One of the worst financial apps I have ever seen. My EMI is deducted 2 days back but not reflecting in the app yet. Ideally financial apps update transactions in real time. It also doesn't have option to see payment calender. Online pre-payment facility is also not available. Overall a useless app.

After login side menu option from burger icon disappear for me. Too worst app really why make this app instead of old paper system is sufficient for you. Not expected this such big fail app from hdfc

1. Biggest problem in this app is, it won't update the transaction detail in real-time. It takes atleast one week to reflect. 2. I made an additional payment with EMI. It's been 3 whole weeks and still have no idea where that money is adjusted. 3. One month old Principal outstanding is showing

Good UI/UX to feel. I have one suggestion to implement in user's dashboard for different loan accounts with its current status. For instance, closed loan can be expanded to view and collapse when it's done, fully paid at one place to view for details etc.

With the updates, it can not be seen all the options when clicking menu option. It is coming shortly while clicking menu but instantly it disappear. Request team to resolve.

Applied for a loan of 30 lakhs for home construction. They don't disburse the amount on time nor the required amount of money even though the construction is happening in full swing, materials rates have gone sky high and they are least bothered to disburse it soon. App does not have an option to raise a complaint regarding the delay in disbursement. Last disbursement request was on 8MAY2022, still they haven't deposited the amount in my account. I have taken other loans because of this delay.

After the last update, The app crashes after entering the login OTP which is highly insecure.. Unable to use the app. App is not of HDFC IT standard, highly disappointed... Earlier, App serves the basic purposes like transaction history, pending, Interest rates, loan details, statements and all sufficient information about loan.. light weight app and good UI to meet user needs.. Appreciate the effort.

-Not showing updated outstanding amount every month. - Installment done on every 15th but updation done on end of the month.🤣🤣🤣 -Can't change the address details, even there is a tab. I don't know why there provided this tab. - Every 10-15 days there are updation but nothing changes in looks, services or anything else.

You can't get latest principal outstanding amount. What's the use of app when you have to call customer care to check balance. I don't know why they want to hide this information 🙄 Also, not sure why this app asked to change password this frequently? Very bad customer experience.

Downgrading rating to 1 star again for overall banking services. The app is having minimal functionalities. Applied home now loan through app and waiting for disbursement. There is no way you can get a reply from customer care, may be it through any channel.

A 7 year old kid from whitehat jr coding can develop a better app. Negative 5 rating if available. WORST loan app in India. Why did they develop this app in playstore? One of the worst customer app. 1.no scheduler 2.cant make pre payments online 3.no update on already paid EMI. Data is outdated.

This app is not showing most important feature "Latest principal outstanding of home loan". I don't know what is the purpose behind this of bank. Also, Borrower can not pay through app whatever principal amount (even Rs.500 small amount) like other bank's app SBI. It is only showing last year 01st April balance. Also, I have seen that if most of reviewer has given 1 or 2 star then how shows 4 star overall rating to this app.

The new version of app is not good. No option to know the principal outstanding amount and other details which were there in earlier version. Keep crushing almost every time. It is showing that internet connection is not available but my phone has perfect network and good internet connectivity. All other apps are working fine. Please include the old feature. As they were very good.

Latest update is absolutely useless: Doesn't save the login : need to re-enter credentials each time you open the app. Shows balance and total term(months) as same which isn't the real scenario. Doesn't show balance loan amount. The UI (user interface) is not user friendly. Also, hdfc home loans doesn't have online pre-payment /payment option. No frequent communications. All these makes service less of digital and make users to switch their home loans to other banks.

I think there's some issue with this app since it shows principle outstanding as on arpil 2021 and doesn't reflect the exact outstanding after all the deduction. Secondly part pay payment option should be made available through the app itself

Very limited information and functionality. Can't even check balance principal amount. No option to change correspondence address. Need option to make online part payment.

Thia app Prompt me to update Android system webview when openning. If give ok it direct to app page where there is no update is available. If we give cancel this app goes off. So the app us useless.

Useless app. How can it be rated above 4. All required infos are concealed. Neither we can see latest principal outsatnding nor any prepayment opyion available. Worst Home Loan. I am working a small city with no HDFC branch. Everything is hampered. Overall very much dissatisfied.

This app is important but it doesn't work properly most of the time...it gets close automatically or any technical problem..if this is not the issue then this is most important and good app to have in your list

Updated Principle outstanding is majorly missing. User friendly, Everything is good except one most imp thing. This app doesn't provide updated outstanding principal info. It will show only finalised l financial year to next financial year only. Kindly provide updated amount After each EMI deduction in principle outstanding.

Terrible app experience. No option of Prepayment of loan, Outstanding amount isn't updated monthly. Reached out to customer service as they mentioned in the app, but more than 10 days and no response yet.

If your app can't provide current outstanding balance in real-time then what is the point of making it? Today it's showing upto 1 Apr 2022, how may i pleased with such an outdated information. Better shut it down if for everything i require to visit office. Disappointed!

It never provide critical information like outstanding amount. Apart from that there is a lot of missing functions. Customer care is also pathetic. You will regret buying a loan from HDFC.

Total dissatisfied with this App. There is no update the app. I am trying since 4 days. I have to get my loan certificate but I am not able to get because app is not working.

Earlier when I installed this application it was showing all the required details, after upgradation, it is not showing details. What is the balance amount or provisional certificate etc are not available

Very ordinary and outdated :- No real time balance is available. Even nationalised banks provide these details. Everytime you need to send mail to customer care, which they reply after 2-3 days. Also there is no facility of online repayment. In this modern time, these guys expect us to visit their branch for repayments.

One of the largest bank, does not provide option for loan pre-paymet online. You need to visit bank for this purpose. Deliberately made process complicated. Not recommending hdfc to any friends.
