HCP Mobile is a free service for HCP Seafarers. It will provide an opportunity for seafarers to manage their employment in HCP with ease.
This app will also provide them an almost real-time updates about their employment, training, documents, endorsement etc...
Below are some of the services the users will get to enjoy once the mobile enrollment is successful:
1. My Profile - view personal, family and contact information.
2. My Planning - view the current planning, vessel assignment and flight details (if available)
3. My Documents - monitor the For Expiring and Expired travel documents and training certificates.
4. My Training - manage your current training endorsement, personalized training and enrolled courses through ISNTC.
5. My Calendar - view your medical endorsements, visa appointments and personal visits with HCP.
6. My Account - enable the seafarers to change password and be familiarize with the legal agreements (EULA, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy).
7. My Notifications - view latest updates on your employment, training, documents, etc...
8. News | Updates - view and read new Company & Industry Updates.
The application has a simple yet intuitive design. HCP Mobile uses Google’s material design framework for easy-to-use navigation from page to page.
Due to EU’s GDRP and Philippines’ Data Privacy Law, HCP created the mobile application with “Privacy-By-Design” approach.
HCP Mobile is now available for Android users and ready for download on Google Play.

Useful app in checking your personal data like your SSS number etc. But everytime that im trying to click the notification bell icon the app automatically closes. Please try to fix this this one but all over its a good experience
I have already created an account but i cannot login. I try to change password and a reply email was received, I try to login again using my account with new password but I still cannot login. I am using android phone with android version 8.0.0. and I try also in other device but I cannot login to my account. The application just stay to the login screen and nothing happens.
The application contains incomplete information, for example on plan vessel. Documents have no Passport and SIRB numbers also. I do hope that it will be complete next time Thank you.
this is a good app for hcp crew...but doesnt work with smart phones with android P ( android 9.0) already consulted with hcp i.t dept..hope they can fix the login issue...

Allow seafarers to change personal details on the app that will also make an update on CMS. Allow them to add events on their calendar to have the benefit to know what seafarer is doing in regards of training or family events. App must provide the seafarers to access scanned copies of their document within the app and it should be downloadable since the MARINA is already using the MISMO on different processing within the agency.

After the update. The notification button still crashes.

I can't acces my HCP mobile account since the last update. At first it crashes before I could log in so I tried re-installing it, the problem now is that "Device not matched" notification appears whenever I attempt to log in.
