Very possibly the worst app in the google play store. It constantly freezes and looses signal

I would pay for Rand McNally Truck GPS service to have it in my own device. Rand McNally have the best software for trucking navigation but the hardware is not that good I'm big fan but I have expended way too much and the equipment doesn't last more than 2 years so after 9 years I buy a garmm and I don't liked that much but 1>520 2>720 1>740 2>750 3>tablets 1>750 And this week the T85 turned on but GPS signal lost I hope someone get and push the idea of Rand McNally GPS for Apple and Android

Some days it'll connect somedays it want. I've wished it was more like the keeptrucking elog

It's always losing signals, but the company requires us to use it.

My dumba** company decided, after no research, to allow this hot pile of garbage to be our eld system. The platform is old as dirt, no manual, it's comes with WiFi, but doesn't put enough signal to work, can't run Independently of the eld device, and no way of managing it without assistance. You did a great job of selling this horseshit to my company, I hope someone sues you.

This app is a menace to public safety and should be removed from Google Play The app is a nightmare, says not optimized for this device (misleading compatibility claims (Google should remove from play store). Can't make up its mind when to connect (people n e t (omg Google autotype) and Qualcomm make it transparent to user connectivity issues, THIS THING will constantly make you log back on even though you never logged out. Then it literally takes 3 seconds to type one character to show up in a data entry field such as remarks. I work 14 hour days, and any company that makes their drivers use this thing has not read the reviews? What devices are this thing optimized for? Chrome laptop, iPhone, iPad? Don`t even try this on a smart phone or tablet device that is android, it should be pulled from store. Technically it might be a good enough app for play store, but this is a mission critical application that needs higher standards and possibly Congressional review. If a driver has to work 16 hour days fixing software entries this application is a menace to public safety. Why are they not using blue tooth instead of wifi? Maybe a Garmin blue tooth unit and email logs to safety (you will end up on paper logs until you find something better anyway) is a better deal. Enter ELD MALFUNCTION, unable to log in (self diagnostics are useless and misleading). They had to lie to regulators to get this app approved for mission critical DOT use?

Wasting a gallon of fuel or more a day trying to get this thing to log me in (oh the engine is on, let's do something, wake up device, etc) . Not worth it. Over aggressive sleep settings actually costs more energy than saved (crank a 450hp engine to turn on eld app). Palm face. They don't sell TND720 anymore, anyone trying to use this 2013 model probably has a device out of warranty. The cursor will stop blinking while entering data, indicating a business logic error in programming (misplaced nest or missing fork). There is (wifi/gui/sync) issue that really freezes the system, and seem to have no interest in fixing it? Regulators never bothered to require a common report format so that you can use any device on the market for your fleet, this is a mess, eld mandate needs repeal. I no longer have a life thanks to waiting for this thing to work several minutes between new entries, rebooting etc. What comes around, goes around. Paper logs at least don't have to boot up or ask permission for anything, this is backwards USSR thinking.

What's with making my tablet and phone look and run like an old 486-DX pc running Windows 3.1? The built in keyboard is atrocious. Use the system keyboard, instead. How about timers that you can see without reopening the app everytime, like a widget or in the notification bar? Will this thing give me a pop up warning when my hours are getting close if I don't have the app open in the foreground? Will it notify me when I get a new mail if it's not running in the foreground? Why not add Bluetooth to it so it can stay connected to the HD-100 constantly? How do you connect it to your TND GPS units? Hardwired? WiFi?

I have never own anything as garbage as this HD100 LED. Freez like there's no tomorrow, shut down all the time. Sometimes i feel like to just throw it out of the window.

It's the easiest e-log system I've used so far. It still has some bugs and is improving with updates. This set up has the potential to be something great as time goes on.

Way to slow when stopped to allow change of duty. Needs print option for HOS and messages.

This app it's good but the connection to the H d 100 never works I have replace the h d unit maybe 10 times in 45 days

Use this to see operating stats on engine, fuel economy, and HOS interface with TND GPS units.

Slowness issue related to overheating of the HD-100. Get the unit off of the dash and away from where the sun can heat it up. In my Cascadia, I installed it behind the eyeglass holder on the driver's side above the windshield. Works snappy now, just like in the demo videos.

Rand McNallys decline started with the age of technology. Their paper maps are great, their elogs, gps, apps are a effing nightmare. Piece of garbage, slow as all hell. I have to unplug the HD100 box every time I stop since the app is always saying "connection failed," "already connected to a different device," etc. I've spent over seven hours in the past two weeks with Rand McNally customer service and once they fix one problem another comes up.

Absolutely no issues. APP is flimsy, very basic but legal.

Braindead idiot apparently made this garbage app.
