HC Toll Road Authority

Will only tell you about traffic and closures, and where tolls are located. App is very limited in its capabilities. Would be nice to be able to pay a bill and other acct related transactions.

This app has nothing to do with me personally. No accounts status or anything. And yet, it asks for permissions to all of my personal data. Uninstalled immediately.

Trying to figure out exactly what is the purpose of this "app". I guess if you just basically want to bookmark the website then it works. Congratulations you made a glorified bookmark. Why even have this if it doesn't serve a useful purpose for EZTag accounts? I get this is a Gov agency and everything takes forever Nothing takes this long not even for the Gov't. But, this is Harris Co. As much as HCTRA makes ripping off citizens I'd think it could afford to make a REAL App that can be useful.

App is extremely outdated and not compatible with Android 11.

No funds towards app improvement! All the funds they get but NO IMPROVEMENT towards app.

Not sure why an app is needed to display phone numbers and addresses to HCTRA toll offices. The map didn't even work and that was the whole reason I downloaded the app in the first place.

This app wants access to verify sensitive information in my phone. so much that my phone security advises removing it. And this app truly give you no benefit. Can't even review my HCTRA account? Please fix this app and try again.

I can't just simply check the status of my EZ tag account and update payment info or anything. Seriously with all the money ya'll are taking from us you can easily afford an app developer.

Please improve the app. As much money you all take in, I would think you all would have a better app. This is quite sad.

Can not check the status or more info of my eztag account, this app is going straight to UNINSTALL. If I wanna see the traffic map I have Google Maps, works flawless.

I am deleting this program because it is too invasive to my personal data. Why does the County toll road authority need access to my personal data, photos and contacts? Do not install this app

Can't pay, modify and or check my account status. Useless.

Im pretty sure the whole purpose of this app would be to access the account or get alerts when the account is low. I hope they didnt pay a developer for this load of b.s.

Useless App.

No access to accounts.... It states "coming soon" for users access their accounts. It has been well over a year now. Maybe two. Coming soon?????

I see that the app gives you map info and what's going on in the city in concern with construction; but, Im not happy with the app mainly because ineed the app it to get into my account and that's not offered, so I'm sorry I have to give this low stars for not offering that feature. Come on Harris County get with the program you would think with this day in age and technology that something like that with professional convenient way to navigate your account that would be a valuable asset to the application

Isn't the purpose of this application to make it easier to access your EZ Tag account information, make payments, change vehicles, and check your balance. Make this app work properly for individual accounts plus the other news about the toll roads and you'd have a great app.

All it's good for is a link to the website. You'd think the 4th largest city in the country could create a better app.

yea not what you expect hopefully they get it fixed and actually make it to where you can see your account info

Google EZTAG HOUSTON and "log in' once you are logged in save to front phone as an app.....BUT once you open it You will have to log out and resign in to get the accurate reading....then you are set up

It says account access coming soon, but the last update was two years ago. The maps are out of date too, so there's absolutely no reason to waste your time with this app

It's not complete, has been saying updates coming but it's been over a year and no updates. The map won't load and all the information is out of date by 18 months. I'm deleting it from my phone.

Not worth the time to download it
