not user friendly. forgot my password. the procedure to get a new password is so long. need to fill out forms n still wait 2 weeks for a new password.. app uninstalled
The real time option does not ever work Also, the my reference and customer reference needs to be re worded. Very confusing
The instructions on the website describe an "Authenticator" button on the top left menu but it doesn't exist.
Th authenticator password does not appear. Not working.
Cannot pay bills, always showing an error
There is one deficiency in app that figure whic are to be answered are vey small hardly seen.it needs magnication glass..plz increase their size...thanks
