Four of our family members have investments in HDFC MF, all under the same email id and mobile number, but under different PAN numbers. My wife and I have a combined bank account. All this is perfectly legitimate and permitted. I am able to generate a user ID and password. After this, when any other family member tries to create a userid , the app says that the user ID is already created. When forgotten user ID is used it says the email ID is not registered. This bug needs to be corrected.

HDFC MF app has been user friendly right from the day i started using it (since June 2020). Good interface. With the small changes / added options, it has become even better. Can include a few more features too.

Updating of app is not preferred weekly, and without updating it is not running. Pls add the option "run without update".

Needs to be more investor friendly. The upcoming or current OTM is difficult to find. Secondly the OTMs which are closed otherwise, there should be option to delete them.

The response time of app is very slow. It can be from login or any option you want to use within the app, it takes atleast 3-5 mins to open every selected option. Very poor performance.

you should provide buy history before Unique subscription with bank and also provide a link to unique (auto pay) with HDFC bank customers. so many people are not knowing the unique id activation.

Very poor service. Insta cash / redemption facility was not working for more than 7 days. People park their money in liquid fund expect to get the money instantly whenever they require. But, it took more than 7 days to resolve the technical issue. Didn't expect this type of level of service.

To make purchase only netbanking option is available. Why not UPI? Investing online becomes very unpleasant with just one option and that too only selected banks which provide TPV. Plz include UPI option if possible.

Reasonably good app backed by the trustworthy customer support of HDFC MF. Transact tension free on this app..The HDFC guys will take care of your purchase transactions even in poor signal areas. No problems in other transactions like switch, redemption etc too.

90% of the time the app doesn't works even if its completely updated.... Whenever you open the app, directly a message appears - an unexpected erorr is occored, try after some time or else it doesnt works at all....... How can app have so many issues??? Need major bug fixing.... Also wrote many emails complaining about the exact problems with screenshots, but they just dont seem to care at all.....

A pathetic app. I installed it as informed and received multiple messages. Since downloading am not able to even see my folios.Its buffering like anything. Again when the folio displayed, was unable to show the invested and market value. The pages are completely blank. Now have no option but to to chexk thing online. Completely unsatisfied.

How can an organisation like HDFC have this nonworking app. I have just installed the software and obviously I am getting latest updates as well. Still the app doesn't allow me to login, reset password, unlock id. Then for what it is designed? I tried through web as well. And there also same errors pop up everytime. I even cleared the cache. This is not the first time. These bugs are still there since last year. I got same errors last year as well. I was left with no option but to visit MF offic

Terrible app. It was very difficult when I tried to change password. The keypad doesn't pop up to enter otp or new password. I had to type it elsewhere and then paste it here. If I make the mistake of clicking on password hint, it would get stuck and I've to reopen the app. This is unbecoming of a top reputed bank

New version is good. Only problem is that I am with 3 folios among my family members. After completing transaction in one folio, further transaction with different folio , with different name becomes irritating. Older version was better in this regard. Please look into this.

Basic app, with no services. You can get investment details but can't modify existing plan. For example, it's not possible if you want to change plan frequency or amount invested monthly or annually. Uninstalling app now.

Worst experience with the user interface. Quick access pin setup got success and redirected to login screen. When entering the pin, throwing error "session already active". Why create an app, when you can't even test basic login mechanism properly. Very much dissatisfied with the efforts by such a reputed private sector bank.
