closed and its app/IT problem. I also talk to hbl online support and they told me that my old address of closed account is still attach to my cnic and as closed account was last one which was created therefore app is picking this info regardless of checking account closure status. Kindly fix this issue in next update
Works fine usually, but has occasional bugs which can be very annoying. 1. I'm unable to see my 60 days statement most of the time. Prints, "No transactions found." 2. Transaction errors are very frequent. Prints the message, "We're unable to perform this transaction at the moment." 3. Lags very often Kindly hire a professional developer to fix your mobile app for smooth running, asap.
Unable to enter data in text fields, If I go to forgot password it ask for CNIC Number, when I enter the CNIC number, unable to enter CNIC or even can't copy/paste CNIC Number. Same happened in registration when I registered around 8 months before. I can share you video for more details.
My Experience with HBL Mobile is really good. But few days ago, I'm unable to check my Account statement. Maybe there is some kind of bug. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. THANKS.!
Poor and slow Software. Have a look on your Technology Management Department. Make it easy for the customers to make their account easily. Somewhere not catching submit option and somewhere photo of CNIC is not being uploaded. Many problems to be resolved. THANKS
I downloaded app from google play store and when I click on app it wont load with error telling me to download it from play store. I deleted and installed it many times but it wont reslove the problem. I used to have it on my Note 20 and it used to work perfectly fine with no errors. I upgraded to new Samsung S22 Ultra and it wont load. Please fix it ASAP.
This app is nice but the loan amount s are very low instead of giving specific amount . There should be a loan calculator in this app that a person could make its own loan amounts and payment years . instead of showing that your eligible for a quick loan and every month the loan amounts are decreasing automatically.Add this feature in this app so a person could automatically apply for a quick loan and make its own amounts and payments years when he or she wishes.
It is very good application,many of work done through this app without wasting of time I was using this app for last 2 years securelly on the same mobile,but now a days it changed its policies and my app does not open due to jail broken mobile,I think that this condition should be imposed on new customer,while I was using this app safely for the two years back but now I cannot change my mobile as my all data in it.

Since last update i am unable to see my previous transactions record. It says from date to date but even after selecting dates it keeps on showing no records available.
There is technical issue with app.When I enter username and password and tried to login,there is no option to enter OTP.kindly solve this issue.I have mailed, and also call to hbl but they still have not solved this problem.I am facing this problem from last 10 days.
I'm trying to reset my password but not able to enter required information. I click on key but information is no entered or entered in wrong place. It's been one hour fed up now.
This app giving some issues to pay the instalments of CSD Hire Purchase. Kindly fix this as soon as possible before ending this month. I have to pay online otherwise i will be charged for fine at the end of this month😔.
It is good experience but please add email address option, bcoz whenever i try to add my email address they said sorry this feature is currently unavailable for mobile/Internet banking customer.
Updating my rating. My concern was addressed by HBL team. However still I am unable to transfer funds to other Pakistani accounts from my USD Roshan digital account most of the time. _---------------------------------------- App is not accepting keyboard input at OTP page. So it's completely useless for me at the moment. Dev team, if you are reading this please fix this issue as soon as possible. I need to use the app urgently.
It has been months now and I have not been able to pay utility bills or transfer funds to other accounts via this pathetic App. I do receive OTP via email only since I am based abroad. However, the App is useless now as it does not do anything at all. I contacted HBL customer service and the representative told me that HBL was still working to fix it. I don't think it will ever be fixed. HBL online security is compromised hence nothing works. Very very awful experience.
This app is awful regret downloading it always has a problem after i fill the entire form it can't proceed and I have to refill it again n again. Fix it please 😠.
App is asking for new device registration on every login, even within few minutes and sends OTP for that purpose, and then says you've exceeded the maximum limit of new devices registrations. Solve the matter, so that we can use this facility of mobile banking. Otherwise totally fail and scrap application. All thumbs down. 👎👎👎
Hi HBL Development Team, Need some support. Your app is quite excellent. But there is something I would like to point out. There are some bills which we pay only once. Like for example, I pay a friend's electricity bill. Users should have the option to delete bills which appear in favorites. I shifted from a house an year ago and I can still see its bill updated in my history. Please have a look.
