The one star I give is just for me to have access to send feedback to you guys and it's minus , you are still oweing me the star I gave you . Your app is useless . As a new customer I can't even register on the app . Is telling me that my number and email I provided to open the account is not in their system which is the same number I used to open the account .. is this bank at all ...

Worst ever! Worst ever!! Worst ever!!! I cannot imagine a bank still operating in the past as this, despite the technological advancement in banking industry. I recently visited the branch to obtain an ATM card, after filling the form thinking that they will issue the card instantly, lo and behold, I was asked to come back after one week, whereas I left for another bank for the same purpose and I got the ATM card immediately. Now I downloaded the app which cannot be accessed. Step up your games!

Please you guys should work on this app, always saying exceeded transfer limit for the day for every transaction. Your hbpadie after upgrade to 2.0 it's always having problems it won't allow you to log in or register. Please update our hbmobile let's continue with it. Thanks

Very useless app. It can't let me log in again after changing my device. The user interface is exceptionally dull. The poor banking service made me regret opening account in the bank

Very poor services. App still old fashioned. One cannot make transactions to payment platforms like Opay, chippers, kuda, palm pay Etc. You people should upgrade like the rest banks and stop lagging behind. Till then, this bank remains the worst ever. Old fashioned bank app. You don't deserve no start at all.

I can't conclude transactions. I'm being asked to download latest version but there's no latest version on play store. So upsetting.

Nonsense...I haven't done any transfer yet,and I was told i've exceeded my transaction limit ...

This app is so boring, outdated and not very helpful. option for transactions are too limited.

This app never allow to do just one transaction ...telling me ive exceeded my daily transaction ...i dont know what to do anymore if anyobe can help i will be happy

I am not all that enjoy the app because sometimes i cant buy card with it and i cant transfer money. So if you people can fix it for me i will be grateful and that will make me to use only HB mobil app only

very useless app keep saying download new version and there is nothing like that here am fed up and can't do transaction my money is just stock😔

This HBmobile only help me to check my balance, nothing more, I couldn't recharge from my account let alone transfer, busy doing nothing.

The operation of this bank is nothing to write home about. I can not even introduce or encourage any one to open account with this bank. Ussd has not been working over one month now for mtn network. Too poor!!,
