Automatically Renewed insurance copy should reflect in App. I am trying to add it manually since long time, always gets popup with different error. In next 5days police is getting expired. Now trying to renew my policy it says still policy is. Ot ready for renewal. Mobile app need to be fixed lot of issues.
Unable to initiate health check up claim after registration. Infact there is no option to go further to submit bills and documents. Managent should look into it immediately. In one word app is not still user friendly. Such a big company with a very poor and worthless app. Since more than one year the co could not provided their customers a user friendly app. It is not a failure from HDFC management?? Co. should look into it seriously.
Barely this app works. Since long time I am trying to link my policies with App but it doesnt work either on refresh my policy tab or manual addition of the policy. Unfortunately issues faced since long and HDFC Ergo is reluctant to update the app and remove bugs / glitches.
Can't connect my apps or use Wellness services. It shows "No insured found for this policy". Too many permissions are requested when you choose to upload screenshots for feedback.
This is asking login all the time to use any option. But still not working. Asking login again and again. The most Worst app that I have ever seen. It seems they don't want customer to use it on time so they can save money
3rd class C grade app which never syncs, crashes frequently. very poorly designed. This so called big player in insurance industry is looting people with heavy premiums and poor service.
App doesn't open at all. It keeps exiting and comes back to phone menu when you click on the app to open.
The app shows that I need to update the app. But there is no update in play store. Not able to view any details of my policies. Not sure what's the problem.
Can't connect to the team easily to understand new plans or clarification in existing plan.. Premium increases with every passing yeatr and not consistent amount
Under one head of documents should go seamlessly now for same document we have to select Name of document for every page ,it is waste of time and unnecessary. Earlier app was much more efficient.
Its a more than a worst app, useless, I can not link my health policy and seen message since more than a year as 'unable to process your request due to system maintenence' for all time.
Giving all unwanted errors while trying to renew. If there is a policy discrepancy email communication has to be shared instead of giving a one liner error. Been using the same policy for almost 6 or 7 years.. feels like being cheated after all these years.
I have installed hdfc ergo applications daily steps counting properly for 7 week afterwards it was not showing properly it go slow and if I want change counting of steps from pedometer to Google fit after Uninstalled I reinstall and want to change steps still I am not able to change steps counting apps do guide for it Devang shah
Cannot click on cross button to close ghe pop-up. Now this issue fixed but still we need to add renewed policy manually again with new policy number, after renewal it should automatically linked to our account.
Was facing issue with app. When reported, within two days got a call with confirmation that same is resolved. Keep it up. Appriciate teams good work!
Pathetic app interface, keeps getting crashed. Half of the listed features in app are not operating. Too many updates but experience remains poor
This app doesnt record steps eevery few minutes need to refresh it other wise it will sleep and doesnt record steps Compare to other health apps I compare it with samsung health is very good and very sensitive On the other hand Hdfc ergo is very lazy app cannot count properly
We have travel insurance & now in the USA..now am in need of medical attention , but unable to get any service from HDFC...Seems to me a money making & no service at all . We are feeling cheated..even tried the HDFC ERGO phone app..Very frustrating...Must report to Insurance Regulatory Authority
I am not getting all my policies in app. Worst app. Please fix it properly and do not ask to send mail. There is no proper knowledgeable support is happening.
Nothing works doesn't show active policies Does not connect to any health or fitness option Keeps giving error If you contact customer care they arrange a call back but no solution Lot of errors and bugs, i doubt anyone is able to genuinely make use of this app. Didn't expect from HDFC Ergo such a bad experience
Hello team, facing issue while using app, unable to get the OTP while trying to login from the mobile app. please take necessary action.
Asked me to update this app, I've been trying to do that from past 1 month which it is not happening, I don't know y, now I can't my claim status through this, which it 1 month for this app to get updated
Zero assistance available from the company. No agents or customer support are of any help. In a city like Mumbai they've the option of cashless service only for around 200 hospitals. If you're not fortunate to be part of this cashless scheme, you're completely on our own without any help from them. Wouldn't suggest this policy to anyone
Worst customer care service, i have requested to sharing quotation for policy renewal since last one month, as their app and site is not calculating the premium correctly but no response. Only daily a new person calling me and reminding that my policy is expiring but they dont want to do further for its renewal, they are doing it just as a formality. I have done call, mail, whatsapp message but no meaning, i unnecessary wasted a month, i have decided to choose another insurance company.
This app is not customer friendly. It does not show all the policies issued in a cusomers name..update of renewed policies even after renewal premium is paid not available in the app.
Unable to link my policy. Unable to view policy always show this message. Then why i install this app?? Every Year Same Problem....
Worst app ever...most of the thing don't work well and it is slow to load. Not expected from brand like HDFC.
Very unsatisfactory! It does not open at all.. even when it gets open after several attempts, the details are not synced. Its better use the website rather than this application. It frustrates the user to the core.
