App is a bit slow. Tried to process return online on the app because wait time on phone is very long. Get all the info filled in and no button to proceed with return form..
Not working for me. Won't load, just a spinning circle. Uninstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled with same results. (Samsung Galaxy Fold)
Newest update: 404 page errors all the time. Renovation quote disappeared altogether ...
I have to second this is the worst app ever! App will not let you bring up a product page so you can look at the description or even add it to your cart to purchase. Search for items and it brings up a nice list of the items but when clicking on the item for a better description it just brings you to advertising pages every single time. Completely worthless!
Installed app (to check status of current orders). Started with login screen; I logged in. Then just blank: nothing shows up under any of the menu options at the bottom of the screen. Only thing that seemed to work was search results. On a lark, I added a box of gloves to my cart...then it won't let you view the cart. Therefore, at this stage, it's worthless.
Edit-they finally fixed it, i am able to open the app and browse catalog now...but there are two icons for it? Yes i uninstalled it and reinstalled, yet two identical icons came back. Getting there.... Old ..app will not open on my galaxy note 9, instantly crashes. i have cleared cache and memory, reinstalled multiple times, but still does not work.
For some of the "freeze issues" reported here I found one fix for my "frozen" HD App. I found I must logout of the app. If I just closed it by any other means, the next time I logged in I experienced freezes at cart, looking at an item from a search list - pretty much anything. After using the logout and entering the app, i had no issues. Hope's this helps.
As described in many other reviews, the app constantly freezes. Now the app will not even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still is not working. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!! I manage multiple properties and and cannot always be near a desktop computer. I need this app to work properly.
Horrible, horrible app. if you have a catalog, use it or the website. This app will freeze constantly. Try to get details for one item and as soon as you back up to the previous page, freeze. Asks to login constantly. I've been begging them to fix it for over a year now. Just a bad app.
A value tool for Maintenance Managers, but very buggy and slow. Items disappear from my cart, previously purchased items get placed in my cart. Items no longer available are still listed as "available". Navigation is painfully slow. So this app is very buggy and very slow. But as a apartment maintenance manager this app is a amazing tool for inventory (when it's not removing items from my cart) Please fix these bugs and you have a 5 star app.
I've been trying to download, and uninstall this app on the Hope's to get it to work for months. What the heck HD Supply? this shouldn't be that complicated. all of your rivals seems to be able to create and maintain an app just fine. very frustrating... Edit: Thank you HD for paying attention to our reviews and concerns. I downloaded the app once again per your reply & it seems to working once again! The app seems to be working very well and it make my job dramatically easier. Thanks again!
App freezes all the time and is very slow. It is not an issue with my phone or connectivity. I have a brand new Samsung Note 8 and excellent internet. I wasted an hour trying to place an order. I would just stick to the website, at least there's some level of consistency there.
This app is required at my job. It almost always messes up. I have to force close this app every time I add an item to my cart. It loads very slow from page to page. App starts and gets stuck on loading screen. App has to be forced to close by me when I go from one page to another. Please fix this app. I need it for work. At this point I am better off going through the book and making hand written orders to fax over. Thanks.
App has always been a glitchy, buggy mess since I began using it. But now I haven't been able to even open the app in over a month. Removed and reinstalled a few times but hasn't made a difference. Still won't open. It has been a year and a half since the last update and this app is completely unusable
Slow, clunky, buggy. Terrible app. This is hands-down the worst Android app I've ever used. It's barely usable. Edited months later to add that the app has improved only very slightly. It's still barely usable and I'm finding virtually every item HD has is available on Amazon for less... And their app works great.
Just like the other reviewers the app is garbage and needs to be totally revamped! It won't even open any longer and I've done the same thing as everyone else and uninstalled then reinstalled hoping it would work and still nothing! I really expect better from a company as large as HD Supply...
I no longer use the mobile app finding that I have better results opening HD page in Chrome. I have tried the mobile app on 3 different android phones and do not like the lag, functionality nor the ease of use on tje mobile app.
0 stars! By far the worst app I've ever used in my entire life! I can't order anything because the app freezes every single time I've ever tried to order. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, even after waiting 3 months and trying it again. Not to mention I'm running it on a Note 9 wich is a $900 phone.
App will not load...closes immediately. It's a shame because when it was working, it was reallly a convenient app to have. Edit: Reinstalled the newest version. No more crashes. I will continue to use the newest version of this app
App freezes every other page, many times requiring exit and restart of app. SERIOUSLY I can't even hit the back button without having to exit the app. Very frustrating when trying to compare products let alone make a purchase
It freezes up. You have to turn it off then reopen it after every item you put into your cart. No matter where I am, it always does this, even sitting right in front of the WiFi box. It SUX DELUXE!!
I would give it 5 stars but there is one thing that needs improvement. Not all of the product pictures match the product and not all products list dimensions. Other than that, great app.
Samsung Note 8: the app keep crashing, tried restarting, clearing cache, and uninstalling/installing but does not work. it has been going on for at least 2 months.
make it so I can run it in full screen without it freezing every time. Now 8/16/2019 everytime I open the app it auto closes and I can't use it at all. please fix!!!
Basically good app. Slow responses to input...lacks good indication that there's processing going on . Makes you wonder if it froze, then it finally does its thing Takes a while to get accustomed to.
wow has this part of HD Supply suffered. there really is no single part I could even point to being a positive attribute. I really do hope that your eyes and ears start receiving the feedback that has been given.
Like so many people have already stated, the app keeps freezing up when you add to the cart or check details. Very annoying. Why hasn't this issue been addressed?
This app is a pain. It's great when it works but it hangs and is slow at times. The search results only load so much then stop. I always end up deleting the app cause I use the website instead. It would be super convenient if it worked right. I have tried reinstalling it.
