As long as you don't have any problems of any sort,it's a great app.However even if Uhave the smallest of problems of any sort,HDFC SEC WILL ONLY PRETEND TO WORK ON SOLVING THE PROBLEM BUT THEY NEVER EVER DO.SINCE THE PAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN HAVING A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE MOBILE APP&ALTHOUGH I HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES,NO SOLUTION,ONLY WEAK EXCUSES&FAILURE!THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABS.USELESS&ARE ABS. CLUELESS ABOUT HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.THEIR ONLY INTEREST IS TO RECORD THAT THEY REPLIED
Again it is not functioning properly as it auto exits on first attempt...You have to make 2 or 3 attempts. First I thought it's some other issue but it is with the app only. Many critical time, the app misbehaves leading to incomplete transaction which is an opportunity loss. Else reports to other analytics is good. When I gave ratings of 2 star, I was asked to call Cc where I could make out representative who give false promises. So new rating is one as zero is not possible
I gave another review earlier, but it is not showing. Sometime it doesnot show portfolio. No option to see top gainer and loser in all segment. No useful filter and screeners. This app never opens in once. My phone diagnostic say to uninstall this app, as it force closed most times.
Highly comprehensive so appears little complicated in the beginning. You understand things as you use and experience it. Sometimes it might cause a minor loss as you're working in a dynamic and volatile market.
Very poor app .doesn't reflect the portfolio and very poor customer service number..please provide a proper customer care number to contact which doesn't laags for long time
It's easy to trade the scripts and get all information about the company and the scripts. But the brokerage charges are high during buying and selling.
Hdfc have lot of issues with there app. 1. Very slow , often mkt price is not updated correctly. 2. They got very poor research team, whatever reasearch they share its just go opposite. 3. Brokrage charges are very high compare to other brokrage firms.
The worst trading app i have ever used for trading...i apply for an ipo. And i also got it..but it's not showing in my app...after call and email they said u need to manually extract that..but after following their process still not received in my app...what to do????????
All Okay 👍. But I couldn't see the IPO application details. Also the UI is blocking the view of the total amount.
Below par UI. In today's time when apps are so user friendly and easy to use, this app takes you 10-12 years back. Also the transactions lack transparency.
After complaining so many times still not able to add fund via this app. The bill desk option always shows error, app team shows no intrest to resolve this issue.
2 stars taken for not letting me customise my bottom bar ... 1 more for pushing ads right above the bottom ribbon...when we wish to trade...we don't need to delve in any useless ads... And if you mention about revenues....let those whom you offer free, choose it... We are NOT PAYING for these ads 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
I want to download previous version of HDFC Securities. Because, in the version 6.02, I am facing the Fund Release method. Cash Projection option is also not available in the new version, to get when you can transfer your payment into bank account. So, I need old version.
it's Too much faltu app ever i seen every times get stuck automatic logout on app even full WiFi connection lost to much money beacause of this third class app.. All other apps like angel, iifl, grow are 1000 time best than HDFC security
Totally useless app, I'll recommend that use another app instead of it, There are no customer support for any kind of issue, I'm facing login issue since last month but there are no solutions from team and customers support
The developer doesn't understand the basic requirements of an app. You have to login everytime you open the app. And then it doesn't remember the User ID too, so you have to memorize the weird ID, type in the password and DoB everytime. Congratulations to building the most stupid app ever. User interface is worst you can see but it was expected seeing the login mess.
App needs more improvement. My suggestion are below. -When user is logged in for a day then session should be retained for the whole day. Session is closed when we come back after some interval. This gives poor experience. - Research calls are not retained its filter condition when we view the research call and comeback. Also we need to start from begining if we viewed last item of the list. - watch list should contain ns and bse indices for easy view. - Charts are not user friendly.
App performance is not as expected. It is very slow and not very much user friendly. It is unable to open graphs of many of the stocks like "gtl infra" and more. Many other new brokers have dedicated apps. Please give updates to make it more user friendly with faster speed.
PLEASE WORK URGENTLY ON IMPROVING RESEARCH TAB. In the research tab, if we click 'Details' for a stock and then hit the back button, then the whole screen resets to the initial screen. Rather it should bring back to the stock where we clicked details. It is very irritating to again search your stock. It totally disturbs the link. The filter automatically resets. There should be a feature like basket to shortlist the stocks should be seamlessly from Research tab into the trade section.
Very bad user experience in comparison to Paytm or Angel. I tried to place an order and the amount was debited and I thought the order was placed, even there was no notification. But after that I came to know that that order was not placed and now market Price is up so huge loss for me. Not at all user friendly experience.
Hi thanks for quick response. I Uninstalled the app and reinstall, but still no change. Still very slow and performance issues. One thing I noticed it worked pretty well when I used mobile data, bit as soon as I switched to wifi it struck. Pls Check.
Very confusing app with a super bad UI. Not for a new user or even experience user too. Only market expert in such terminology can able to use this app. I've experience of 2 yrs of investing with Upstox app but totally confused with this stupid app. You need to make a lite version with simple terminology for common investers. This is the reason of rising the new apps like Upstox etc.
Don't install this app. Use a different trading platform. This app is beyond useless. Evrything is slow and now it has a buggy login aswell. Doesn't let you login and if you do forgot password. It gets stuck on the OTP screen and doesn't move ahead. so you just get a OTP and don't know what to do with it.
Please provide easy navigation to Order Book. Also move Menu option form Right Top to botton somewhere. Menu should be reachable by thumb while operating mobile.
The app suddenly crashes whenever I switch to other app. Every time I have to enter pin or fingerprint each time I switch into another app. It was not the case earlier. Also takes lot of time to load whenever we are trying to sell
This is the dumbest app ever. The biggest barrier is to login. It will reject the password all the time or the app simply crashes. If I try to change the pw then it sends an otp but there is no place to put the otp. Confusing and complex interface. Even govt. apps are much better and simpler. Why can't you guys learn from others instead of showing off ur stubborn arrogance. "Naam bade darshan chote"
It's don't have dark mode......Also app Not beginner friendly... New review------ Developers response are good.. But if you are looking all day at mobile screen than...white screen may cause problems...grey or dark would be better.... UI is ok for experienced traders but... Little bit handy for beginners....
