OTP isn't displayed in Dark Mode. Also the app should ask for the login password after a user has switched apps for at least 30 seconds. Currently as soon as I switch the app to pickup a call, I need to login again which is quite frustrating. Please fix this bug and I'll update my review.
Once the app is reinstalled or you have to change your phone set. Stops working and absolutely no help from customer support team. Worst experience.
It would have been better if HDFC had given an option within mobile/net banking to activate 2FA and allow to add into Authenticator apps from Google, Microsoft, Authy instead of extra bloatware app into our phone!! Imagine, if every bank, telecom, insurance, brokers, financial institutions online service providers start to force own versions of apps/buy new phone number just for 2FA/OTP codes!! Phone becomes a bloatware hub!! It's like download a separate app just for smart IoT bulb! NONSENSE
On registering on my mobile Redmi 1S. When input 8 digit OTP it flashes msg of update application for further processing. Besides my app is updated installed today from Google play store with latest version 3.19. Now tell me how do I proceed.
Worst application with the worst customer support as well as the internal team.I have been facing multiple issues with HDFC ever since I opt them as a bank for processing my employees salary.draft them a mail an auto revert is received with around 4-5 contacts numbers.Call them for your lifetime...but they will never pick up.pathetic experience...just pathetic
I changed my mobile phone. App does not work anymore and no one calls or responds from ENet Support. Very bad experience.
Seriously, such a bad experience with HDFC BANK. I would never open any other account with this bank. Had to re register for this use less app on same mobile, after formatting mobile.
Five star for this feature. But dsc login should not be stopped. If my phone got lost in an urgency, i will be unable to input or authorize payments. Four star for this app. One star is cut because app should show numeric keyboard itself when asking open password
This app ties physically to the phone, so if you change your phone or factory reset you have to register again. Why can't it tie the account to the phone number and OTP like upi?
so annoying and time wasting app, have to wait for another otp for 1 min, and everytime screen goes off i have to reopen and redo the passcode, they can do it with bio matric, or always screen on thing , instead passcode thing
Horrible! When the world has moved to otp on sms, hdfc has to design a special app to get otp and that too with a password. Why not just tell the customer, we are here to mkae your banking experience worse than ever!
Poor concept of managing Corporate banking through an app. An OTP should have done the job just like all other banking. Someone did mentioned that if a customer changes the mobile phone then he has to re-register for e-Token, this does not makes sense at all.
Worst experience! HDFC forcing business customers to use this. Once you change ur phone, it says click register in internet banking, but there is no such option ! ENET team gives no response !
I have changed the mobile. It's been a month I am trying to re register the app in a new mobile but no response from enet team... really fed up .. worst service.
Actually I had formatted my phone few days ago. Before that I am using this app fine. But now, when I try to resistering it, it asks Token Numer. I had already sent mail 2 times for supporting but no get any answer. Please advise me what to do.
If functionality of finger print recognition or face ID is added, it would really add to ease of use for the daily user.
Sad to see such a lousy APP from HDFC. Even worst is no support. Repeated emails are not answered to the point. No person to give 1 demo to start us. Please simplify. Please connect. Please resolve.
When the phone is changed and trying to activate snokerl, its saying logon to internet banking and generate SMS to register. For logon only OTP required, then how a person will be able to generate OTP?
Mobile reset and not able to install as sms not received. Even if old mobile phone change kindly let know how to install with same password
Most wrorst software in india,OTP is not comeing -with out OTP not possible to login internet banking, customer care team not slove the problem,They are escafe to slove the problem.immidienty slove your software errors other wise remove the app system.
I had to re install d app and after that I cannot use it nor can I register my mobile. So I cannot receive OTP s which means I can't use net banking! Most idiotic logic for an app & banking.
Not able to regenerate OTP, I tried lots of time but could not find the right way. Please send the steps to regenerate the OTP
Poor concept and forcing it's customer for smartphone app which is also not available on all operating system they should have made for reliable system like digital signature or digital token device system
Simple and secure. I would give star if you could have given option to reinstall in another phone without contacting bank.
Very slow OTP generator. It takes 30 secs. to generate to new otp. So much time consuming otp generating app.
Horrible App. Looks like it's been designed in the 90s.looks ancient. Functionality wise, you will not be able to reinstall the app on a new phone as it requires OTP which you will never get. The procedure to get the OTP is not clear. Looks like you have to contact the customer care and request thr OTP😅😅😅😅😅
