Postpe Card, Slice Card, Indusind Card always getting failed but deducted from customer. Pls check this issue and fix the problem.

Worst Service Payment receiving stop automatically and still happening upto 4-5 days
You mentioned that the app can be shared with others, but I am unable to do so. Because the app is auto reading the sms it is not giving the option to enter otp manually. The other thing is the app doesn't open quickly, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It says verifying. Please resolve this.
Very Poor. I took this service from HDFC and as I have account in HDFC. But this merchant payment receivable app is absolutely hopeless. When I registered for the service. The app takes too long time to load. Secondly it is not user friendly. Also there is restrictions of max 1 lakh per transaction you can put a request for. For more than 1 lakh you need to send multiple requests to client. Lastly if you dared to change the phone then this App will stop working.
Used to work fine till one fine day when it got updated, since then it says the device is rooted & it doesn't work on rooted device. Where as my device is completely stock android realme phone, contacted nearest HDFC Bank, where got to know that it's an internal error & they'll get it sorted with a week, months have passed since then, nothing changed. Kindly solve this issue, so I can give it the rating it actually deserve.
What the hell!! App just shows you daydreams that what it can do, but actually it doesn't even work. Customer care is so ignorant, that they care a damn to to resolve your query. After almost 20 days of opening an account, it shows your mobile no is not registered, I went to bank, they got a form filled, even after 7days of that my mobile no. shows unregistered. I sent request online, it said some person will visit / contact you. Still no one contacted for it. No other option than to uninstall it
Worst app ever! You have to wait for a full day to confirm payment transfer. I had very bad experience with customer as they transferred money using QR code and I could not confirm receipt on my app. The payment transfer showed up directly in account on next day and still nothing in app.
Worst app. Don't install this app. Amount does not credit to your account automatically. For every transaction we need to drop mail to Merchant Desk requesting them to credit money to account. After mail they will give response after 3 or 4 days and then credits money to account after 10 or 15 days. If we don't send mail amount will not credit to account. Also for every transaction there are charges. If we transact ₹ 100 we will get ₹ 98.25/- that means 1.72% charges will be deducted for every transaction done through Credit Card. And we also have to struggle lot to get transacted amount to our account. If we call Help Line center that is available on the App they don't have any information and asks us to drop a mail for any inquiry. Even 1 star is very high for this app. Also there are charges for installing / using this app... Amount will be deducted automatically from your linked account after few days. Think twice and trice before installing. There are many other apps which provide free and fast service. Avoid this app.
Very bad experience with this app. The developers need to fix some bugs. The app doesn't get opened easily. It is quite slow app. Main is that the app doesn't opens easily to start working with it.
Unable to use the APP. It force closes as soon as I try to open it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling two times. Extremely disappointing to see poor performance. I have also sent my report to the team.
Horrible maintenance of app! The requires an OTP to login when we move on to that page it doesn't let you enter the OTP. The keyboard disappears with no way of returning and letting us enter the OTP. Can't use the app as it does not allow you enter OTP and hence does not allow to log in rendering the app useless
deactivated even in continuous usage. requested several times through mail and calls for activation for more than 45 days. business will get hampered if you depend on these people who will not care about customers. worst app don't subscribe. if you subscribe make alternate arrangements as soon as possible and exit the App and don't recommend to others also
Sound notification not enabled
Unable to Install the app. It's being downloaded but can't be installed. Cleared cache, cleared storage, removed updates of Play Store and services and aupdated again, restarted after every above effort, but nothing could work. Need help to use this app.
It's sad that Google has made it that I have to to give atleast 1 star but if there was any option of giving in negative star I would have definitely given -5 stars. It takes ages to open up the app. It just shows checking configuration and if you are patient enough to wait for like 10-15 minutes then it will show "Unable to connect". It is one of the shittiest app I have ever come across.
Take lot of time to open the app, not that friendly user, having few bugs, keep hanging. 60% Successful payment received rate, few get failed. In 10 transactions 1/2 failure payments. Main can't take screenshot, the basic need.
As i saw at few places this app totally doesn't working. Today itself i was configuring at one of the merchant and i didn't get the otp. I tried for half an hour. And finally I left. I would like to request to hdfc development if u can't fix it give this task to me I am the Android developer and I can develop it with lots of flexibility and with too high performance.
now a days after entering mobile number, every upi app ask me to select bank account. but this smart hub, smarly selected the current account that i am not using without giving me any option. and for de activation. they want my email and all nonsense. I prefer closing current account than writing an emali. This App is not Smart at all.
Dear Team, The app is good. But please one humble request when we are downloading the report the transaction amount we are not able to see completely. Please do the changes so that we can see the transaction amounts clearly. The amount gets cut off.
The developer really needs to look into this app issue as it takes long time to open. Sometimes it doesn't open at all. HDFC representative will keep calling you untill you download this app and once you download, their work is finished and they don't care whether it works or not.
Nice app for Digital payment collection
Highly unsatisfied using this and not recommended at all, used this app for direct transfer of money in my account but amount still not credited even after 3 days!
