Such a useless app, I had a simple task in mind, I just wanted to trigger a policy report to be sent to my mail, same as what I did in HDFC ergo app, but no, there's no option for that. If you call customer support, it asks you to call another number and disconnects. If you call the other number, well, that's a dud coz no one picks up. For such a simple task, they are absolutely useless.

Need update, always reporting error. I am having two policy, I couldn't renew through this app. For each policy I have to login separately or else my account session everytime. Then I have to fetch the policy by giving details everytime. So it's useless and inconvenient to us. Try to update to maintain more policy in one place. Otherwise it's useless app.

This app is very frustrating. While most investment management apps show your portfolio seamlessly, this app always needs 2 levels of login (no fingerprint) for me. Even after that it doesn't show my investments correctly.

After 6 months of my previous feedback, I still see many bugs / inconsistencies in the app performance. Few pages like Application manager, My account are not clickable at all. There are many clickable buttons for various operations, however none of them work at all. It's a serious hell to operate this app. Sometimes these techinical glitches lead to low performance of overall business as customers don't want to continue with such low performing apps as they don't give necessary info when needed

Completely useless except for marketing their products with a pathetic user interface and an awful customer service. Payment of premium for policy is frustrating as it keeps prompting an error message. Thanks to which my policy has now lapsed due to non payment which by the way was also communicated to them by email and no solution was provided. Now when I try to revive my policy UPI, debit card everything fails, net banking account debited and yet they say payment failed. Frustrating!

Not receiving OTP for both mobile number and mail. I have been facing this issue from past 2 months and i still waiting to get this resolved. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and installed. I even quit beta and installed the regular app. But Nothing worked.

1. The username and password inspite of being correct is not accepted by the App. I user the same credentials on my laptop and it works. I even reset it thinking it could be an issue with the password but no of use. 2. If user has multiple policies under a single phone number why does the app not show it using the phone number as the umbrella for all policies? 3. Registration on website does not sync with the app.

Terrible! Keeps giving same error message.... Oops! We could not process your request kindly try after sometimes. Finally reinstalled the app and it started working. This app has no features. It doesn't tell me when is premium due date, past payments details, no way to download past receipts, no way to change nominee, nothing! Also very bad UI/UX design, no proper flow - all things are scattered around, no logical flow , user needs to click and see if it is correct screen, Very rigid app!

The offers are too good, particularly on Sundays. The veggies/fruits are of super quality with nice packing. Only concern is the delay in delivery by 1 hr, but it's ok and manageable as I'm getting the veggies/fruits at door step at a much lower price. Overall Very nice.

After new update, session logs out everytime the app is closed. Back button exits the policy page instead of going a step back. UI takes a lot of time to load and it is not at all user friendly. I am using it just because there is no other option. Any policy service update request takes about 4-7 days to get resolved and new requests can't be made during that time interval. As soon as my policy term is over I am taking my money out of this and investing somewhere else.

Dear HDFC Geneunie Team. Can anyone ready to face with me. Very worst app never ever seen. Everytime asking the mobile number or client I'd. Or mail id. But nothing will happen with this app. Kindly look into this and resolve at earliest. Many of them having your police's and insurances. There is no seprate app for this. Everytime need to cal toll free number. Or else need to go nearest branch. There also not having courtesy response. Veey very worst app and bank.

This is a horrible app. Nothing loads at times and the app always gets signed out and sometimes even doesn't show up my details. I've been trying to make a payment from 3 days and it only gives error of "something went wrong" with every mode and then I'll be charged for late payments when it's not even my fault.

Not so useful app. I have several HDFC life insurance policies associated with same mobile number. I expecting to see the list of them. To my dismay it says that the number is associated with many policies so i need to give eithe cust ID or policy no etc. etc. A PERSON WITH MORE THAN ONE POLICIES EXPECTS TO HAVE ALL HIS POLICIES IN ONE PLACE. THIS APP FAILS TO MEET THIS SIMPLE REQUIREMENT

How is HDFC Life running thus app? It does not even permit a simple task such as Login. Provea that common sense is so uncommon. The ordeal below: 1. While trying to login with mobile number it says that there are multiple Client IDs associated. Login with Client ID 2. When Login with Client id it asks for email and mobile number. And then returns a result that the email id is already registered. Wow another product from HDFC Life to fool the customers.

Hung at OTP validation. Does not allow online premium payments above 49K (instead asks user to visit branch). Not linked with my existing policies. Good it working after second installation. Need to make the navigation easier. After login, instead of seeing dashboard, a list of ads are displayed. Need to provide more payment options. Provide alerts for premium due date.

Slow and not user friendly, previous version was better than this, earlier I was able to add multiple policy with different client code but this version doesn't support. If you want to see fund value of your policy you have to go on multiple clicks which was easy in earlier version. I am not seeing any advantage of installing this app.

I have been a loyal customer of HDFC bank from last 9 years and have had a seamless service experience. However, HDFC Life from my experience is the complete opposite in terms of resolving customer queries and I say that because of following; Unreliable helpline support desk: for existing customers you keep waiting and waiting to be connected and the call gets disconnected in between. Tried more than 19 times. Also, email helpline is lazy, lacks co-ordination skills and doesn't resolve queries.

App Not working after recent update. Pop up appears with message "This app is restricted on rooted device." However as fas as I know, My phone is not rooted. Edit1: Its working fine after the update. But I have already e-mandated the policy and still the premium is not debited automatically.

Very bad app. Could not sign in, so tried signing up. But could not enter state or city as, no matter what you do, you cannot enter those fields. Tried reinstalling the app. Now it does not go beyond the initial splash page. Was considering paying premium through the app. Now reconsidering whether to pay at all or not.

Highly disappointed with this app. I paid my premium almost 25 days before and this app is unable to update that till today. It is still advising me to pay the dues. Very less options available. You can't even get your payment receipt from the app. I think it is made just for the sack of their presence here. 0 out of 10 After the payment I didn't receive the receipt so I called thier toll free number and guess what I didn't get connect in all the 4 attempt. Very poor app - at a stage when everything is turning digital, hdfc continues to disappoint. Firstly the auto debit of premium does not work (even when the auto debit is linked to a HDFC card) and even you wish to pay it manually using the app, it keeps throwing an error. It is just ridiculous to see how poor their digital capabilities are

I can't believe I still bank with HDFC. Their apps are so poor that I think they deliberately ignore technological improvements to save cost. And I think this is going to cost them dearly in the long run. I sincerely hope they start leveraging world class technology and prioritise user experience over budgeting. I can't login and see my investments on this app, instead I need to login to the online portal everytime, so what is the point of this app? Bottomline - Beyond Bad!

Request you to please look into it. 24th September-- Now again downloaded the updated app..this time previous issue gone. But the App is extremely slow in fetching the details. I paid the premium amount, then it got auto debited as well. Have been complaining to return the excess premium. But not getting my money back. I have credit card bill due which need to be paid before due date. But you guys don't understand customer's problem.

Most horrible app....horrible interface. I thought HDFC would have had more sense. It just doesn't recognize my login inspite of putting the details everytime and it recognizingthe right input. Frustrating experience all I wanted was to get my term insurance details and do the renewal................now the deadline has passed........
